Took my family here for my daughter's birthday on Saturday night. Security personnel were courteous and professional. Free parking when validated. Cocktail prices were reasonable. Dress code enforced. No hats, no baggy pants and no gang attire. No outside food or drinks allowed. ID required. No vending machines for bottled water or beverages. All beverages can only be purchased at the bar if your not bowling or playing at the arcade. Food and beverages can only be ordered through their app when bowling. Found over a dozen arcade games not working without out of order signs. So play at your own risk. You are responsible for informming the staff in order to get reimbursed credit. Had to wait in line to recharge the play card. 1 machine to recharge play card and it was out of order. Ensure to make reservations online before going. Walk ins were a 2 hour wait. Staff did not inform me I had to respond to link on text message they sent in order for wait time to start. Didn't realize this until 1 hour after being placed on the waiting list. Restrooms were not that clean. I will most likely pass on this place next time.

XLanes LA Is Located On The 3rd Floor. This Is A very popular place full of energy. Here you will find: • 2 Pool Table Areas on Opposite Sides of the Rooms • Open Bar With Booth & Table Seating. Surrounded By Flat Screen TVs Showing Sports. • 3 Karaoke Rooms • Large Arcade Game Area Thats Basically In The Middle of Everything. • 30 or So Bowling Lanes. With Flat Screens Showing Sports. The Bar Was Great And The Food Was Good As Well. Very Popular Place On The Weekends. Moderate to High Prices but is worth it. There is a parking structure with validation as well. Since This Is A Popular Place Waiting For Your Bowling Lane Could Be As High As 2 Hours On The Weekends.

This place is quite literally the worst place to visit. Went last night 3.17 on a date to the arcade. Only about half of the arcade games were available to play since the other half were out of order. Those that did work also did not work correctly after you swiped your card. Robbed us many credits just by this. Would have never gone in if I knew that. There were spilled drinks everywhere. This may have been due to st. Patty’s, but I will not be returning. You have to go through basically TSA just to get in… it was just a lot….

Short Hispanic girl with neck short hair glasses demanded I give her a tip if I was not going to use a debit card with chip to use billiards for 1 hr. Strange u do not ask customer for tips. Upon check out of bill area (on time) I tried to express this to the gentlemen that helped me pay and he completely disregarded me and made me feel inhuman and non existent. Sad we speed up most of $500 company reunion. This girl has no verbal communication skills n and should not be appointed to represent this company via guest services

My friend said the pizza is good here, and I was very surprised how good it was, not only it was delicious, they were brought out very quickly. The ingredients were fresh. The dough was light and fluffy, even later on the night, there was no heavy feeling and heartburn which was very nice. 4 star is because there were bunch of empty lanes, and we were told there is an hour wait. Oh and the securtity is a little extreme for a bowling alley. Idk what happens there at nights. But do go there for the pizza.

Awful service and terrible experience. I made a reservation for a lane at 5:30. They texted me at 5:13 and told me my lane was ready. I had two small children and didn’t get to the desk until 5:20 which at that time they informed me that they had given my lane away because I didn’t meet their 5 minute grace period policy. Also more than half the arcade games were broken so there was nothing left for us to really do. Horrendous night and we won’t be coming back.

Extremely Overpriced , $65 to bowl plus $5 per shoe is insane. The arcades suck too . Security is mediocre if there’s no hats allowed there needs to be a better system for retrieving hats instead of leaving and finding out your hats been stolen! Security is unprofessional to the max! Do BETTER .Save your coin if you read this trust me go to Bowlero better even Round 1 or at this point Gage bowl will treat you better!!!

had a blast bowling for an hr with my coworkers after work. great prices for our group of four, i think you can have six per lane. we bowled two games in the hour on a Tuesday night. they also have pool tables, a huge arcade, and a sports bar. music selection pretty good, i bet it gets turnt up on the weekends. highly recommended. plenty of little stores and restaurants in the same shopping center too.

My friends and I were looking for something new to do in Little Tokyo when we came across this place. We were able to get a lane set up very smoothly with no wait. There were some issues with the lane itself, but nothing we couldn't clear up without asking for help. Overall it was a fun and enjoyable time. Glad we went in! Also, the pizza here is amazing. It was my favorite part of the experience.

Good parmesan fries and the lanes were nice. They force you to pay for raggedy bowling shoes. Seems as if they went and purchased old shoes from some junk yard. I just refuse to believe this happened over time by just bowling and if so they need to realize when to cut their losses. You pay all this money to bowl and in return they don't have the decency to have presentable shoes.

Although the bar is wonderful and the food is decent, the lanes and people working the lanes are horrible. We rented for an hour. They did not tell us our hour started as soon as we paid (still needed to find balls for 6 people!). Stay away from lane 20! Broke down twice, over 5 minutes each time for them to come fix, DID NOT comp us for the ten minutes of lost bowling time.

If you get here early there's no wait time. The wings, pizza, and fries were pretty good but when I asked for extra ranch the guy hesitated, which is a bummer but it's ok. There's a billiards room, arcade area, bar, eating area, a VR room, and a VIP bowling area. If you're vaccinated you don't have to wear a facemask but must show proof. Overall it was a good experience.

My Birthday celebration with my cousin, friends & coworkers. WE HAD A BLAST!!!!!!! I Don't sing but forced to karaoke. LMAO. Bowling took too long. So we shut down the place with Jump Jump kris Kross & Scooby Snacks. Loved them all. Prior to that the arcade was amazing. Everyone should check it out. VEGGIE pizza was good & Calamari etc. I just enjoyed it all. Fun place.

Had a lot of fun here tonight! The food was really good, the server was great, the karaoke lounge was a lot of fun. Unfortunately a lot of the arcade games were not working and they wouldn't let us bring in our birthday cake because we didn't have a receipt with us . Other than that it was a lot of fun. Don't skip the avenue 26 tacos around the corner either.

Had no issues during my visit. Reserved a lane online for a group of 4 and got there at the scheduled time. We got our shoes in quickly and started bowling. The only real “issue” is how hard you have to press the console to change names and all that on the screen. But that’s just being nit-picky. We had a fun and we’d definitely come back.

Great place to go bowling with the team or friends. Beer can come in pitchers and the bowling and arcade is a blast. Service is OK and food is deep fried as can be but hey its a bowling alley I'm not expecting fine dining. The fried stuff is pretty good too! If service was a bit better would have given another star.

I super enjoy the 4 hour parking validation that they give and how you can stack validations. It is also located in an asian mall. It's not the nicest or cleanest looking mall but there are a lot of good places to eat if you don't want to eat at xlanes. However you cannot bring outside food or drinks into xlanes.

We get here. You have to buy a game card for $1 and then you can add amount of money and you slide card to play. My only problem is most of the damn games are OUT OF ORDER!! Waste of time. They need to service these games or put an out of order sign on the screen. Welp I dont think we will be back any time soon.

My family, friends, and I had a really good. A little pricey to bowl, but overall, I had a great time. The staff was friendly and the waiters were also very friendly. I would like to return I was unsure at first because of previous reviews, but it was proven wrong

Today was my first time here and my family and I loved it ! It has everything in one spot. It has pool tables, darts, and an arcade! The food and service is quick and tasty. The manager is such a great guy and the staff was friendly. Definitely returning for more fun and games!

One of the lane we are using had constant mechanical & compter errors which delayed our game. The food was seved very slowly that I had no other choice but to pick up a piece of unfaverable pizza because other menus are all gone and not replenished.

This place was everything , a bit pricey but worth it and parking even with a validated ticket is $20 , so really fun , family friendly all around , great for any and all occasions .
