I used thr service for more than 2 year. But last night customer service I recieved changed my point of view for this car wash. They lost thr loyal customer because of few rotten eggs who work at this car wash.What a waste of hard earned money I lost by giving them business. I will never recommend anyone to this specific car wash and will ask all my friend and family members to stop using them. After car wash when I showed them they left my car dirty they havent cleaned it properly they replied this is what you get for the price you paid. I told them this is not first time I am coming to this car wash also I paid for cleaning not for charity work. Staff got angry and started behaving very rudely. I spoke to owner over phone and didn’t get a positive response either. Very bad service and very rude staff. will never go back to them again. Check photo for reference and decide who is at wrong customer or cleaners?

Has been my go to car wash for 4 years having had the ‘Deluxe hand wash and polish’ for $80. I decided to go with a full detail and was told this would cost $350. Interior was not thoroughly wiped, centre consoles not even touched, dripping wet floor mats thrown in the boot, seats too wet to sit on and 4 days later, parts of my seats and floor are still wet. Upon review, $350 is more than their SUV detail and my car is a 2 door coupe. Incredibly disappointed and won’t return. Would not recommend, they will take advantage of you.

$100 for interior WIPE DOWN that did not clean 90% of the crevices and under the seats. Lost my keys and items once done cleaning. Specifically asked for smell to be cleaned which was not done when we got back. Had to fight for a reclean that still left smells and extra hour of wait time where I had to monitor them. Don't even bother going, these guys don't know how to do the jobs and tries to rip you off if you seem easy. Constantly gave me the “this guy is a easy target” stare.

Rarely find a car wash that open late. I only have time late evening or night time for this kind of thing. Well, what an ideal that they open 24/7 here. Plus I don’t want to deal with weekends car wash long queue and highly chance that they rush through the wash. This car wash bang on the job, quick, and get the job done with great price. Double the price elsewhere. Got the basic wash here. Happy!

Took the car in on Sunday for deluxe wash, this was the second time and the car overall was good. However, the high pressure hose used on the rims was enough for the paint in part to chip off the following day. I would advise if you use this (or any other) car wash, make sure they take better care with paint work.

Sverytime they are busy… the NEVER DO GOOD JOB!!! I washed my car last time…. I know its gonna rain… at least i have a clean and fresh interior… wiped through and vacumed…. NOT!!! Or probably they are bias… only know how to clean and a clean car!!! DISSAPOINTING!!! Definitely will not come back anymore!!!!

This is what u get for 60$ car wash. Totally disappointed. Its a complete rip off bud. He wants everyone to pay extra to wipe this lol. The rims was not cleaned properly and when i asked them to fix, they said its not included in 60$ car wash. Ripping of people in the name of white diamond car wash.

These boys are terrible. Never again. Told them i was selling my van so i needed it spotless. Yes they cleaned it when the sun went down but there is no point in doing a 24 hour service if you guys are blind doing your jobs at night. Even doh it should have been well spotted

A real 24 hour car wash fitted out to turn any vehicle around in under an hour. When I was there on a Sunday evening they had a crew of at least 11 people on and were servicing about 5 cars and a bus. They detailed my vehicle well, fast and efficiently.

This car wash was fantastic! The boys here had such great attention to detail and my car was left feeling fresh and clean after being here! Cost $42 for a full inside and out with ensuring the car was left clean :) Will 100% recommend others!

Used to be great but quality and efficiency has gone downhill. Always miss dusty bits inside, glass not clean and slow 45 - 1hr wait for just an inside out, they need more staff. Second time issues and probly won’t be back.

They do a great job here. Quick and easy, and relatively inexpensive compared to other car wash services. Plus, got 2 cars done at once so is incredibly efficient and a good way to spend 20 minutes of your Sunday afternoon.

Quick wash but no attention to detail. Noticed watermarks and unclean mirrors on further look. Paid for a “deluxe” wash but didn’t smell or feel that much cleaner. Left stains on the outside. Wax was also useless.

Great car wash. Every time i have been there, same service. Car always done properly. Consistency in car wash places are rare. Also, they are open 24/7. Thank you guys for being consistent with ur service..

Never go there The worst They gave me my car all dirty, sprayed with a kind of oil that didn’t dry for 2 days. And after wiping look what I got. Spots everywhere Even the car ream changed colour

Got fleeced by these grifters today. Asked for the $50 wash and was then charged $90 because my “car was dirty”. Literally criminal conduct on their part, don’t ever go

I’m very particular with my cars and they met my standards, cleaning in all the door jams and around the boot. Fast service and half price of anywhere else I’ve been.

Been here twice now, for their cheapest external clean ($25) and they provide an excellent service. Convenient because it's hand washed and open til late

Car washes here used to be $40 in and out for a hatch back or small van, but now prices are so expensive. Your looking at $70 to $90
