"Very poor service! incorrect ticket label on shelf, shows different price from computer, when I checked with staff, they said “ if you think it’s too expensive, you don’t need to purchase!” It’s not about the product being expensive or not, it’s about the price shows different compare to the shelf ticket, they have to honour it! Customer service attitude is horrible too! Never going back to the store!"

I checked all the 1 star reviews to see if I was missing out on any action haha, most of it appears to be due to pricing issues and perceived attitude... so perhaps see what criteria in a shop you value when you step in. I dont think I have ever walked out of there fuming like I have from some eatery establishments in Sydney, so there's categories of "rude". Anyhow when this place opened I was like man another supermarket, how can it survive even with the busy foot traffic?? There was already one recently opened under the interchange. But this place managed to differentiate itself through its product selection, and location obviously, but also long opening hours a blessing for sad people like me when I had to run out at 9.45 to buy something not maccas. This place actually stocks some hard-to-find and not-found-elsewhere in Chatswood items in one place. My favs are: Purslane steamed buns, vegetarian sticky rice shaomai, fuzhou fishballs, mackerel dumplings. These are not always in stock unlike the mass produced stuff... They also have some unique snacks, my regular haunts are the freeze dried fruit squares. They have a very comprehensive selection of pre-made foods under one roof but not all the raw ingredients, which you can go to 3 other supermarkets for.

A welcome new addition to Chatswood Mall. Bright and clean, fully stocked shelves of Asian codiments and instant meals. A comprehensive display of Asian drinks, many familiar bottles from Japan's vending machines... Boss Coffee!! Prices are normal, not pricey. There's even a freezer section for various seafood, dumplings etc. My new go to store. Open to 8pm..

Great New Supermarket in Chatswood with massive variety! Fresh produce and groceries with local products made in Australia as well as International products from Japan, Thailand, China, Taiwan, Malaysia and more. Conveniently located in Upper Chatswood Mall right on the walkway to Chatswood Interchange, opposite to Chemist Warehouse and Orchard Tavern.

Tonight I came and bought 2 bottles of drink. When I was paying, the cashier Chinese woman who was wearing glass was so rude and I paid cash she left the cash on the table and didn’t say any thank you or thanks. Just be a poker face to me It’s so bad experience in this Asian supermarket.

InI as overcharged by more than 30% today! There is no way a few packets of snacks cost more than $40!! They never provide a receipt either so they can’t be caught. Feel very cheated by this shop. I only realized the charge after I got home.

A fantastic Asian supermarket, heaps of snacks I've never seen before, and the cashier was really friendly.
