Couldn't ask for a better bank and the staff is excellent! I wouldn't bank anywhere else! The only thing is I wish they had a Westbank location. But that's ok. It gives me an excuse to go across the river. Keep up the wonderful work.

They will charge you for everything! You get no phone calls when they overdraft your account with their $7 service charge. Don't give then your money

They are open 7 days a week and some Woodforest banks have made it to where you can deposit money straight to your account while they are closed.

They are under staffed here. It's great service when you can actually get to them. But sometimes I wait 45 minutes to see someone.

I hope there will be on westbank off Manhattan... Soon very convenient for me live on westbank
