I would not recommend this company at all. On March 10 I called them and they said they had a fob I needed as mine broke. I drove to their address as they said they were there. I waited about 15 min for them to show up, and they didn't have the fob. They quoted me $125 for the fob replacement and I gave them a $50 deposit because they said the key would be there on Monday. I thought, ok they made a mistake thinking they had the fob but didn't - no worries. Monday comes and goes and on Thursday I contact them to ask where the fob is. They replied back saying they are waiting for the order and were apologetic. The next week I contact them again asking about the fob and they are still waiting for delivery and said it should be there that week. They said if it's not there in a couple of days they will refund my money (because I asked for my deposit back). I don't hear from them again until Monday, March 27 saying the key should be there today, but if it's not they will reimburse me. Then I get another text asking for my VIN, so I send it thinking the fob has now arrived. I heard nothing. On Wednesday March 29 I reach out again because they have my VIN and I don't have a fob and they are not communicating. At this point they agree to give the deposit back, and said they would come to my place and give me my deposit back. I waited 4 hours at home only to get a message that he can't come tonight and to try again tomorrow. I finally got my deposit back yesterday. Then they have the audacity to message me today to say the key/ fob is in and they can come to do it now. I asked how much and it's now $350 and said if I went to a dealership it would be more. Also that it's not their fault that they thought I said key replacement even though I said fob when I talked to them on the phone, when I met them in person, and in my many texts asking if my fob was in. Also, it's not their fault because he works alone even though 2 people showed up on the first day and I spoke to a lady on the phone. And the kicker is I used their services just over a year ago and the fob-only replacement was $125 which is why I was using them again. 3 weeks to get my deposit back $200+ increase on the quote Wasted so much of my time Dishonesty I'm so disappointed.

IF YOU'RE LOCKED OUT OF YOUR CAR, you can get 1year of CAA for same price this man will charge you. Make sure you skim his false reviews to the many true reviews with the same exact problems. $15 is false advertising. Purely false. Called in, asked about the $15, they quoted my mother $45. The guy showed up in 20 min (only reasonable thing), I mentioned how it went from $15 to $45, he says it's going to be $65 because of her car. She has a 2003 Nissan Maxima. I asked why we were quoted for $45, when the website falsely starts off at $15, and now all of a sudden is $65? He tells me I'm lucky it's only $65 and that if I had a Toyota it would have been $150. He did what CAA and any other locksmith does, the pump & coat hanger trick. Not worth $65. Guess what? Guess he didnt like my questioning the shady practice and charged my mother $85. $20 in taxes? Purely poor business. They should be giving you a accurate quote from the get go once they see your car make. You'd be better off asking a local teen to pop your door for $45, or another honest locksmith. Should my elderly mother lock her keys in again, we wont be coming here, sorry. Edit: wow, surprise surprise just like every other real person review on your business you claim our "story did not happen". For anyone second guessing my claim, take a look at other reviews who are not family/friends of the Russian owner. We all have almost the same story, we all were quoted $15 then $45, then charged double if not 4x that. I highly suggest everyone with a cellphone record your encounter with these 2 men. Maybe then the 15+ people you lied about costs too will make sense to you. Very unprofessional way to run a business. My mothers car IS basic lock fee to open. Its power locks, YOU decided to open it from the manual lock to charge more. Shady. 2 star is now going to 1.

The website says that it’s the fastest and the cheapest locksmith company in Winnipeg. Both of those claims are so far from the truth. On google it says that it’s 15$ with a 15 minute response time. I placed my call at 7:56 pm, they said they would be there within half an hour. They finally got to me at 9:19 pm. The guy shined a light into the window of my car for 10 seconds and says “for this car it’s gonna cost 110$, plus service fees.” It came out to 147$ after taxes and service fees. 147$ for him to put an inflatable bag between the car door and use a glorified coat hanger to click the lock. They never gave me a price when I called, and the price was almost 10 times what is advertised on their website. If you don’t want to be stuck outside your car for over an hour in the cold, just for some terrible service which somehow is worth price gouging you 10 times the listed price; just use a different locksmith company. Oh and I looked at all the 5 star reviews from “customers” on here, and they’re all employees of the company. I’d probably give you a better rating if you refunded me a reasonable portion of my money. Until then, take your 1 star.

The technicians they sent were very polite and got the job done quickly, and arrived in a timely manner so I have no problem with them. My issue is when I sent them an email I said I was locked out of my house and would like them to open the door, they said, "We charge 15$ for the service call and 45$ fot a basic lockout." (quoted from their email to me) When they got here though, they said that since it was an outdoor door, they charge $80 and the $15 for the service. When I argued a bit that the email they sent me confirmed that the door was an outdoor door, they justified the added costs by saying that the knob I had was a particularly difficult one to pick, which is why there was a higher cost... They were not able to open the lock so they had to drill through the knob. Because of the mix-up in pricing, the technician went through all our options to try to make it so we didn't have to pay more than the $95 which already seemed inflated because of the previous quote. Overall, I would say they had nice service and technicians, but beware of added charges to hiring this company.

  • Steven T

Paid $150 to have my lock drilled out. The technician was polite but i could have drilled out my locked bedroom door myself for free. Was kind of hoping to not have to get a new doorknob.....hindsight is 20/20...I don't know why they rattle on about the $15 service charge, my situation required $150ish dollars when the serviceman couldn't pick the lock. His dispatch called him twice whilst he worked. It came to $156 total....not sure if this place is the cheapest...who knows? Also, don't bother leaving me a smarmy reply..will be trying another locksmith next time. My feeling is that the technician was rushed by his office to finish the job. Again no smarmy reply to my post or I'll drop my rating to one ..The technician tried everything and was knowledgeable, so my rating is 3 stars due to price only, and maybe if you could list the price for your different services to be more clear. Customers do not have knowlege of the workings of locksmithing, and clarity in charges could help.

Really wish I had read the reviews before call this company. Called because I had locked my keys in the car. I was doing the food delivery so I’m abit rush to bring the food to the customer as this my responsibility. I searched in the Google and see this company ad shows $15 for the service. However, the technician shown up and said that just the price for him to come and he said to unlock the car is $120 plus tax. I was shocked as this company is take advantage of base on your situation rather than help you with resonable price or cheapest price as theyre advertising. After haggling I have to pay 100$ for the service because I have to wait another 20-30 mins to call someone else, 100$ for 30s work is a lot to me and easiest money for him. That cost me the whole day for food delivery. Please stay away from this company for all hidden price. I’ll let all people I know to avoid this. Worse service ever in Canada life.

I had used their service on February 21. The tech had come to program 2 Nissan keys. Unfortunately the keys would not start the vehicle outside of their machine being plugged into the security system. Drove the vehicle immediately after the tech left but was unable to get it started once I turned it off. I had to get a tow to a mechanic to perform the diagnostic scans of the ECU, I was told the programming of the keys were no good. They were kind enough to come back again to start the vehicle for me to save another tow bill to bring it to Nissan and they too were unable to pair the keys to the vehicle saying the keys were unable to pair to the secuirty system. These expenses have cost me over $1000 in 7 days including 2 seperate shop bills, tow and gas. They refuse for a refund. We are now pursuing litigation for all costs involved. Should have gone right to the dealership for the keys. Lesson learned.

I never write reviews but here I am. Had to have my garage door lock removed yesterday because it was not fixable. The response was fast and the job was done quickly too. However, your prices are overpriced even considering your experience and how basic or non-basic the job is. Numerous people in the review had mentioned about it, then you should take it into a consideration. Will never recommend this place to anyone and I won’t be calling them back. Edited: Just because your customers “agree” on the price, it doesn’t mean your prices are reasonable. I made it very clear that the quote you gave me was expensive, on the spot. But I had no choice but to accept it because it needed to get done. Most of your customers are desperate when they call you and you know that. Please learn how to take criticism. How you talk to people really matters and it can change a lot of things in a good way. Thank you.

Look somewheres else, or get CAA instead please! these guys are crooks. Locked my self out of my car, Called this place and they say "15 dollars to come out and additional charge depeneding on the situation" which should have raised red flags.. but I was in a jam all my stuff locked in vehicle. I figured maybe 80bucks.. n e way Super nice guy comes pretty quick, looks and says "I can do it no problem, 125+15 call out 160 with tax". To me this is robery, they arent looking to help but are praying on their next helpless victim!! I understand its a business but you do not need to charge such a high price for a 2 minute job. I tried negotiating but nothing worked. Never will I recomend them, please save your money try somewheres else, or pay 150+. Theyll probably respond with something like every situation is different but if it was my 2 minute door open wouldnt have costed so much.

  • Laura Beggs

Extremely manipulative and misleading company. Claims 15 dollar lock smith service and then upon arrival you’ll be told it’s 125 dollars plus the 15. I’ve had a locksmith service before open my back door no problem. The man was very nice but insisted on front door, he spent about 15 minutes on the front and then 2 minutes on the back door which the other company had success with in about 30 seconds and said it would need to be drilled. He was very nice but all in all this company is SOOO MISLEADING. When I phoned about the misleading ad the service rep was incredibly rude and actually raised her voice. The technician was very nice- although I questioned when he wanted to spend all his time on the lock I said the other company was unsuccessful with and then barely tried the lock the other company was successful with.. I would NOT recommend this company. Keep scrolling.

We accidenlly left our only key for honda civic in the trunk. We got it second hand and thats why we only have one key and havent gotten it duplicated yet we were at a car wash and when we took some towel to wipe the car after we forgot the key was inside the trunk and we called this as it was around 10:30 already and the guy who helped us tried to open it but to no avail and we had no choice but to grt a new key he ended up making 2 keys first one didnt work and the second one worked for the trunk but didnt work for starting the car so we got the original key back. He was going to charge us $336 but just charged us 165 plus we gave tip. He was very kind and worked long to make the keys and didnt Charge us for it because it didnt work for the actual car so amazing service and Awesome guy.

  • Kelsey Patterson

Really wish I had read the reviews. Called because I had locked my keys in the car. Asked how much it would be, was told $15 plus the cost of equipment. The grand total was $147 for less than 60 seconds of work, a blood pressure cuff, and a coat hanger. Absolutely ridiculous. AVOID Edit: Yes, after sending the technician to the wrong place after I told you several times where I was, the technician arrived. I needed my car. If I had been quoted more appropriately when I called, I would have called elsewhere. I had already wasted 20 minutes of my time, and I had a long drive ahead of me. $147 for less than a minutes work is a lot, and it's a far cry from $15. Also, both your website and your Google page say that you're open 24/7, so I don't understand how I could have called after hours.

  • Darcy Poirier

Service tech did show up quick and on time on a Sunday evening which was good. The tech was not upfront about the costs and when I questioned the price he blamed me for not asking the right questions. When I told him he was the professional and should be upfront about the costs he immediately threatened to remove the handle. I was also disappointed he didn’t bother to key the deadbolt to the handle and again blamed me for not asking for that prior. They offered to re-key for additional cost. I would not recommend and will not be using again. *UPDATE- someone from the office called back and they were just as rude to deal with. They were unwilling to deal with the core problem of their service which was the hidden pricing and unwillingness to rekey to match the deadbolt

  • spionage1

I see some other people have had a similar experience to me. I wish I had read the reviews before pursuing their services. I was also quoted $15 for the service call and $45 basic. It was as basic a job as there could possibly be. The guy opened my car in a minutes time. I guess basic means that your car isn't locked and you just lack the ability to open a door handle. They then offered me a 25% discount on my next use of their service. How insulting!!! I would never use their services again. The tech pretty much will just make up any random price. I will repeat again my car was opened up in 60 seconds time. How is that not basic?!?! Anyways this service will cost you a minimum of $100 so be prepared to pay that. I hate being mislead

  • Allison Zimmer

Poor customer service experience - emailed an inquiry three weeks ago and never received a response. After reading the current reviews I think I'm glad it didn't work out, lots of negative reviews regarding price, and then the owner responds "you were quoted the basic price but your (thing) wasn't basic"... Prob get better reviews if they'd just stop quoting the "basic" and start quoting the entire price range. ‍♀️ Editing to add: the fact that I've still not received a response to my email, but my reply was responded to, is laughable. I'm not a customer because they ignored me, not because I didn't want to be. Second edit: wow now the owner has deleted their "not even a customer but wrote a review??" reply. Haha! ‍♀️

  • Aiden Morgan

It's a scam. So I locked my keys in the car. Old Pontiac. I called this service and they were there in about 10 minutes. Gave me the price of 136 dollars! Said he was giving me a deal and it's usually 150. For about 8 minutes of work too. Outrageous. When I finally did try to pay his debit machine wasn't working. He called his "supervisor" spoke in a foreign language for about 5 minutes then told me I would have to pay in cash. The tech didn't have any change so I had to pay more. Had to beg the guy for an invoice that had zero break down of the labor or any business info. Do not use this service. It's a scam. Their home office is an apartment building on lanark. Report them to the better business bureau. It's a scam!

  • Andres Cuellar

The guy showed with an unmark car and he doesn't even try to put a mask on. I needed a deadlock and normal lock to be open, he tried for several minutes with the small kind of drill and then he gave me two options, drill the lock or cut the lock of the side gate. Nor without questioning me why I have a lock in my side gate(none of his business) I told him that I have a 3rd option, to call someone else who knows how to do the job. I call 24 hrs locksmith and in took him literally 2 minutes to open the door, both locks without drilling or cutting any locks. Shame on you guys. I will never use Winnipeg Pure Locksmith in the future that is for certain and you even charged me for doing anything.

  • Ramon Desiderio

Would not use this service again. Wrong expectation was set by the guy on the phone. Was told that service call was $15 plus $45 to unlock the doorknob. Service man comes looking for which car as he was told it was a car and insisted on $90 plus tax fee as the quoted price was for "basic" service. Mine isn't basic as it's a doorknob, he pointed basic was for digital locks and not doorknobs. So ended up paying $100.80, wouldn't have been a problem if the right expectations were set. Adding upafter reading the other reviews these guys are real rip offs. They quote you a lower price so they get the call and charge you a different price on site.

  • Brianna Di Pietro

I got locked out of the house and they came in 20 minutes which was very efficient. I didn't expect to pay $156.00 for 10 minutes but next time ensure to ask how much as it says 15.00 on google. I called the company back as we are unable to open the door since they came to our house. I called 1 week later as I had been out of town. He was going to send someone to see the door as I have to change the lock now. I asked what he was going to do for me as the door worked good before they touched it. He said nothing and that I would have to pay them now to change the lock. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY as unethical and rude.

  • Stacey Speers

SCAM. JUST CALL CAA, get a membership, it's cheaper and was a very fast response. (They were at my door in 5 minutes.) Winnioeg Locksmith are not transparent about prices. I asked on the phone and they said it would be a 15$ service charge. Then they guy came fir a basic lockout (my window was even slightly open, I tried opening with a wire but couldnt get grip on the lock.) They know people are desperate and take advantage. They tried asking me to pay $150 +service charge. I refused and he tried telling me CAA is no good. If you are reading this, know that you can call CAA, and not be taken advantage of.

  • Dylan

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY HIDE COSTS AND LIE. Advertising "cheapest prices" for services and quoting 15$ plus a possible additonal service cost on the phone i thought i would take a chance... The cost was 15$ + 125$ service fee +taxes +an UNAVOIDABLE TIP PROMPT. Expect to pay around 200$ to get your keys out of your car...with the most simple lock mechanism. I called other companies...this company will cost you over double what most others will. CALL ANY OTHER TOW TRUCK COMPANY. This company falsly advertises, hides costs, and lies about competetors prices....go anyhere else and enjoy your savings.

  • Lisa Gasper

I am so impressed with this company and their sevice! After calling three other companies and getting their voicemails, all saying they don't work on Saturdays, I was so relieved to connect with a real person when I called here! Next they said they could be at our house within 30 mins and sure enough in 20 mins a fellow was at my door. He was so nice, helpful and courteous. He gave me options and prices and didn't pressure me to spend more than necessary. He did his work quickly and within an hour of placing the call everything was done! Highly recommend this company - great work guys! Thank you!

  • Lola Jabir

I locked myself out of my car and was hoping to get a locksmith to come out and help me. The website advertised it for $15 and the dispatcher told me the locksmith would be there within 20-25 minutes. I ended up waiting 50 minutes in the freezing weather. Upon arrival, the locksmith was rude and after unlocking my car I was forced to pay $155 and ANOTHER $20. The locksmith said that it was their price for arriving to my location. Definitely false advertisement and rip off. I do not recommend this locksmith and I wish I read their reviews prior to calling them. Definitely lesson learned.

  • Dauna-Lee

I chose this place because they advertise $15 to unlock your vehicle, and the woman I spoke with said it would only be a 15-20mins wait. She was rather curt, so I wasn't comfortable asking any more questions. The technician came 45 mins later and then said it would be a $100 cost, that the $15 is just a service fee (also said that the woman on the phone told me this- which is untrue). After waiting in +28 heat for 45 mins, I was ready to pay whatever, and if this is the industry standard, then that's fine, but I don't appreciate being manipulated like that.

  • Jonathan Shkiler

Tumbler broke on the car. The receptionist said the lock smith would have to assess first when we already knew what the problem was. So I am left stranded and have to call a different company. Thanks guys. Youre the best. Update: got the problem resolved with another company. It was the wafers in the tumbler that had to be replaced. I have seen how the business responded to this review. My advice is to improve your processes and not upset or offend your potential customers. Improve your customer service.

  • Joel Saunders

Friend locked keys in her car...website said 15 minutes/$15. They wouldn't tell me how much on the phone but they would assess once they arrived. Waited about 50 minutes before they showed and they wanted $155 plus tax plus the $15. I refused the service but still had to pay the $15. After phoning around I found the same service for about 1/2 the price. My biggest issue is what I feel is false advertising....clearly NOT $15 but a scam to get you to call them first! I recommend phoning someone else.

  • Noir Studios

This place is a scam. We had to replace a lock on a commercial building. Quoted us $266 which is $166 more than previous company we'd used. Then told us he'd drop the price down to $225. Then he said that we needed a new mechanism which would cost us over $400!!! We decided we would NOT pay that much and sent him on his way but not before he demanded $50 in quotation fees not the $15 we were quoted on the phone or what appears on their website. We had NO services completed whatsoever. Buyer beware.

  • Nicole Hepner

Great experience! Called them just before noon on a whim thinking they would be busy for the day and I would have to arrange it for another time. They were here by early afternoon, same day. They changed the lock out and set it up so I can finally lock & unlock my front door! 3 years in this house and I have never been able to lock or unlock my front door with a key. Wish I had done it sooner! Quick, painless, tidy, & very considerate of my ever-attempting escape-artist cats. Definitely recommend.

  • Kim Pearson

This morning I called for service as I could not get out of my back door. Alexander Haims (I believe that is his name) responded within less than a half hour. He was incredibly polite and friendly, and not only replaced the broken lock/door know but went above and beyond to service various other aspects of the door which was not asked of him. I will recommend him to my neighbours and if/when I require service of this type again I will be specifically requesting Alexander. With sincere thanks,Kim

  • Caitie McHugh

i locked my keys in my car and the man told me he could be there in 15 minutes. he came 1h and 30 minutes later. when he got my key out of my car he charged me 200$. NO prices are on the website so in a desperate situation i had no choice but to pay this ludicrous price. he pressed and pressed me to get a second key made for 100$. i said no but after telling my friend about the situation she told me he frauded her of 2 faulty keys for 250. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

  • Ryan Chan

My key broke in the lock and I couldn’t extract it myself with my own tools, so ending up calling them for help. Mike, one of their technicians, came in about 30 minutes, explained the issue, allowing me to learn, resolving the issue almost instantaneously. What stood out was, he went above and beyond, cleaning out the bolt and adjusting and sanding the plate, making the lock work more efficiently! Definitely exceeded expectations! Thank you Mike for your help and expertise!

  • Yang Meng

They will charge you $35 plus tax instead of $15 (which is on their website) if you don't use their service. The guy tell me my lock is broken, he need to drill the lock to take it out and replace a new one. I bought the lock 3 weeks ago, I called the customer service of the store i bought the lock, all i need to do is spray lube on the key hole!!!!!!! This company ask for $250 for giving me an unnecessary lock replace. Horrible!!!

  • Clarke Harding

This company is a joke . I would never recommend anyone ever use them. They come out and don't even have the proper keys to replace the key to original. Then the technician argues about issue with the van , the van is almost brand new . The technician just doesn't know what he's even doing , they have an excuse every time they came out and even have the nerve to ask for a tip. If I could leave a no star review I would.

  • thekidskushed

Technician had me drive out to hedingly just to tell me if he cant program it i would still have to pay full price. Didnt get the work done and drove all the way home talked to the facebook representative and all they said is " of course it costs us money" This locksmith company is a joke. It would of been fine if he told me this when i was on the phone with him before he had me drive out to hedingly.

  • harris bhuttar

Had to change my locks in all my home doors. I Called Winnipeg Pure Locksmith and they advised of the different qualities they have and which one I would like. The technician came in 20 minutes, we talked for a bit in regards to the job and he got working immediately. Had the job done efficiently and made it look easy. Friendly service, quick and efficient. Really good service. Thank you guys!

  • Hassnain Cheema

Left my keys inside the house and left it locked!! Came back home at 3am to find myself locked out of my own house. Called Winnipeg Pure Locksmith and they arrived in 25 minutes. The technician unlocked the door quickly, changed my door knob since it was an old, rusty one and made it match to my deadbolt! Definitely a great service and in the middle of the night! Thank you Ariel

  • Rubens Florentino

I locked my key inside the car and when I called those guys, I told them the year and model of my car, he said it would cost me 15 bucks to get where the car was plus 47 bucks for the labor. He took 20 min to arrive but then he told me the labor was 87 dollars. So, be aware the real price will be set at the moment he gets there... not by the phone, which I think isn't fair.

  • Colin Laurencelle

They're fast and efficient. Just be aware that it's not cheap. The locksmith was very polite and explained everything. He told me it would be 150$ to open the door. I didn't really have another option other than busting the door down. He had the door rekeyed and was in and out in 15 min. Very nice guy. If I learned anything today, it's that I should of become a locksmith!

  • d v

Guy was late says 15 - 20min waited for a hour. Their ad says 15$ unlock car turns out to be 156$. Didn't get a receipt to show what I paid for. Could not understand the anyone who works for this company. Guy hits my truck with whatever he was using and his then he's expecting a tip. Definitely go somewhere else this company is a complete rip off and a joke.

  • Fabio Pinheiro

I highly recommend! I had objects blocking the door that were virtually impossible to be moved away. Sergey accomplished an almost impossible mission without damaging the door. He was able to move heavy pieces of wood using tools that passed through very tiny spaces until unblocking the door. It was impressive. It certainly has my respect!

  • nia tabuyo

Mike was very helpful! I called the locksmith because i left my key in the ignition at a parking lot in the winter and he got here very quickly. Very friendly and very kind service! It wasn't expensive, and they take debit/credit payments which is great as some people don't have cash on hand. Thanks again for the fast service

  • S Wilcott

I can’t say enough about this company their professionalism and quick response to saving me from a terrible situation is something I’m super grateful for! I am definitely going to recommend them to everyone that I know for emergency situations! Thank you so much Winnipeg Pure Locksmith you guys are my hero!!

  • Derrick Gulewich

I went to their address to get keys cut. They were not there. I called them and was told they are now a mobile service only . I set up an appointment to get 4 keys, 2 for farm tractors, one for a motorcycle and one for a ford . They cancelled. Said they can't do those things. So I'm not sure what they do?

  • Rebuilt Canada Auto Sales & Finance

Mike provided exceptional service when I urgently needed key cutting for my vehicle after hours. He demonstrated patience, professionalism, and politeness throughout the process, ensuring the job was done correctly. I am highly satisfied with Mike's excellent service and his cheerful demeanor. …

  • Stefan Theberge

Ripoff. No keys, can't get into truck. I ask for the price over the phone and am told around $45. Tech shows up, takes 2 minutes to do the job, then tells $70. I am then handed the depit machine and the total is $99. I called the number back and got it reduced back to $70, which is still a total rip.

Called to have my vehicle unlocked after accidentally locking keys in the car. When calling I asked what the standard fee would be to unlock the car and was told around $35. A guy pulls up and tells me it will be $190... had another company complete the work for $45. Questionable ethics

  • Katrina Stratton

They came in 30 mins with a blood pressure thing. They didn’t wreck my car at all and they unlocked it in 2 mins. I asked on the phone and they said it would cost $15 service call and an unlocking fee on top. In total it came to $115 so just be prepared that it is an expensive option.

  • Alison Gagnon

I locked my keys in my car called here they said 20 minutes. About 50 minutes later he shows up doesn’t really say hello looks in the car opens it in 2 minutes and it’s $147...! Insane. There was even a tip option on the debit machine? Look at prices before you go here. Rip off.

  • Sharon Kanevski

Great service! Mike saved me from a very unfortunate situation, was very fast to arrive very knowledgeable and professional and problem solved my issue with my car key within minutes, very reasonable prices as well! I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a locksmith

  • Sem S

The mechanic didn't solve the issue waste my time , gave wrong diagnostic, try to charge me 89 $ and finally charged me 16 $ for nothing, but I call other locksmith, came and fixed it in 5 minutes. I erased my pervious review, but you asked me why? That's why you got one star.

  • Afewerki Yemane

I called this morning and they explained to me the options I have and send a locksmith right away. Fast and exceptional service. I called many locksmith’s In winnipeg. Their price is fair and they provide a quick service. I recommend them when you are in desperate situation.

  • Ron Ben-Zhion

  • Darth emch

  • Darlene Sych

I removed my old lock and supplied my own new Weiser lock. Paid $75 for a 10 minute install job. I told him it was a smart lock that could be set the same as my front door. He didn't offer to do it for me. He just said I could screw up the lock if I did it wrong and left.

  • Saraleah Riabko

Worst customer service ever. They tell you one price and then rip you off by making you pay double if not triple amount when they arrive. Do not reccomend this to anyone. Worst service ever. Tried calling the owner to speak regarding the bad service only to be hung up on.

  • Elayna zadko

Was told by receptionist cost to rekey was $29. 95 I called for father and he was told 55 per lock by technician. They mislead when price when you call. She did not use the phrase "starting" at. My father didn't think he had a choice when the technician upped the price.

  • Amarjit Dhanju

Service is good but when i called them they said its gonna be $45 to unloack my vehicle but when he show up at my house he doubled the price to $99 plus other charges making it to $130. So if you looking for their service try to make sure the price before they come.

  • MICHAEL GERGIS

very expensive ,deserve zero star, he took 212 CAD for 5 minutes work, I lost one of my two car keys ,so he just use the computer to erase the two keys and then he reprogrammed the one that I already have ,he consider them two different Jobs and charged me 212 CAD

  • Monica Lopes

Was told someone would be at my door in 25 minutes later. 45 minutes later called for an update and they told me no one was coming as they has no technician in my area for another half hour. That they were “just about to call and tell me” terrible service

  • marsha hickman

I had went into the store and locked my keys in the car along with my dog in the car. Wpg Pure Locks came within 10 minutes..had my car unlocked plus made me a key. I highly would recommend them to anyone who needs a fast unlock and extra key Wonderful!

  • Randal B

Two starts only because they were able to schedule to come quickly. 25 service fee for the 10 min work seemed great. 250 for the lock itself.. is 200 more than what the lock costs after looking it up. what a rip off. do your homework, call around first.

  • sonya lockhart

Great company to work with. Ironically the gentleman I spoke to happened to be the technician as well. Honestly, I know for a fact I’ll need nobody else when it comes to any locksmith issues and I’ll know where to send anyone that needs help!!
