Today I phoned Woolworths Burkeng Head and asked for the Manager I was put through to Lucinda upon asking her about the R9.99 Almond Milk I was told to come to the store as they can't guarantee there'll be some by Friday Well I rushed thru today Tuesday got there to be told there is none left quite frankly there is some dishonesty with the way they dealt with me WHY WAS THIS NOT PLACED ON THE SHELVES I PROCEEDED TO LEAVE .Y TROLLEY AND WENT TO SHOP AT PICK N PAY I CANNOT HANDLE THIS DISHONESTY I WILL PROBABLY N.E.V.E.R SHOP AT BIRKENHEAD A.G.A.I.N. !!!!!!! IVE DEALT WITH RUSHIN THE OTHER MANAGER WHO HAS GIVEN ME BETTER SERVICE SORRY LUCINDA U HAVE MUCH TO LEARN TO GO THE EXTRA MILE

I use the online delivery dash option. The one item I always try to order is the free range venison burgers. The item always shows as available on the app when the order is placed. Once the personal shopper starts, they usually let me know it's not available. Every single time I have tried to order it online. Please remove stock availability from the app if its not available to order. It has become extremely frustrating.

Just waited over an hour for a roasted chicken just so that the 5 people inf Kent of us can take 2+ chickens each leaving nothing for the rest of us. And the staff allowed it knowingly that we all waited there. I definitely expected so much better form Woolies. Such badly trained staff, letting the whole Woolies name go down. Can the manager please adress the staff that worked at the chicken and bakery on 4/12/2022.

Lovely experience always. This local Woolworths of mine has improved substantially over the past 3 years or so. The new woolies cafe was added which is awesome! Less clothing, more shopping, can’t complain. The walk down towards the tills always tempt me with the delicious treats. Very happy with the service of cashiers, staff and more, all extremely friendly and helpful. As usual, will always support this branch.

I am really shocked by the behavior of the woman working at the coffee counter. She was incredibly rude and as a customer who buys coffee there daily her behavior was really upsetting. Her passive aggression really speaks to how this department is department is managed. I really hope woolworths can handle this situation appropriately.

A lot has changed to this Woolies and it's great. It's now 80% food when it used to be 50/50 with clothes. There's a proper bakery section, more than twice the selection of fresh produce. Just much better than before. The only drawback is you can't buy wine, but that's a Pinelands problem so can't critique them for that.

always a pleasure and excellent customer service. Especially when returning faulty or damaged goods... bought a little knitted cap. Took it out to wear a few days later. Found a hole in it. Tags were removed already... returned it to the store and got a replacement immediately. No questions asked.

Too much staff wearing religious symbolism and regalia. You fasting, does not entitle you to being noxious and abrasive to customers. More and more this branch is being run like a Shoprite rather than a Woolworths. This one will be the next Usave, just you watch.

Very convenient to find and close to entrance. Not to big of a store but has both clothing and food market section. Okay to take the kids with it you needing to go visiting woolwoths for something specifically.

Absolutely the worst woolies...shelves are never stocked..ever!!!..I have gone into this shop a few time to get multiple items and often walked out with none of them!!

Standard WW quality, clean, neat, well stocked, friendly staff (cashier). Score is 4 not 5 because they have no signage in the food aisles - WW is this arrogance?

Howard Centre Woolies has a lovely food and clothing layout given the space limitation. Wonderful staff and promos and always clean and we'll stocked.
