I bought a Inco hammer from this store and it lasted one job. I took it back and the Mica owner refused to refund me. The owners said that I have to take another same hammer as it has a one year warrantee. They are obviously not customer orientated and kept my money which I would rather have spent on another better make. The result of this greedy behaviour is that I will not support them again. I left with my unwanted Inco hammer as I did not want to make a scene. I went to buy more hardware at the Apple gas and tool store. I will go back there again for the other jobs I have lined up this week. Mica wont see me again. Much more variety and quality with much friendlier staff. At least the gentleman at Mica who initially helped me was friendly. The mismanagement clearly manages their staff in a very dictator like manner as the other staff I spoke to seemed very wary of the Pakistani owners

Very friendly and helpful staff. Even went out of their way to help after I accidently locked my car keys in the boot of my car. Will definetly support them in business. They gave a generous donation to our local Hospice as well. Thank you.

The only reason I give this one star is because I cannot give Mica Express no stars. Watch out for the abusive Pakistani foreigner shop owners. You buy something that is defective? Forget about a refund. No thank you. Never again.
