I've worked with her and the great team at World Travel Service for over 3 years on conference travel (domestic and international) for high-level VIP clients. Pat, Teresa ,and the company always work to find logical comfortable itineraries that are also deals within our budgets. Many of our participants go back to them for their personal needs as well after great experiences through our team too. Can't thank them enough for all their amazing service over the years!

Our team typically works with Bryan Ashewood. Our team members are located at various locations in the US. Bryan works with our itinerary to have our team arrive onsite at near the same time and depart at the around the same time. He gives us the opportunity to confer amongst ourselves to ensure proper accommodations are suitable to everyone on the team. This may cause a few modifications that are required to meet everyone's expectations, but Bryan is patience is great working with everyone to make a business trip successful.

I had a Delta ticket agent tell me my flight was not paid for therefore she could not issue me the ticket (on a routine project site visit). I called Bryan Ashewood at WTS and he assured me that it was paid for, and proceeded to talk to the agent and navigate her through the system to see that my ticket was indeed, booked. She was new. Bryan is a joy to have in my corner when traveling!!!

These people do the impossible. Switch your schedule around at the last minute when you've had an urge for change. Calm when travel anxiety takes hold. Know the hotels that suit who you are individually. Are tireless in the pursuit of what will make your travel comfortable and fun. Pat Ciazza is some sort of miracle worker. We bow down before her.

I have worked with WTS’s Pat Ciazza for more than five years now — and pre-pandemic, I traveled a LOT. She is beyond wonderful. A lovely person, but also incredibly fast and effective everytime. The kind of service you just can’t get when you are booking things yourself online.
