Beautiful clothes and lovely food to choose from but while going through the clothing (dresses) my foot (toe) got badly hurt by the stands that's being used to advertise the clothes - it's easy for the Staff to move the different stands around but quite dangerous when your foot goes under it. The Security Lady saw what happened and didn't ask if I was ok or if I needed assistance. I was in great pain and discomfort - I couldn't focus further and after 15 mins left the Shop.

Collected a lay bye cashier was not too clued up on how to do lay byes, instead of the senior person directing her from the chair she was sitting on she could of been of more help by standing with the cashier and assisting her. The second time I went back the cashier was most friendly and helpful.

Bought flowers for someone as a gift, but a lot of the flower heads was broken which was very embarrassing considering the flowers wasn't cheap. Obviously the flowers were squashed together in transport resulting in damaging the flowers. Not the quality I expected and very disappointing.
