It is definitely the worst. Yong Real Estate is very unprofessional. I lived on a rental property for one year and a half from Yong real estate. Their communication is poor, making small mistakes to major problems and incapable of sorting the problems. Yong agent have sent us an email while we were living in a rental property which stated the incorrect amount of the balance of payment saying that we have not made a full payment when we first moved in and asked us to make payment again. They could not even handle the numbers shown on their own document and were unable to find out where the "missing payments" were. I had to draw the lines across their document to match the date and the payments I have made to show them that I have paid the full amount since the start of the lease. I did not feel like I was dealing with a professional agent at all. Even a middle school kid can find what was wrong. They admitted their mistake and apologised. However, month later, they sent me another incorrect balance that had the same issue. (I had to draw the lines again and sent it back like I did on the first time.) I am still shook at how unprofessional they are. I can go on so many things... Now, it has been 2 weeks since I moved out of this property and they have not sent me the amount of bond fee yet. Looks like I have to call them every day to follow up what is happening (like I've done since the start of the lease). It looks like this is not the first time and I'm not the only one.

Sue Ye has been amazing and professional in our experience for helping our first home and family’s property sale. She’s strongly recommended! You won’t be able to find a local realestate agent who’s always being genuine and honest like Sue in the market. She treats her clients like her family members, she has a higher standard in her professional ethic and in empathy in order to fully understand our needs. At the same time she’s been very thoughtful for meeting our expectation of property goals. We approached other local agents, but they ignored our contacts when they thought that you were not beneficial enough to meet their deals, just like everyone else in realestate industry. We didn’t give up finding someone who can be on the same page with us until we found Sue in Yong Realestate, she also introduced us to Thomas Kung Lawyer for helping our property settlements. We’ve been very grateful to be able to gain strong confidence through our recent property settlements, it was so hard to find someone who are trustworthy these days and who really care about you and getting you there to achieve with what you needs in realestate and legal industries.

Had a property with them where they didn’t try to market the property for close to a year and was left vacant. When I was in the process of changing rental agencies they suddenly found a tenant. They represented that the tenant was in good standing and had good records. However, only a few months in, tenants stopped paying rent and trashed the property. Causing trouble with the neighbours etc. Property inspections not done, multiple people in property who were not approved tenants. We only learnt of the trouble and damage through the neighbours who we know well when we lived in the property; and demanded action from YONG. They didn’t even do anything to follow up on rent arrears up to this day. If you’re in the market to find an agent to rent out your property, look elsewhere. Much happier with our new agents now. And throughout the process to change over to our new agents, they refused to turn over records and keys to the new agent despite calls and emails. Horror to deal with, I don’t know how they’re still in business.

My husband and I purchased a property at Coopers Plains through Yong real estate with the settlement back in May 2012. We have now sold the property and I was preparing information for my accountant for our tax return and had to go back to the costs of purchasing the property in 2012. My bank statement in relation to payments made when we purchased the property indicated that we paid Yong Real Estate $2,595 on settlement day. The bank was unable to provide me any further information in relation to the payment. I called Yong office to check their records to determine what this would have been for and was asked to email my request in writing to the office manager. It did not take long for the reply, and they got me the black and white for the money transfer. Very happy with this level of service, even after 10 years.

Stay away from these guys. I’m only getting on here now after a few yrs ago I had the worst experience with them, property manager was terrible, no correspondence, wouldn’t even come and inspect our property, just told us to send them the photos after we as the owners had gone to inspect it ourselves. When our issues were escalated to Peter and sue, we still received no help. Again, cannot stress enough, stay clear plenty of other companies that will be able to do a better job. We went to sunnybank to attend 2 inspections hosted by Jim Zheng. He was so rude and didn't even bother to show us the properties. He just showed us couple of rooms, lower level kitchen was locked and when we asked to show he said it looks same as the upper level one. With the other property he said he don't have the keys! Why would they arrange an inspection if they don't have the keys! Feel sad about the vendor who picked these people for selling the property. Kindly don;t waste our buyers time arranging inspections if you can't actually show the property.

Terrible treatment of tenants. I could go on a long rant about how poorly I was treated but I’ll keep it simple. I had to chase after them multiple times for anything. The appliances in the apartment did not work, when I asked for them to be fixed it took 3 months out of my 6 month lease for them to do anything. Wasn’t even acknowledged when I sent my intention to leave form and was not provided any information on what I have to hand back when I give my keys. Sarah at the front desk was lovely. A warning for any tenants don’t rent with them.

Run away! Rent from someone else. Rented with dishwasher that broke, took them 6 months and 2 breaches to fix it with every excuse under the sun, including "last tennant put it in and we are not responsible for fixing it". Tennant ledger was a mess. Property managers with zero people skills. Never again! It was nothing but stress. Add:your recent triggering reply :we are not looking after the property since march" not acknowledging the fact that you were our agent for 3 years before that. We have moved out in march.

This is the worst I've ever seen!!! Agent was nasty and treated me as if to say, "Go away, you won't be able to pay it, so don't bother me." The way he behaved was insulting and rude. I went to an inspection and I was the only one there to inspect. All of the rooms were locked, and he had keys. When I insisted on seeing the property, he only gave me access to two rooms. Then he walked away. The kitchen, too, was locked. Sellers, Please be cautious if you ever go to an agent like this.

Worst real estate agency ever. They used to manage the rental property above my unit and had a water leak issue, took 6 months to fix damages caused by the leak to my property. Initially they tried to shift the responsibility to the body corporate, when that failed, they were unprofessional at dealing with the repair and things just dragged on. I almost took them to QCAT. I do not understand why they can still operate, they can't communicate with people and are just unprofessional.

My experience with YONG Real estate was a positive once upon a time. I no longer rent through Yong, unfortunately when I tried to apply for a rental in after leaving the premises I was renting due To DV. Yong real estate failed countless times to reply to emails for references. This caused many issues for me. While man that abused me continued to rent the property and had a secure home while the lived in my car. I DO Recommend anyone to buy or rent through Yong realestate.

I own an apartment in a block of units that I rent out. Yong manages a neighbouring unit. We have had repeated issues of lack of maintenance on the Yong managed unit that impacts negatively on my tenants. Despite my repeated contacts to Yong fix issues, they are not fixed over a year on. I have been given repeated assurances by the property managers, 'yes, yes, yes we will have it fixed'. All very polite and affirming but nothing happens.

I don't even want to give this one star. We got approved for one house and paid the bond money and two weeks rent in advance two days ago today is the date to move packed everything and waiting for the message to pick up keys but we got message by saying sorry unfortunately owner doesn't want to give house for rent we are literally on road with out house to stay they didn't even say we will arrange another home soon really frustrating

Dien, the accounting manager is excellent and professional when I was working here as his assistant. At the very first stage of my career, he taught me all the techniques needed for this job step by step. Absolutely the worst real estate I've ever dealt with. Amenities left broken, emails ignored, outright LIED to. Property managers don't manage, just ghost and take the money. William Wang needs to take some courses on dealing with people as he loves to shout and talk over you on the phone. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Run away as far as you can. This dump of a real estate is filled with toxic waste.

I'm lucky to meet such a good teacher to offer me a chance to start the new journey of my life! Other staff are friendly and patient. It was a really good experience for me to work here!

I walked into the office while I was around there. Got a chance to talk to Sue as I was hoping to find out the market update and then purchase a property for investment in Sunnybank Hills. I am still looking but still appreciate the property update emails I received afterwards from the sale admin team. 5 star service!

Renting through Yong Sunnybank Hills was a breeze nothing was to much trouble I am not sure why others are saying negative reviews rented for tge past two years just vacated and from start to finish l found all PM team at Yong to be professional and polite and also actioned matters raised in a timely manner

by far the worst real estate I have dealt with in my entire time renting. It has been 4 months out of the place and I still have not received my bond. They've taken 3 1/4 of bond money without notifying us, the agents at Yong Real estate are very difficult to deal with. Would not recommend at all.

Very bad real estate agency. They don't care about tenant who is facing rusty water in their kitchen. They are unable to fix the problem because its going to cost money to landlord so they leftus with rusty water.
