Have been back since my last review. Terrible. Salads look like they came out of plastic bags from Coles and were almost inedible. Ceaser salad came without tortilla strips. Med rare steak was rare, borderline blue. Buffalo wings soggy and flavourless. Only 5 other tables during Sunday night dinner service. Very worrying. More

We are regulars at the tavern. I'm from Sydney and my family lives in the mountains and every time I go up there I bully my sister into taking me! It's pretty hard to beat their food- great value, generous portions, super tasty food and friendly staff. Hard to beat for a cheap pub meal that really satisfies.

A sour waitress who kept an extra $20, a missing pepper sauce and instead of an apology or a smile and oops it was accusations from kitchen and waitress that it wasn’t ordered. Definitely was!! The food was a usual pub meal but unfortunately the service staffs attitude made it a disgusting experience.

No one to check if QR codes had been used. No one to take our order, they were too busy talking around the back. Friendly when he came, but he told us the roast was pork and when it arrived it was beef. Good size portions. Had the worst cappuccino ever. Tables had not been cleaned. Would not go back.

We had the most amazing time at the Winmalee Tavern today for Mother's Day. Service was fantastic, super friendly staff who made the whole experience great for all the family. Board games for the kids, welcoming environment and the food was super tasty. Will definitely be back!

Very helpful and friendly staff, I had chicken schnitzel,chips and salad, was good except for the salad, one friend had fish chips and salad. The fish was rubbery and tasted horrible was not fresh good chips though, two others had steak and chips they said it was fair. More

I have been here many times. Chef is a a friendly person and does a great job..Favourite meal is roast pork dinner for $15 which includes soft drink from bar and a coffee. Meal is well prepared and comes with great selection of roast vege and gravy and Apple sauce.

Went for lunch on Saturday. Waitress was friendly and helpful. The food was terrific. We all enjoyed our meals. Only other visit was about 9 years ago, when food was only just OK. A big improvement since then. Will definitely be returning!

Bangers on mash on a cold Saturday night - great comfort food - not at Winmalee Tavern. Lumpy mash and the cheapest Coles sausages were served up. So much for Thick Sausages and Creamy Mash!! Never again.
