I would highly recommend Worldmark Travel, High Street Preston. Last month I came to the agency, very angry because a Webjet online support staff member gave me the wrong information and we had to cancel the flight. Even worse, the representative who answered the phone refused to refund part of the money. Michelin gave me the best help. She organised another flight and even phoned Hong Kong airline and Webjet about my case. They agreed to give me back some money (which I have not received yet!). Thank you Worldmark.

"Wow" what can I say service was atrocious I messaged what I think seems to be the owner on a Sunday morning about 2am I was currently overseas at the time in an emergency i needed my flights mived forward I did not expect a reply straight away I waited till 11.30 in the morning no reply I then proceeded to message back thanking him for a great service he proceeds by messaging back esxuse me it's Sunday morning we'll don't run a business then will never ever book with these guys again

Incredible service with Worldmark travel. Smooth and transparent process with the bookings and not to mention super affordable prices for amazing holidays. The team were able to answer every one of my questions they are very experienced. They emailed and printed the itinerary for us and went through it step by step. Never felt more easy to get the ball rolling for travelling!! Definitely recommend Worldmark travel if you want a smooth sailing easy and affordable holiday.

Execuses Execuses & execuses that what you received dealing with these ppl. Chasing them for about two week for Itinerary changes but no response. Staff is not helpful at all - did not reply back for your email until you call their office and in return you are put on hold for a long period Worst experience received so far
