Very busy stand with many buses going towards Crows Nest and further. Problem is busses pull up behind each other, so if you are actually at the bus stop, the bus you want could be the third bus back let people on where it lets them off, NOT come to the actual stop and you miss it by them all being so close you cannot see the bus number.

Could have done with more seats near the bus stop. It's fine when there's only a few people. Not so great when there's many and there's a public event happening and people need to get home afterwards. At least provide more places to sit for when someone needs to. Otherwise, fairly clean and well maintained.

Abandon all hope of catching a peak hour (5pm to 6pm) 288 from this stop. Some pass through having filled up at the earlier Clarence Street bus stop.

Lost one of my wireless earbud and they found it!!!!!! Amazing staff there, they have been very understanding and helpful!

Bus time table is useless, as so is Google times. More frequently than not the buses are terribly late
