Store was clean and organized. But I wanted to buy 2 white tops. Same size, style, shape but just made from a different company. Went to pay for them and one of them didn't have a tag. They told me that they had to go to the racks to find the same thing for the price. So they spent 15 minutes trying to find a shirt that was the most expensive that they had. It wasn't my size the style was different and had a lot more bling to it. I was frustrated because I explained to them that the exact same shirt was sitting right beside it on the counter (I wanted to buy both of them)and the one in question was in the sales rack area with it. Their response was we can't use that one cause the price was too low and I could be saying anything. After being jerked around for 1/2 an hour I bought both of them. The next day I returned the expensive one because I felt ripped off and disrespected since I don't lie about things and that I would never want to rip off any store

Service SUCKS. I shop at all the different winners and Marshalls and I still say the one at Garden City has the worst customer service. Standing at a checkout on a Sunday and yes I know it's a weekend and its tough to have to work but do you guys want to make money from customers or not?? One cashier and the other ones busy sorting hangers and trying to find someone else to come work cash. Not at all helpful I know it sucks to work on Sunday because I do it sometimes too but in the interest of the business that you work for that's trying to make money it would be nice if you at least pretended you were happy to be there and try to have a smile and Maybe smile back when somebody smiles at You or asks you a question. Again people that work in the store are walking around but will not answer questions when you asking for something or looking for something

I am a frequent customer of Home Sense, Winners and Marshalls. I have always experienced positive customer service at the Regent and Ellice locations - both in person, and over the phone. Moments ago, I called the Garden City store to check on an item and have it held for me. The woman was very abrupt and told me that checking availability over the phone was not a service they provided. News to me! I won't go out of my way to shop at this location. On a Wednesday morning at store opening .. can't see they were that busy that they could've take a minute to guarantee a sale of more than $100! Disappointed but service does vary based on the individual.

Tried calling for a product check on an item that I was HOLDING in my hands two weeks ago, the lady had the nerve to tell me they have never sold this item (rudely might I add). I mentioned I was there two weeks ago and I was definitely holding said item I just didn't purchase it at the time. She promptly put me on hold to come back on the line and say "yeah we have never sold those". Either she didn't want to bother checking, or doesn't know what items they carry in the store. Regardless I went to another Winners and purchased the item that "was never there".

I was there to return a jacket which i purchase from winners Jashnot was girl on cash I was not having the receipt for that but I was having my photo ID proof in my phone and she talked with me very rudly and was not helping me and she called her manager who's behavior is also really bad with me I was requesting that I came from very far I can not come again I have a really busy schedule every week but they don't understand and that girl Jashnot behavior was really bad I won't shop again at winners ever really bad behavior.

I always enjoy going to Winners for the possible, odd bargain find or reasonably original priced item. This is even though I am aggravated everytime by the knowledge that most of the items aren't marked down at all and that the manager is trying to push the price point of merchandise up as high as she can to exclude lower class bargain-hunters and attract upper class trend followers (from conversation overheard). The staff are friendly but it is not as ordered as it should be given the price tags.

I go to this Winners often and never have a problem with them but this evening when I called asking if they have yoga mats, the girl simply said she’s not sure and that I would have to come into their store to check. I’m sorry, are you not there to work and provide customer service to customers? Not sure why it was so difficult to quickly check if they had any or ask a colleague to. I called Marshalls Leila afterwards, and they were happy to check without me even having to ask.

Outstanding Management from Nicole, she is exactly what a company should represent, excellent customer service. She's helped me with absolutely no issues twice when I had a personal issue with an item I purchased, was just there Sept 4/19. I watched her also helping others the two times I was there and I was just very pleasantly pleased with how she handles situations so professionally and always puts the customer first! Thanks again Nicole!!

This winners is one of the best in the city of Winnipeg. They always have a good selection of clothes (adult and childrens) and home decor. The store is well organized, tidy and the staff is also friendly. 4 stars cause they dont usually have enough people on til, and the line is always long (often extending out of the designated line up area). There is like 6 check-outs and usually they have 1 or 2 people working the counter.

Good store with a large variety of products in a very convenient location. Have to take 1 star off because checkout usually takes a while. 1 more star off because prices are not always reasonable. I found a 5ml sample of K18 leave in repair mask for $13... the same product was given to me for free at Sephora. If you do the math, K18 mask retails for $12 per 5mls at Sephora... not much of a deal

It's a good store to go to. I'm there often, but they stuff to much on there racks.so it makes it hard to look for clothes, so I often give up looking. It feels like a second hand store when I go there. If they want to sell more they need to make it more attractive to the buyers. For all there other stuff it's good. Not as cramped together so its easier to look at. So half of the store is good.

I have no idea how to use their washroom I tried everything I could but ended up with just santizing my hand and washed my hands thoroughly at the foodcourt washroom. They always have something new on makeup and skincare and kitchen, so its my favourite Winners near me, but this faucet just called me stupid in broad daylight. …

Don't come here expecting to get the stuff that you want. You have to be patient looking for the stuff that you need. I always go here to buy clothing for kids and I find the price cheaper compare to other stores. Best time to come here is morning where the shelves are not yet chaotic.

this is a great place to shop if your looking for name brand clothing at a bargain price. you will find all the big named brands here. they also carry allot of different gizmos and gadgets like earbuds bluetooth speakers and workout equipment.definatley worth a visit

No mens Xl or larger sizes in clothes. Very discriminating. Their stores in the USA carry larger mens sizes in grand forks north Dakota. I can't shop there with family because its frustrating and I avoid it at all costs. I've enquired too many times. Nothing is done

Worst custoner service "big lady with glasses" giving a snarky attitude. I found a dress across from Winners from Marshalls Homesense my size but cannot even show ID or write a return receipt. Love the store unfortune some employees mistreating some customers...

You can buy almost any type of clothing, furnishings, decorator pieces, knick knacks, end of line specials, discontinued fashions...all at heavily discounted prices. Daily inventory updates seem to happen so anytime is a good time to shop at Winners.

This store is better than other winners. Sales reps want to help you in every possible way. There was a girl at jewellery counter named Gurpreet, she was so great. I needed to buy just one good thing for my wife but with her help I bought 4

It was over crowded things were misplaced. The fun part was watching a guy and woman pushing a baby stroller boosting clothes and toys etc and walking out without paying. Generally a great place but Winners dropped the ball that day.

Very disorganised and messy. Had to dig around for the deals. The Clearance section was the worst of all. Only reason this store was given two stars was that the prices were fair for brand name selections. Not inspired to go back.

This location is well organized, clean, and tidy. The staff are friendly and overall helpful. The selection isn't as varied as I expected and the prices for some items are higher than buying new from the actual brand name store.

Winners is winners. Just wish they would have some clothing that fit. Men so come in other sizes not just S/M/L (slim fit) some people have broad shoulders and a bit of a gut. Would be nice to see some items for the bigger guys

Good selection. By shopping carefully you can find good quality sportswear golf shirts,golf shorts. Billabong shirts. I love winners. Selection keeps changing. Go often. Large aisles. Well staffed. Courteous and efficient.

Seems to be a decent winners store. Not the biggest but a good variety of stuff (although with it being on the smaller side the selection of each category isn't the largest). Good to have local to the Mcphillips area.

Once every 2-3 years, I find me a very good deal on something nice I would wear. Not the perfect choice of a shopping spot for a big buff daddy mack man like me at 6 foot 3 and 250 lbs of sexy Ukrainian.

Couldn't take the cart to the car kind of defeats the purpose of having the cart, especially when you have heavy items. Can it use 3 gift cards per transaction which thet failed to mention ahead of time

I actually found really good summer tops.. Some of the clothes are mislabelled according to the size.. Overall, I was hoping there will be associates available for assistance but nothing like that.

I was looking for a steel toe boots for work but are expensive, then i went winners GC, there are dewalt steel toe boots for $150 so i bought them immediately, i like the boots its so comfortable.

Oh I love going to this store, you just have to be prepared to look around, that's the only way you will find the good bargains. I have found so many things in there, I can't count them all.

They are always getting new merchandise in and I purchased a blouse. Today there were numerous people in the store as new merchandise has come to the store. The staff were very helpful.

Very hard to access after mall locks their doors. Google says open til 8, but no easy way to access store that is supposedly still open past the malls closing? #veryconfused

Winners just is not what it used to be. I used to go in there and find at least one thing but I would say it's maybe every seventh to eleventh visit at best.
