Bit of a scam if you are after a high protein meal. They advertised high protein meals however there is often less than half of what is advertised on the label. For example in their Red Chicken Curry with Cauliflower Rice (Rice replacement) there was 44 grams of cooked chicken (I weighed it) (14 grams protein) which if you add to the protein of the vegetables can in no way make it to the 53 grams of protein advertised on the label. This happened with all of the meals I ordered. At most I'd say there is 20 - 25 grams in the meal. Dodgy.

Fantastic food and service! I just finished my first selection of meals and each one was really delicious and satisfying. These meals are a godsend for times when you are in a prepping slump or just time poor. I’ve tried other meal plans before and these are by far the best especially in terms of the macros. My only regret is that I didn’t discover Workout Meals sooner! Prices are competitive and delivery & ordering is so flexible.

They’re Okay, nothing to rave about. I found them bland & flavourless. If you’re new to this & no experience meal prepping then give these a go.
