My daughter is an insulin diabetic. There was no zero drinks except coke which she cannot have. I walked to the Woolies after a long tiring trip from JHB airport to CT airport. I see the woolies doors closing and fully closed as I got there. I said to the security - gentleman name starts with S.....about my predicament. He compassionately let me in. I then was looking for a ZERO drink and a man noticed me think his name was Faheem or something to that. I told him. He saw that counters were relatively empty and proceeded whilst closing to run around the store then go to the back to get me a ZERO. WOOLWORTHS YOU SHOULD BE SO PROUD OF THESE TWO MEN. THEIR COMPASSION FOR MY SITUATION AND TO HELP LEFT ME SMILING THROUGHOUT MY HOLIDAY IN JHB. Since i returned home, I am writing this review as I am so grateful to have crossed paths with them. I had a problem with my diabetic daughter in JHB airport and I am standard bank cardholder and the standard bank lady at their lounges told me I cannot use their toilets even tho my delighter was desperate since I didnt have the right colour card - blue card and I didnt have a black card. Lack of Human decency and compassion is what stops us from being great and Human decency and compassion is what makes the world great. Thank you to that Woolies security and that Woolies shop assistant. Forever appreciative.

This Woolworths is situated near the Arrivals at the airport and is very centrally situated to grab a cup of coffee or a bite to eat. You can sit down at the counter to enjoy your coffee or take it away. They also have fresh flowers and the normal fresh veggies, fruit and high quality meat. I love their clothing department. There is also something exciting and new to buy.They also have a make up department where they can assist you with your make up. The store is wheelchair accessible. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I ordered 2 coffees without my.Woolworths card. The cashier rang one. I then told her I wanted two and not one as asked to begin with. I presented my card and did not realize that I would get a discount and that one has to offer the card first. At clicks you can swipe the card when you want to!!! She then called another person to open another till and void the sale. 1. Why did she not ask me if I had a card? 2. Why did they talk about me? Bad rude cashier. So glad I did not leave a tip!

This Woolworths on the airport is very convenient. The clothing department is not very big but they sell quite a big selection of clothing, shoes and toiletries. Most of the times when we frequent the airport, we will buy food at woolies. They offer food that you can just reheated in the microwave, such as grilled chicken, pre-packed breyani, curries, wraps and sandwiches and so much more Woolies is very conveniently located and truly a time saver ⭐️

Great convenient, clean and fresh quality items, well stocked shop, excellent location just at the exit doors. I love this shop. Only thing I had an issue with was that music was a tad loud and the staff packing and other staff were talking so loudly to one another almost screaming which made me just want to get out there. Other than that I cannot fault this shop, absolutely magnificent.

The store is busy daily therefore you will sometimes have to wait in a small queue at the tills. The coffee is always of good quality and so is the service. The hot food prepared in the food store is of high standard and delicious. All food products are fresh at all times. Unfortunately the crammed space sometimes make it look like the store is over crowded.

So, it's a small Woolworths. But I was picking someone up from the airport and wanted to get food to cook for them. This Woolworths has the meat, or pasta or veg but doesn't have garlic or ginger or other things that are necessary to make it nice. If the place wants to be a café then fine, but if it wants to be a food store then it's failing significantly.

Horrible coffee, tastes burnt and/ or like the machine is begging for a clean. Really brings your brand name into disrepute. I would recommend rather getting a cup from Vida e Caffe as this is not the Woolthworths Coffee you will expect. At least the staff are friendly, but in the end it is the product you are there for, not to make friends.

Always my first stop after a long sleepy flight and I need a good take away coffee. And especially because the staff are always friendly and can serve up a cappuccino in 5. I also like the location because it is just before the exit because a good coffee and cigarette go hand in hand, if you are a smoker.

A great stop to do some last minute shopping before your departure. It is well-stocked with instant eats local products and even has a coffee bar. In addition it has a small department of beauty and clothing products. What's even more amazing is that all the products are at their regular retail prices!

I flew Safair to CT, but the breakfast flight ran out of food/rolls, to prevent this on my return, I purchased lunch at Woolies before boarding...OMW, what a delicious fresh ham cheese croissant and lemon mint mojito, cost me far less than the airline as well *****

Perfect stop to get anything that you may have forgotten with the trusted Woolies quality. Service is amazing as per the Woolies standards. There is also a great food stop which is super convenient if you would like to have healthy snacks on hand for your trip

Good service in general. One or two issues. One they never have plastic or biodegradable bags for customers. So you are forced to buy those black material bags. Secondly queuing in the store is terrible. The layout and maze are terrible.

My wife and I visted the shop yesterday to buy coffees and were terribly disappointed in the neatness and cleanliness of the take away area. Is was terribly dirty and untidy. The service was good which makes the above unfortunate.

I could not get further than the door without running around the complex....l don't mind being corrected @ a door but not with such terrible attitude. The security lady @ the door does not add any value to your business

Nicely situated at the entrance/exit of the airport. Convenient quick stop shopping. Has your basic woolies products, grab and go. Always busy, be prepared for those queues to pay.

Well stocked branch, always love doing my shopping here. Just a pity that they stopped selling the Carb Clever range. Store would do well when a full Woolworths Café with seating.

It was a great experience, fantastic shop to have at the airport. A little pricey if you are not used to Woolworths' prices but for the convenience it's absolutely worth it.

Why would this store close at 9pm?? Most airlines have passengers arriving up until 11pm. Makes no sense.
