My sincerest appreciation and thanks to the manager and her team to Warriewood. The humanity, care and consideration afforded me today whilst shopping was absolutely overwhelming. I was bought to tears by the kindness. I am a strong fellow, but after loosing my wife a week ago I simply hit the wall whilst shopping and collapsed. The Warriewood Team rallied around me immediately, made me comfortable, gave me water, offered to do my shopping for me and offered to drive me home. I was so humbled and appreciative. They totally understood and just gave me space with dignity so that I could get myself together. This was not a shopping experience, it was a human experience beyond belief. My sincere thanks to everyone at Warriewood. I love you guys 10 out of 10. Stan xxx
Woolworths Warriewood as the fresh food people have a huge range of fruit and vegetables that seem to be always up to the high quality standards required. The butcher and delicatessen areas are clean and again good quality. The fresh bakery and dairy areas are excellent for all products also.. Huge frozen area. Extra wide aisles for easy shopping. Great grocery selection. Fabulous prices. Clean toilets for the Warriewood shopping centre right next door to Woolworths. Friendly helpful kind staff. Great prices. Terrific parking undercover and outside close to entry. Easy wheelchair access.
Went to use an authorised Woolworths gift card there today ( brand new ) to purchase shopping .. card would not read 3 times had to use someone else's bank card to pay for groceries ... I realise it's not the staffs fault at all with this and in no way am I blaming them , they do an amazing job .. but to be left there with no other income and all you get is " sorry, can't help you" .. left a bitter taste in the mouth ... please don't put your name on these cards if the technology you are using is not going to accept it .
Regular shelf refills. Products and specials displayed in an easy to read and navigate manner. Staff were friendly and helpful. Isles seem slimmer than other local supermarkets. Especially when being restocked. Did not notice any 'store specials'. Deli was fresh as was the produce. Would be nice to see 'local produce' displayed. Would pay a little extra to have locally grown and sourced. This is just my opinion... Overall a good shopping experience
Same as every other woollies but less roti. (I only went there for roti, they were out). I didn't buy anything but google said I went there... I don't argue with Google... they might send someone to my house. Shhhhh. Also, very pleasant team here, that didn't mind that I didn't buy anything, in fact they went out of their way to avoid eye contact very consistently throughout the frozen food section. Two thumps up from me.
Good selection of vegetables. Usually a good experience. However on Sunday, there was only one register open and the line was huge. They then opened a second register. I understand the line was long and the boy was trying to put through customers quickly, but when I asked for the Disney Dominoes, he said they didn't have any. I don't believe him. I feel like he just couldn't be bothered getting them for me.
4 separate occasions where I have shopped and had the item scan with the wrong price. The sale tickets almost never come up at the register and when you point it out it becomes so argumentative ive been right every time but the time wasting is so frustrating why even bother having sale prices if you cant honor them feels like a complete scam and i wonder how many people this happens to who dont notice.
This Woolies is on the medium sized scale I'm here so often I know the staff well they joke I should chip in for staff birthdays Woolies stocks vary from store to store as does the lay out The layout does take a little while to get used to especially as they have a gap in the middle which can confuse some shoppers. Don't forget to bring ur own bags when u shop
Generally good however recently has been shocking with their online delivery service, drivers fail to deliver, no communication etc I have to chase them up to have my order delivered. The extra deliver windows are great option however there is absolutely no point in offering extra windows if you literally cannot deliver. I value certainty over convenience.
Can be found at the back of the centre. Easy to get into but has an odd dog leg between isles. Smallish store but the fruit and produce is of good quality. Pretty big deli and large section of meats. Its a good store and has a BWS next door (but for some reason the roller door between them is shut so have to leave the store to get into BWS)
The service at the delicatessen this morning was appalling. I was the next customer on two occasions and was overlooked both times for people who just turned up. Still waiting (Im)patiently I thought I was about to get served - instead the assistant turned away and proceeded to chat to another assistant. End of rant - I went to Coles.
Woolworths always has many of the items I need and sometimes they surprise me with Asian and Indian foods. Getting used to the aisles in a different store but part of shopping. There stone fruits seem to be very good this year. Thanks to Woolworths staff always pleasant and helpful.
Walk in at 6:59am in a rush to get to work and grab some snacks, doors were open, then to be turned around to wait outside for a good 30 seconds until it was 7am on the dot. I don’t understand why it mattered? Lol it’s as if we were breaking the law
What a great shop - even has toilet paper every few weeks - even has the odd other thing - sometimes - perhaps if loyal customers were not acting like complete mind blank Zombie Tools, they could keep the aisles stocked... Highly recommended
This is a really good woolies. A bit different and a little bit fancy in the fresh, deli and meats. It has a great range if convenience foods and ready made meals, the woolies brand lasagna is very good. Easy parking and in a great centre.
Woolworths warriewood fish was not fresh and poorly presented. Staff were nice and helpful but food was very poor. It is not fair for the staff to have deal with such poor quality product.
Cannot ever seem to find ripe avocados. They're always rock hard & have to wait days to smash. They also stopped selling the Coopers homebrew supplies. Not happy
The whole place was akward and disorienting, making it difficult to find basic items. I would drive much further to go to a supermarket to avoid shopping here.
Lovely Woolworths malls in Australia.Perth,Sydney,Swanhill,Victoria etc.You name what u want and u have it.Prices are regulated and nominal.A very good Mall.
Excellent selection of fresh produce and great variety of stock items. Friendly and very helpful staff. Easy parking if you shop early or late.
Open and inviting. Everything you could need in one big shop. Good sale prices on some items. Easy to park and handy to other shops.
Ease of parking, great range of products, excellent courteous customer service make Woolworths at Warriewood a great place to shop.
Pretty poor that there is no cash registers open and you have to do your whole shop through self scanning which takes forever
Bought a pasta salad there yesterday from the Deli and it was off!! Not a good advertisement for the "freshfood people".
Great range friendly staff, very helpful cashiers.also very helpful B W S staff well laid out store gre a t range
Great Woolworths...has everything but a loose nut section and not a much choice when it comes to protein bars.
Woollies Warriwood is always full of fresh produce and served with a smile. Most importantly, clean.
Find this the worst woolworth I have encountered, just unpleasant place. Coles there is much better.
Easy to get a sandwich or hot chicken. Good range of veggies and fruits also has a deli.
Woolworths has always been a good source to get your groceries “the fresh food people”
Lovely staff Didn't have things I needed, however the atmosphere was very welcoming.
We used to get 3 hour free parking which now has reduced to only 2 hours PER DAY
No eggs of their own brand. No choice of meat. Definitely not as good as DeeWhy!
What a range of products, and well laid out, staff are very friendly too .
One of my favourites Woolworths. Good range and friendly team members
Good range of products, modern store not as good as Dee Why store
Spacious and good variety. Meat section can have more. Variety
Excellent staff, always happy to help. Clean and tidy store.
Good selection but not the biggest Woolworths has to offer
Bought milk there to realize it was 3 days over the date
Good quality range of fairly fresh and shelf stock.
