My husband and I purchased our Investment property through Worth Real Estate back in 2017 and without hesitation used them as our Leasing Agent. During purchasing our property, Peter was honest and approachable throughout the entire sale process. We felt very looked after, especially as this was our first purchase - and as we bought interstate. Peter provides a very hassle free process. We have been blown away by the professionalism, genuineness and service Worth Real Estate have always given us. The Property Management side of Worth RE have been no different than the Sales side, we have never been without a tenant in two years and have found every communication smooth and positive. We would highly recommend both the Sales and Property Management side of this company. They should be called "WORST" Real Estate. I was a tenant on a property they leased. During the tenancy, they were ok. When finishing the contract and not renewing it, their service changed completely. 1.- They couldn't provide with an option that could suit them and me as a tenant when trying to extend the lease for a short term. 2.- They weren't polite at all on their communications. 3.- The property wasn't as tidy when received it and I delivered in better conditions and they still took money from the bond. 4.- One of their staff "Annette" definitely has lack of communication skills. At the beginning, I thought to use their services for renting on a property of mine, but, if they cannot keep a tenant happy, being inflexible, unfair and rude, then they are not WORTH it.

When it came time to sell my home, we knew who to go to. Not just because our previous dealings with Worth Real Estate were seamless & positive but who else would you go to when selling your home. Jonathan & Peter have fabulous & positive energy for their work. We find they both have a straightforward approach & also have a way of making things happen - creating momentum. Through the process of selling our home, Jonathan & Peter were sensitive to what worked for us and the buyer. We feel that this ability to read their clients combined with their professionalism & vast experience, led to a timely sale in what was leading into a time where everything was slowing down due to Christmas. Highly recommend Worth Real Estate - during our lease everything was always simple and easy. Our property manager always got back to us promptly whenever we needed her and let us know well in advance of any upcoming inspections. It was at the end of our lease that we truly got to know how lucky we were to be renting with Worth Real Estate. The week before we were due to move out my partner and I got stuck overseas for 6 nights (during the period we had planned to pack, vacate and clean). This was extremely stressful and the team at Worth could not have been any more understanding and accommodating of our situation, whilst still balancing the needs of the new tenants as well. We would definitely rent through them again if we ever moved back to Brisbane.

Great experience! I rented through Worth Realestate from 2021 to 2023 and had Aimee as my property manager. We always experienced clear and friendly communication when it came to entry notices, maintenance and enquiries. We moved home as a result of the owner wanting to sell the property and had assistance from Jonathan in conducting open homes whilst we were still tenanting the property. Not only was this a quick and easy process, they even offered us a new rental to make the market a wealth easier. Had we not changed living arrangements we would have definitely moved to the recommended home! 5 Stars Worth Real Estate, I'd recommend them as a buyer, renter, landlord or seller and can only hope I can do so in the future with the property marketing.

If you're looking for a reliable, polite and competent real estate then DO NOT use this company. Had a tenancy for 2.5 years with no issues then on exiting we used the bond cleaners they recommended who did an atrocious job and then we were sent a list of items requiring attention majority of which was to do with the bond cleaning. The agents are all rude and obnoxious and will treat you horribly as soon as it's time to leave. They will try and use all your bond money for 'repairs and damages' that should be their responsibility. I couldn't recommended these agents less. 2.5 years with no issues and then suddenly they send us a bill for items that were not our fault.

I don't usually write reviews but I rented a property from Worth Real Estate this past year and can say with certainty that they act in the best interests of both the tenant and the landlord. When the apartment I was renting sold during my fixed tenancy agreement they made every effort to ensure a smooth transition to another property. The stress of moving was largely taken away because the staff were always professional and, most importantly, honest and up front about the situation so there were never any last minute surprises. It's really hard finding a great Property Manager or Rental agent when you're a renter in today's market. However, I found that Worth Real Estate and their team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They're always prompt with their responses, courteous and helpful. Not to mention exceedingly punctual for applications, inspections and following up. If you have ever had a bad experience with Property Managers, you should probably place your prior experiences aside and give them a go. These guys are great and will always do their best for you.

Have rented with this company for 2.5 years, despite the fact that at each inspection we were given ridiculous feedback such as “there’s make up on the wall” and “the vent in the bathroom needs dusting” we had no extravagant issues. Until the end of our tenancy when suddenly we were slammed with issues that have never been reported in years of inspections, they just wanted to do a renovation of the apartment with our bond money. The behaviour of the staff is immature and childish and have left us questioning their ability to conflict solve.

I rented a 3 bedroom penthouse through Worth Real Estate and found their Senior Property Manager, Tahia Dodd to be very professional during the 1.5 years of our engagement. She was quick to respond to any requests and always able to have a straight forward conversation (no messing about). I had to break my lease due to purchasing another property, and they were very accommodating to my needs within the constraints of the situation. If I return to Brisbane and require a rental, they will be my first port of call. Highly recommended.

Not good experience as a tenant. Definitely not recommending to anyone. It is impossible to get any maintenance done. They just lie to you that they are trying to get a quote/ can't find the right person to do the job. At the end of the day, nothing gets done. You are on your own. You have to keep begging them to do any maintenance. They only care about their interest, no customer service at all.Rude and unprofessional. Should be out of business.

I found Jonathan to be very efficient and really prompt at communicating with the sale of my house. He's upfront and straight forward which I appreciate, in an otherwise competitive real estate world. My feeling was that despite obviously wanting to sell our property, he also wanted to ensure we received the right price. Amy took over as the property manager towards the end of the lease. Amy had a very friendly and bubbly personality. She assisted with all enquiries and was most helpful with vacate advice for the final inspection. The lease was finalised within a couple of days without hassle.
