I had a second property that I needed to sell in Otley. As I live in North London, I didn't have an idea of any agents in the area. I invited 4 Otley agents around and 1 from outside the area, William H Brown in Yeadon. The local agents were pleasant enough but Charlotte stood out and was confident of selling my house within a short timeframe which is why I decided to instruct them . The property was listed with their Online Extra marketing package and they secured a huge amount of interest within a few days. They carried out an open day and I received several over asking price offers before agreeing the sale; all done within a week! The whole legal process took around 3 months due to some unforeseen issues. This could have taken much longer if it wasn't for George Ensor who kept me and the buyers updated all the way through. The whole exprience with WH Brown was excellent! From day one Charlotte and her team supported us with information, patience in aswering all of our questions and advice. George was fantasting in updating us throughout the whole process and we felt this helped a lot in ensuring a smooth process. If you are selling a house in the Yeadon / Guiseley area then I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Their advice has always been spot on, their communication is excellent and they are the most helpful Estate Agents I've ever dealt with. It took a while to shift our house because of the current market but the frustration was reduced knowing they were on the case.
