Went out here with a client which I’ve ate here before and havnt had any problems, but after Monday nights meal I’ll never return here or recommend this place our meal took half a hour to come out 1st was pad Thai then after 20 minutes the rest of our order was served to the table the duck was cold like it actually just come out the fridge , once told the waiter she come over and went to see if it was cold by touch our food with the back of her hand once she took the crying tiger and duck back we herd the microwave buttons !! After cooking our food in the microwave it was then served back to us meat was killed and the duck was like rubber . My client called the next morning not well at all because he tryed to not be rude and eat the cold duck the food was cooked and refrigerated never again

The girl on the counter needs some more training in customer service. We came here tonight and ordered 3 satay dishes, we received 2 satay and 1 cashew. We advised her we have received a wrong dish and she didn't even acknowledge it and went to answer the phone, like she done while we were placing our orders which was super rude. Our entrees came out quite quickly which was good but really disappointing about the mains. When we finished eating we AGAIN told her that there was an error with our order but there was no apology and we asked for a refund which we received. The food was good but poor service so probably won't be back.

Would have been great if I’d ordered a vegetarian meal, however I ordered the Tom ka Gai (had 5 tiny pieces of chicken in the whole starter soup, and a lot of soup and onion) and the green chicken curry (which had 4 tiny pieces of chicken in the whole curry, and a lot of vegetables). Was disappointing to say the least - I get businesses are cutting costs but it’s hard to call a chicken curry a chicken curry when the chicken is wholly absent!

Really good quality food. The satay chicken and salt and pepper squid and solid favourites. They do both dine in and take away but be sure to call ahead early if taking away because they are super popular! They offer a discount if you pay in cash. The portions are decent sizes and the ingredients all seem fresh. Parking is tight nearby as it’s on a popular row of shops. They don’t seem to have a liquor license.

Extremely rude waitress. We arrived at the venue at 8pm and asked to eat in. We were told ONLY TAKE AWAY. Mind you, their Goggle page shows closing time for 9:45PM. I attempted to order a few dishes and was told sold out. We finally found some food to order. Upon collection, we were told more food we ordered wasn’t available. Paid by card and was surcharged 2% but, was only allowed to receive my refund back via cash. Very dodgy business. This placed needs to be audited. Probably the worst customer service in all over Windsor.

Went all out grabbing a great variety of dishes for a birthday treat - Bland was perhaps the best description of $177 worth of dishes, which included Duck, Barramundi and no less than four of their recommended dishes- there was nothing that stood out and said come again for this food.Considering how well the menu and reviews read we were most dissapointed

We ordered food to be delivered at the Crown Plaza at Hawkesbury. The food was of good portion size, good quality and tasted amazing. There was a long delay from Uber to pick it up but the restaurant kept us updated and the food was still hot. In short ticks all boxes for quality, quantity and excellent service.

Food is okay, have had better. I buy here to support the local community but annoyed about how three times now we've ordered beef and chicken pad Thai and paid and not gotten any chicken. If they had none then tell us don't charge us and be happy that you've received the money. I won't be eating here again

Food tasted very good and it was a lovely enclosed place to sit in for dinner. The wait staff were very friendly and helped us choose our meals. They also provided a discount for paying with cash. Would highly recommend if you are in the Windsor area.

The food is always delicious and very well priced. The staff are always friendly. The location is excellent with surrounding street parking and plenty of places to sit if you opt for takeaway. The seating inside is limited, however it is rarely busy especially at lunch time.

The old man that did my delivery was absolutely rude and ignorant, refused to give my change and asked for a tip, then when I asked for my change he replied with saying he will not deliver here again. Worst customer service ever. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Entree was cold -customer service needs improvement for me to come back. Broken wine glass . Lots of other better options in Windsor.

Walked in about 230pm and no one to greet us for a few minutes, just standing there. A guy came out and wiped our table down which was good but not sure about touching all the cutlery after? Maybe have small containers with cutlery for only us to touch. Food was ok.

Waiting for 20mints take away then I went inside kitchen. They haven’t even start my order Bcz they have only few customers inside. People came after me they received they order but they push my order back each dining customers came in.

$10 lunch special plus a few drink with 10% weekend surcharge. Amount of food is fair for the price. Quiet little restaurant but definitely equal in food quality to those big names in Sydney. Food menu as expected. Managed by a couple who deserve more reviews.

As a person who lived in Thailand for a very long time, this restaurant's flavours were very close to authentic! Delicious and excellent. It is my family's go-to place for Thai now. I had ordered: Tom Yum, Taro Puff, Phak Prik King and Peneng Curry.

Real authentic Thai. Loved the vegetarian/ tofu Pad Thai and Chilli basil and cashew fried rice. Also loved the Tom Kha Soup with chicken pieces and unique flavours with lemon grass and ginger.

Absolutely beautiful tasting food. We had Windsor fish, which is delightful, masaman curry, melt in your mouth and a very tasty duck dish with rice and Jasmine tea. Wonderful service.

Kind and willing staff, quick service even before they were closing for the afternoon. General lovely standard of Thai as you would normally expect, juicy and delicious.

Had the green curry, was ok. Had some of the missus' chicken Thai Palace Sizzler, nearly ate it all on her. Nice decor and decent service, I'll go back.
