Check before you go to the counter. I picked up 2 pairs of shoes from a pile which had $99 on them and then was told only 1 paid was $99 and the other pair were $129. The woman behind the counter kept insisting they were $129 and not $99. She said they were just in the wrong area. She was quite rude about it too. Not impressed at all..

Bought a pair of boots last week. Was told if I came in this week with my receipt, I could purchase a second pair of boots at half price. When I went in owner refused to honour representation - feed me some rubbish about young staff member not knowing what he was saying. Just lost three customers.

So frustrating when a place doesn't stick to its online opening times. Came to Moorabbin dfo just for wild rhino, only to find it closed 20 minutes before closing time. Gives a bad name to the brand.

Prices tagged on shoe & their system is different they charged me more than I meant to pay. Their answer was “Sorry we have sticked a wrong price tags on these shoes.”. this was for two shoes.
