Cheap products that rust was advised it states product does rust and to use a steel brush to take off the rust which is unsafe terrible customer service this is the email sent from my mother from her experience Subject: Paella Pan I purchased a Paella Pan from your Narre Warren store on 19th March 2021. I followed all instructions prior to use and after use as indicated on the leaflet attached to the pan. I used the pan once and when I washed and dried it it the whole pan rusted. I took it back to the Narre Warren store on 30th March and the service I received was appalling. The girl at the counter told me that the pan could have been exposed to humidity in the house and all I had to do was clean the rust. I told her that I was not comfortable cooking again in a rusted pan and she told me there was nothing she could do. Refused to exchange as I was not seeking a refund. I feel ripped off as it cost me $29.95 to use a pan once. I left the pan with her and walked out of the store as I was not getting any help. Her customer service and attitude was extremely poor. I will never ever shop at any of your stores again and this service has been shared with all my family and friends. I will await a response to my complaint.

Tall lady no manners at all with greasy hair like you are representing your store at least have a shower before work just felt disgusting talking to her especially when she was touching so many things with food in between her finger nails. Asked her for a refund she continued to just make excuses talking about how it’s my fault their poor quality item was leaking. She goes in to say we always check out glasses before we let a customer buy it, so how is it leaking as soon as we put water in it? If u check it before giving it to customers why is it leaking?

went to this place a few days ago in the afternoon. the sales rep didn't offer any assistance. on my way out, the lady thought she could run her hands up my child's leg as a tickling gesture. completely NOT OK with me. why should a child entertain a complete stranger touching/tickling/physically stimulating him/her? it's ok to say "hello". strangers shouldn't be touching. Also, you are dealing with cash and other work related germs. I couldn't find the item I was after.

Sorry to say this but the staff literally have no idea... Came for a refund on a product, the staff member was new and left on her own in store for 20 minutes and did not know how to do this. When the staff member came back from what ever it was, instead of processing the refund she charged me for thr transaction instead. I only found this out once i got home and already threw out the receipt. Do you know how inconvenient & annoying this is?

If I could, I would just buy everything here. Good selection of kitchen/dining ware. Always a nice for me to go in and out a look together. My go to place for gifts also!

Great xmas stock on sale - products with a difference some can be more expensive than other shops in the centre. Will check them out next Dec all the ssme
