Dr just contacted me to follow up on a recent hospital visit. They were concerned about my heart. Dr said to come get it checked when I’ve had no covid symptoms for at least 7 days, asked dr if it’s more urgent and could I die, she said yes. Asked if it didn’t matter if I died as long as I don’t spread covid and she said yes again, even when asked to confirm what she had just said. I prefer doctors who want to keep me alive, I understand not being able to attend the centre in person currently, but there are several other ways she could have offered to assist me such as checking heart rate over the phone or sending me to a hospital to be checked.

I'm not happy with my service after long waits when you book appointments like they prefer. Not only did I receive ridiculous amount of phone calls to say I needed to see the doctor urgently about my thyroid to find it was nothing. For me to follow my gut feeling and get a second opinion to find it was more sinister then my doctor from this place told me. I actually found I have a possible cancerous lump on my thyroid. So if you are thinking of going here don't!

Rude and disrespectful disgusting doctor we had . Refused to listen to anything that was said told us it isn't his job to help he's not on any one else's pay roll . Kicked us out of the room . Very unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend seeing this doctor. Very unhappy . I wouldn't even return if I was desperate,you'd still die .

Dr Janaki is one in a million as she will take the time to here your problems and deal with them in a manner that I have never seen in any other doctors, because she knows her stuff she diagnose my problem quickly and probably save my life.

Reception does not know how 2 turn phone on in morning. So you wait keep calling back... diverts to after hours SIC after hours phone. Just how long it takes b4 they notice their phone isnt ringing Practice supposed 2 open 30 mins ag

Been going here for a few years. Dr Santosh excellent Dr knows allot. Out of I think 5 or 6 times I have been here I have only been waiting maybe Max 30 minutes. Last appointment booked for 3:10pm and got called at 3 14.

Windsor Family Practice is the best doctors surgery I have ever been to. The staff are courteous, the doctor listened to me and treated me accordingly. By far the best. Windsor town you are very lucky to have them.

Rather long wait time despite I had booked appointment. The doctor wasn't really listening what I had in mind nor gave me a diagnosis. Got a prescription in less than five minutes.

Teleconference set for 2:30pm, call came through at 3:47pm! Script was wrong, have to come back to correct it, won't post correction. Not open all weekend. Service is poor

Delay in seeing the doc as a doc was off sick, as I am only 5 mins away, a phone call advising of delay would have been considerate. My appointment was 45 mins late

Long wait time. Doctors seem to offer general advice only,dont expect anything great. They do bulk bill. Park off Kable street and walk through the mall.

The phone lines are never available at open times. Staff can't turn answers machines off. Very frustrating when I need to speak to adr quickly.

Really happy with this practice -they are efficient and thorough then send reminders-they remind me when I forget and the Drs are great

Decent Doctors but bloody horrible wait times. I feel I have never been seen on time and generally wait 30 - 45 minutes to see a GP.
