I never leave reviews but I have to for this one. The manager, she was very nasty, rung me up for a dress, I used 27 on a gift card and was paying the rest Apple Pay, then she said she does not accept Apple Pay. So I called my boy friend who was waiting outside to bring me cash. She got very nasty and said she had to process a return because she couldn’t leave the register on a pending sale to help other customers but there was not one single other person in that’s store ( probably due to her horrendous attitude and nastiness ). She processed the return as he was walking in with the cash. She said she couldn’t sell me the dress because it would take a few days for the return to go onto the gift card. I couldn’t understand why she processed it when she saw that I was ready with cash in my hand. She is very nasty and I will drive to jersey to go to Windsor because she is a miserable person. How are these people given manager positions. Re evaluate your employees. Do better Windsor. Disgusting

Came in today.They were welcoming at first I asked a Hispanic worker for help locating three dresses she did not know where anything was.A lot of the dresses are ripped and have holes in them.I wanted to exchange a dress I bought that I was told by another store manager in soho and they gave me such a big problem I called soho in front of them and told them and they said yes Atleast store credit could be given I wasn’t asking for my money back I just wanted to swap the dress.The manager was in her own world lacked maybe Brain cells.What ever happened to customer is right I ended up buying the dress because it was nice but Rosa the manager is not helpful and should not be running a store which clueless employees.

This is the only place I shop at. Two employees always help me pick out my outfits. Rosa and Ray they are just absolutely amazing. They help me out and always are working so hard. Always keeping the store neat and organised. I feel like I have my own stylist when I go there! Just amazing! thank you for the best service they deserve a nice raise for all the hard work they put in

Extremely rude employees, I've been in that store with my daughter and her friends and never had such a poor customer service like we did yesterday. My daughter and her friend were so upset the way the employees were talking to them. We'll try our best never NOT to shop there. (Incident was Wednesday 8/3/2022)

This store is too dramatic. It turns out that if you come shopping and bring your little ones, they tell you that if the children make noise you can't go in. One of the workers is very despot and I don't recommend this store apart. You have a very bad character when you ask them something. about the sizes

Absolutely disgusting attitude! Very rude, the way they talk to you. I have experienced such rude treatment from Two of you employees especially a pregnat one who has no patience in dealing with customers!

I had the pleasure of being helped by Rosa, she was so nice and helped me find a dress for a wedding she went above and beyond with helping me tie the dresses down to helping me find shoes ! She’s great!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I always enjoy shopping at this location. Inventory is great and store is always neat and organized. It’s definitely my “go to” when i need a cute outfit.
