Arrived at 17.20pm and was told the post office is closed because we have to tidy up...when I said it states 1730pm on line he then said we close covid times....when i stated that it doesn't say this online ...he said he doesn't care and to make a complaint..I asked for a business card with details so I could make a complaint ..I was then threatened with the police and told to leave

These guys are thieves.. I posted an iPhone i sold on ebay via special delivery and they seem to have kept it for themselves.. RM tracking acknowledges receiving it in this branch but then no data of tracking. I challenged them but these guys know what they're doing (open robbery). Got in touch with Police but they can't do anything. Lost £900.. so be vary when stepping in this PO.

As a business it’s extremely extremely unprofessional to open and close whenever it’s convenient for you. I will be reporting this post office as this isn’t the first time I’ve went with MANY parcels to return something and you’re closed during the middle of the day? Google hours clearly state you close at 5:30pm so why are you already closed at 1pm?

These people are thief. I have returned my parcel and they didn't provide me any receipt. When i asked for receipt they said they dont provide receipt if the item send back to sender with same label however, the tracking number wasn't updated. Not sure with all these bad review how come Royal mail still use them. They should get banned.

Worst customer service ever.The indian man who works there is the rudest person ever.He talks on the phone all the time and leaves customers wait while he speaks in a different language.I have stopped going to this branch just because of him. Very very poor service in general from this branch.

Tried to overcharge me today when I posted a parcel, when I walked out and realised I challenged her and got my money back, but if I was elderly or not on the ball like today then she would’ve conned me out of my money. Beware and make sure you check your receipts

Terribe way they deal with customers .chap always on phone .answers phone while serving .then has you waiting.never again still goes on laughing on phone.people who work here need training .i will give it a miss from now on .mistakes from the two woman is normal.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They do get very busy at times and I have seen some awkward customers but the ladies that work there always keep there cool and help everyone still. 1 lady worker sometimes twerks her thick back but only if ur lucky!!

The worst and scummiest post office I have been to. The lady is miserable. Her facial expressions depresses all customers and her attitude tops it off. Disgusting service, rude woman always in phone. Pls shut this mess down Post Office.

Very nice and clean place always stocked up and ready to give service .this is probably the best post office in the borough.they also are very determined to come do there job they open the post office on time .

Just went to out local Post office to make two international driving licences. Very quick and efficient service as always. We use them regularly to post and for Amazon returns. Recommended to anyone. Thanks

Work on their own schedule. Never know they are open or not. Tried to dispatch parcel few times and they were closed on the middle of work day. Rubbish service.

The two brothers are always very helpful ,always take time for a chat and are very helpful. They also do great little bargains to at great prices .

I Always send my parcels here, never experienced a problem and is always a pleasent visit when the ladies are working, quick friendly service.

Be very careful here. Charged my.partner to post a letter which was clearly FREEPOST and sold him 2x out of date drinks. Will never return
