*BEWARE* I am writing this review to warn others of the experience I had at White & Jones. At the start of November I booked for balayage with Naomi for Jan 21st. I was very clear with what I wanted and had numerous pictures of the colours I was trying to achieve (I understand it was never going to look exactly like the picture and had realistic expectations). However I was left with hair the colour of washed out orange/straw, patches where she hadn’t put dye on, and supposed layers. I have included the picture that I showed her in Nov and again on the day of my appointment, and then a picture of how my hair looked straight after. This was also apparently styled with loose curls which from the picture you can clearly see is not the case. When I called the salon expressing how unhappy I was Naomi’s excuse for the colour was ‘she didn’t have the colour I’d asked for in stock’. I was in shock! Why colour someone’s hair when you don’t have the colour they have asked for, and I booked 2 months in advance! She offered me a refund as she wouldn’t be able to get the colour I asked for until 3 days later. When I checked the money had been refunded to me I saw she hadn’t refunded the full amount. Upon calling the salon she said she had kept some of the money to cover the cost of the dye she had used. The dye I hadn’t even asked for!! I don’t know how she is still in business and has customers. The owner called and apologised and completely agreed with my assessment and refunded me the rest of the money. I have seen a few other negative reviews where she has replied saying the reviews are fake. So to prove this is a real review I have also included a screenshot of the money being refund to me. Lucky I found a salon who could fix the horrendous mess she made of my hair. If anyone is thinking about using Naomi to dye their hair stay away!!! FYI - she told me the shampoo and conditioner she uses are from B&M. If I am paying £85 to have my hair done I expected salon quality products not something I can buy in a discount shop.

I am so glad I found White & Jones and I just had to write this review to recommend them to others. I have always found going to the hairdressers nerve wracking incase I end up with a style or colour I don't want so when I booked my appointment, I had a chat on the phone with Naomi first and she really listened to my requests, put me at ease and when it came round, made my appointment enjoyable. I was so impressed by Naomi's styling and attention to detail, she did a fantastic job and I will definitely be back once lockdown is over! I felt that my appointment was relaxing and she checked in with me throughout to see if I was happy with everything. The salon felt very covid safe too. Whilst there, I looked through the photos on the Facebook page and was amazed at the colours, cuts and styles created by Naomi and the team. Naomi is lovely and absolutely deserves the award she recently won and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone to go there!

Naomi and the other girls are all wonderful, talented, sociable hairdressers. A visit to White & Jones includes a very warm welcome when you arrive at the stunning salon to leaving feeling fully pampered, relaxed and looking forward to your next visit. The expertise the girls have is fabulous along with their advise and experience I will not be going anywhere else as I totally trust them and I am already looking forward to my next visit. White & Jones is not just a hair salon to my daughter and I, its a sanctuary where I relax, laugh, chat with friends, listen to great music in stunning surroundings and leave with a great cut and colour that we always receive compliments on.

I would highly recommend White & Jones. Naomi is very professional and welcoming. She always listens to your requirements and always delivers. You only need to visit their Instagram page to see the variety available and the brilliant results achieved. Having had some pretty disappointing hair dresser experiences in the past, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. COVID wise, both Naomi and Josh have worked under difficult circumstances to make sure that the salon is safe for their clients to visit. It is clean and well organised with all staff wearing masks whilst working and cleaning down areas as required.

Rainbow crazy hair dreams ❤️ Naomi is by far the best stylists I’ve ever come across for bold colours. She is so imaginative and helps make your hair dreams a reality - no matter how bold or crazy you want to go. I’ve been to so many salons in the past and walked out with washy colour that fades quickly. With Naomi I leave looking and feeling like a rock star. I get so many compliments on my colour, even in the days before it needs redoing! She does a great cut too, and my blow dry lasts days. I won’t ever go to another salon and already recommended to so many of my friends.

I just recently had my first visit to this salon. Naomi did a good job in the cut but poor finish with the colour. I asked for a chocolate brown but i got that just on the roots with black ends. After sharing this to her she told me not to call on the shop number, and message her on Instagram. I realised colour was bleeding while showering so when i told her on insta she had blocked me and blocked my number from her and her partners number too Totally unprofessional

I have been going to Naomi since she first started her hairdressing career even before she opened her shop. She always knows what I Like, whether that be colour or style. Her service is always friendly and good value, it is all done in her warm and comfortable salon. Naomi puts her all into her work, and is always up for a challenge, she puts her customers first, makes them feel comfortable and offers lots of cups of teas and biscuits which makes it extra special.

Naomi always does an amazing job repairing a botched colour or a full head colour transformation, with amazingly vivid finishes. Fabulous at wedding hair and updo’s for both adults and kids. My kids also love coming here, my smallest is always waiting for next appointment! During covid the salon was amazingly clean and well organised to prevent appointment clashes. They took great care in making sure everyone had what the needed to be and feel safe.

I have never been to the same hairdresser more than once because I have always hated the experience. After lockdown I felt like my hair needed a bit of TLC so I booked an appointment here on a whim as I’d walked past a few times. I have just been for my third visit and will happily be returning in the future. I am made to feel so comfortable from the moment I walk in and my hair feels and looks healthier than ever thanks to Naomi.

Naomi has been doing my hair for a few years now and I can honestly say her customer service is impeccable. She is always polite and makes me feel very comfortable. Naomi knows exactly how I like my hair to be from colour ,cut and styling. The salon is clean and welcoming and the whole experience is relaxing. Superb value for money too. If you haven’t already, then give White and Jones a visit. You will not be disappointed!!

I have been going to White & Jones for a couple of years now, and from my very first visit I knew I wouldn't go anywhere else but White & Jones. Everytime I go, Naomi will always make me laugh and feel comfortable. I always leave loving my hair colour and cut, I cannot fault it. The salon itself is trendy, and super clean. Naomi is not just my hairdresser, I consider her a good friend ‍♀️

Went for a fresh trim today and was struck by the explemntary service and every cut taken with pure precision. I felt fully accommodated for and the whole environment was extremely welcoming. I was met with a warm welcome and the offering of a hot beverage. Extremely pleased with the results and I would trust no one else to attend to my luxurious locks. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Naomi has been cutting and colouring my hair for some time now and i honestly wouldn't want to go anywhere else. She is very knowledgeable about colour and always provides a high quality service, i always leave the salon happy! She is also extremely friendly and professional, getting my hair done is such an enjoyable experience with Naomi. I would 100% reccomend to anyone.

Fabulous hairdressers. Very friendly professional staff. Made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Was booked in with Nicola and she did a fantastic job with my hair. I love the results. So glad I gave this salon a try. I can honestly say I won't go anywhere else now.

honestly this place is not the hair salon you should not be going to, just save your money and go somewhere else, the service is very poor and didnt feel Covid safe. wish i had read the reviews before spending my hard earned cash, nothing but absolute dissapoint

Popped in just before lockdown and the owner went above and beyond to help me, despite me not having an appointment, which I really appreciated. Great little place, really happy with the cut and looking to rebook as soon as they're open again.

Naomi is the best colourist I have ever had. I know I can trust her to either stick to exactly what I want or trust her to just sit down in front of her and let her creativity take control. I can't wait to get booked in with her again!

Naomi and Josh have a brilliant set up. Very friendly and go above and beyond for all their clients. My mother and partner now use the salon regularly. Brilliant salon! Keep up the great work guys!
