While the overall experience with WorleyByrd was excellent, I do have a small suggestion for improvement. The cleanup of the work site could have been a bit more thorough. Although they did remove the majority of debris and materials, there were a few small remnants left behind. However, this is a minor issue and doesn't overshadow the exceptional workmanship and professionalism demonstrated by WorleyByrd Roofing. In conclusion, I highly recommend WorleyByrd Roofing for any roofing needs. Their commitment to quality, integrity, and efficient service is commendable. With a few minor adjustments to their cleanup process, they would be truly outstanding in every aspect. Nate is honest and is backed by a good team who delivers to the utmost expectations. I had a lot of questions about the insurance process, roofing materials, selection, gutters replacement, installation and Nate was patient and answered providing technical details and options. Nathan spent a year dealing with my appraiser, helping me hire an independent appraiser, and finally, going to arbitration where we ultimately prevailed. i got bids from all over for gutters and paint, and Nathan's contacts offered the best prices and were very professional and easy to work with.
