Extremely rude evening staff, especially in the self service section. Unbelievably outraged with the way the staff of this store show without any reservation their judgement on people who may be culturally different or different by means of sub-culture.. (I wonder if the disgusting behaviour I encountered was a personal view or if staff are trained to target certain groups by the Woolworths Group) YUK!

the staff at express check counter really need to pay attention to details, i gave her my bag which have two bag inside and she did not notice, just put everything in . she put frozen goods in my cotton fabric bag , did not notice there was a separated plastic bag , it wasnt a gig deal, but i can see , she didnt care . every time i come to the register, i noticed she has a cold face , i would like to suggest give her some training about customer service .

I went there looking to buy bananas. Not only did they have these, they also had a selection of other fruits to help make a fruit salad. I ended up buying these other fruits as well - and yes, I made the salad! Thanks to the produce team for helping me choose the right fruit, for my salad. It was so tasty.

They first serve those they know and then serve those who arrived first, lack of professionalism from the staff who deliver to the drivers. professionals are not trained to do the job right. This happens every day!

Prices too high and you are being monitored every step of your shopping journey, like a petty criminal. What gives, Woolies? At this stage, does it even matter that the range is decent? I don't know anymore...

I am rarely the shopper but recently I have needed to pick up items and each time I have been very impressed. Things are easy to find and service is friendly and efficient.

Great store in the viiage shopping centre with an upgrade taking place right now. Fruit and veg, butcher shop plus small goods area and all other requirements.

Get a bloody parking inspector. You can’t tell me that all these cars are in this centre. Just wanted some chicken, drove around for 20 minutes on a Monday!

Good range of products, mostly good and no issues. Fruit and veg are occasionally not very good, but all in all a pretty good facility.

Nice friendly staff who are always overworked but a good experience overall. Saturdays can be very hectic and crowded though.
