On Saturday 23rd Dec 23 I was at Xpress Cutz and color Werribee Plaza for full Hair Foil ( appointment booked and paid $95 in advance). My review is specifically for Hair Stylist Sonia she made me feel so uncomfortable and was very rude her tone and the way she was making statement was very unprofessional no basic knowledge of customer service. She asked where do I do my regrowth i said my friend does it and her response was could she not do my highlights. She first said I can only go ash and not caramel based on my hair color and skin tone as all Indians go Ash so agreed to go Ash hoping to try something new but later she said that I can go caramel or anyother color and i have to make decision quick as she can't wait and this was while she was serving other customer and I was waiting for bleach to work.She kept asking me again and again "do I understand "in a very rude way. I have done highlights many times and I do speak and understand English very well. This was first time experience at Xpress Cutz n colour and sadly it was my worst experience. I will never step in this place again just because of 1 staff named Sonia. She made me feel less important she really needs to learn how to talk to customer.

Xpress Cutz and Color was the best experience in all my 20 years of going to hair salons. First off, the tea and the coffee they offer once you sit down is absolutely brilliant. It is so delicious! I had one coffee and two teas and honestly, the best coffee and teas I ever had! Julie and Ana were my primary hairstylists and let me say, they were out of this world. Genuinely the kindest human beings I have ever interacted with. I have a sensitive scalp however I wanted to dye my hair a very bright pink colour and they suited all my needs in that regard! They asked regularly if my scalp was okay and checked up on me to see if I was okay, and out of all my experiences in salons, this was one to remember. Julie did a brilliant, and quite remarkable job with the dye and overall the styling of my hair. I don't know how to thank her enough! She is a ball to chat with while she's doing magic on your hair. Ana washed my hair and helped Julie styling my hair, so I had two people work on me - one of the best feelings ever. I highly recommend this place. Amazing atmosphere, amazing staff - you'll come out as a brand new person.

A lady cut my hair and completely hacked at it, was horrible. I asked for a trim and she cut what washalf way down my back tojust below shoulder lenth, didnt give me the layers i asked for and cut it all un even.Called back nrly a week later to complain and the lovely ladies told me to come back in and they'd fix it up free of charge. I had noone to look after my one year old so had to take him with me he was angry and screaming and the girls were just so lovely about it. Fixed my hair as best as she could. Overall unhappy that my hair was cut off but beyond pleased with the after service, these ladies 100% look after their customers 10/10 Thank you

Oh my god lady names monica was really disappointing..i had my hairs done with the blonde colour and asked for root touch up she put black colour when my natural hair colour is black.. Like what the hell i cant even see any difference..i really loved the work done by julie... But oh lady(monica) you just messed up...paid 115$ for not even a 1% difference...only thing she was saying i work more than julie and dont worry i will do a best job... But seriously you may have more experience but you know nothing ...just an honest advice this place is just a wastage of money... Dont even try it☠️ i wish i have waited for julie

Sonia did an amazing job with my hair! I was at first worried whether I should cut it short but she cut it so well that I 100% didn’t regret cutting my hair. I have really thick hair and if I cut it too short it would look weird, but Sonia cut it at a length where I looked like a whole new person (in a good way). She was also keeping me engaged by talking to me the whole time and double checking if the length and everything was okay. Sonia is the best and most experienced hairdresser (21 years of passionately hairdressing) I’ve ever been to and my hair is finally perfect! ♥️

!!!!!!!PLEASE AVOID COMING HERE JUST GO TO JUSTCUTS!!!!!! Their equipment is absolutely filthy. They reuse the same comb and scissors without cleaning at all, even when there's obviously other people's hair on it. I tried to get a haircut here, I have curly 3C hair. The lady did nothing but throw a fit and complain about my hair while she tried to brush it DRY. She had the audacity to ask me if I even brush my har. They obviously dont know what they're doing. And she was wondering why the comb wouldn't go through my hair! Ended up just walking out.

Horrible. I go there on a Wednesday knowing that they charge only $15 for a trim. But she insisted to charge me $25. She used a clipper to straighen my hair before following it up with a scissor where this is my first time ever to have a haircut with a clipper. Seems like she was upset when I told her why charge me extra just for a 2 inch straight cut? So disappointed and told her I was not happy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this salon ever. Very poor quality service. Will start searching for a better quality salon. So unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I usually go to this place for a haircut but on my last visit I had a different lady with massive unfriendly attitude, I asked her for 2 inches off the length and she took 6 inches off! (Yeah I actually measured it) So thanks for listening to what I want, I just have to wait almost a year for that to grow back! I gave 2 stars because at least the haircut was cut even otherwise it would have been 1, but the really bad customer service overrides it all!

My experience at this place was awful the hairdresser Jayne simply does not know how to cut. Uneven hair cut not to mention her cutting my ear with no apology what so ever. My 9 month old could of done a cleaner cut that her. Makes me question her qualification. I have never had an issue at this hair salon before usually they cut perfect. I would never recommend this place to anybody anymore and the hairdresser should be ashamed of herself.

Worst experience ever! We were not asking for red carpet treatment, just common courtesy and basic politeness. Waited half an hour, when it was our turn the staff told us to take a seat then she went out for 10 minutes to have a smoko, we knew because when she came back we could smell it. She did not greet us at all and showed long face the whole time. Just plain rude! The haircut was badly finished! Will not go there again!

Walked in with basic expectations As I had made no reservations as I do always make an appointment But boy despite not making any appointment the treatment was 5 stars Perhaps Sonia made that experience possible Totally honest with no compromise. She personalised it through out. She caring not only to the customer but towards her colleagues You have a great contributor towards your business

Daughter and I spontaneously got our hair did… we had the lovely Julie…. We had no idea what we wanted, Julie and her team went to work 1hr1/2 later and we were not disappointed. So friendly, generous, service second to non. Thank you so much Julie, we appreciate you and your team for making the experience a great one. The lady was really rude in the beginning , I don’t know why she was in a hurry. I did not like her service. I really felt like she didn’t wanted to Attend me , i asked her to trim my hair but not much just dried ones and then she funnily just pretended to cut my hair . I don’t know what was wrong with her. No grudges at all with her but as a customer i wanted a good service.

Me, my 18 month old, 5 year old and brother in law had our hair cut here. Max was really patient, flexible and skillful in her craft. Her service is top notch - will definitely come back to be her regular. Cuts are fairly priced. I couldn't say the same with her other colleague who seem to go for a break and whinges after every hair cut she does.

Hi, I have been coming to your store for many years, I came Tuesday afternoon to have a trim, it is the worst cut I have had, the hairdresser was more interested in what was going on around her, and the radio, doesn't smile, she has short blonde hair and wears one side of her hair behind her ear, and the other side in front of ear, not happy

Sonia is simply the best - everything you would want your hairdresser to be. Sonia is friendly and responsive to her clients needs and listens to them. Very professional in the execution of her art and strives to ensure that her clients have a perfect experience and the end results are exactly as the client has requested.

It was my very first time at this salon. Julie was my stylist. She listened to what I wanted and really did a fantastic job!!! This is the best experience I have had since shortening my hair to a bob some months back. We laughed over similar experiences shared as moms. I will be back to see Julie again! Thank you!!!

There does not seem to be enough words to say about Sonia. The service I received from her was nothing short of amazing. Sonia is an absolute perfectionist, add her beautiful nature, fantastic ability to colour and foil hair, she is absolutely amazing. People Do your self a favour and pay her a visit.

Horrible and extremely unprofessional staff! One the worst salon ever seen in my life throughout the world. Staff don’t even know how deal with the client, extremely rude and disrespectful. Don’t know anything about hair cut and just doing whatever. Ever not recommend anyone to this salon.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Worst experience! They ripped through my hair! Apparently less than half an inch was HALF of my hair!!! They have absolutely no care about how you leave just so long as you give them money so they can get the next person in. ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE!

It was xpress alright but the worst haircut I've ever had. It took another hairdresser to repair the damage. I couldn't return to complain as I went interstate straight after. Staff too busy pushing more expensive treatments to listen to what the client says.

Got my hair done by Sonia today, got an amazing toner and cut, she did an amazing job, better than I ever expected my hair to turn out after not having it colored for over a year! Highly recommend, also awesome wedding venue recommendations ;) thanks heaps!

My hair was long, when I asked how far I wanted to cut it, they didn't listen to me, they cut it too much, they didn't follow my instructions or pay attention to my example photos. I'm too sad and disappointed because they didn't listen to me.

Went to werribee plaza for all over colour for my above shoulder length hair which is quiet thin. Was advised it would be $65. Then was called by Coone not sure of spelling who said it's would be $95 for the same colour I was just quoted.

Lady was adament my son had a lice egg. Refused to accept that it wasnt, even when i showed her his cradle cap and scalp issues. Tried to be snooty and say shes been hair-dressing for 15 years.
