If you want to waste your entire day waiting for a doctor, while constantly being lied to by reception that there is only "one more patient and you're next" - then this is the perfect place for you. I am very well versed in this cultural norm of letting your friends and family in while other people are waiting, however a medical centre is not the place to do it - in fact, I'd say that this country is not the place. The receptionists sit there cackling with each other and with the friends of doctors that come in and skip the queue. It is an ugly, unprofessional sight and one that left me shocked. I would not expect this abysmal level of customer care in Australia, nor in the 21st century. If you are the business owner and you are reading this - it will be worth your while to invest in a good, professional manager that ensures your employees act accordingly. This was my second experieicne at this clinic (my first experience was the same, however I thought I'd give them a second chance) and my last - I shall never return, and neither will any of my family. Please, be better.

Everyone lies in this clinic After a long wait and a verbal argument between me and the receptionists, because they told me that there was only one person in front of me, and I waited for 3 hours I went to Dr. Lina and told her what had happened and that the receptionists made me wait for 3 hours and there was one person in front of me, and I know that they They admitted many people in front of me and I told her that they told me this is the doctor’s orders to make people wait for a long time and not tell them how many people are in front of them. Dr. Lina answered, "This is the work of the reception, and they are the ones who do these ridiculous things." I don't recommend visiting this place ever don't waste your time

I went there at 1:30pm and got called at 4pm. Almost a 3 hour wait just to get my daughter a medical certificate that took just 5 minutes. I consistently asked the receptionist how much longer did I have to wait and she kept insisting that there was one more patient. That “one more” patient turned into 3 then to 4 then to 5. I’ve been there multiple times and they’ve somehow managed to consistently give horrible service to those clearly seeking for medical attention. Never come here, go to a medical centre that priorities their patients with hardworking doctors. The doctors here take like a 30 minute break before calling the next patient in. If I could give them a zero, I’d give them zero twice.

I’ve seen each of the doctors there and had blood taken over the last two years. Excellent service from all. Yes, there has been a wait of up to an hour, which as a drop in, I expect, but also a long wait with an appointment. Last time Dr Lina was taking a while so they switched me over to Dr M and I got in pretty quick. I’m glad they did as he was really good with the issue I had. I’ve not experienced the problems others mention about particular backgrounds or friends/family getting in ahead. If I’m dropping in without an appt I expect that people with an appt will walk in and go ahead of me. I will keep going back, just not when I’m in a hurry.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Yagoona Family Healthcare Centre. The level of care and compassion I received from the entire team was truly exceptional. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the expert guidance of the doctors, I felt well-cared for every step of the way. The facility itself is pristine and modern, creating a soothing atmosphere. I left the Centre with not just improved health but also a renewed sense of confidence in their exceptional medical care. I thank all Doctors for Being so nice and great! and for having those lovely lady's at the reception. Sorry can't remember their names, but how friendly, and very helpful they are!! I have to say that If life is hard, with them all three they make it easy! Also If I am not feeling well and I had to go to the clinic (before covid) or if I call During Covid lockdown, they make me feel better after their understanding and respect. I had Such good experience with this clinic Very highly recommended Big thanks!!

Came here for the 2nd time As my first visit is okay with dr.lina.. today we came first at 8:50 as they open at 9am then later on Receptionist told me that DR.MOUNTHER are coming late by 9:30 then later on telling us 10am ..up to now we are waiting for him by 10:20 . DOCTOR MOUNTHER HE DOESNT “care “ to those people who needs care and waiting for him over an hour . Don’t call yourself a “doctor” wasted my 1 and half hour waiting for you !!!!

Visited the medical centre a few times, there is a long wait to see a doctor specially doctor Lina , but it is a busy medical centre and to be honest I’ve never had an issue with any of the doctors and the two girls at the reception Houda and Samar are always friendly and working like machines to assist everyone. I do recommend to visit the place but maybe to call first to see the wait time

Where do I start, Dr Lina is the most amazing, professional, caring and has great attention to detail. Dr Lina helped me change my health for the better especially dealing with painful grief. Wahaj the beautiful lady at reception is an angel she has a heart of gold she always goes over and beyond to help everyone. I highly recommended this clinic.

Best medical centre in Sydney. The waiting times can be long but the centre is very busy and all staff try their best to help and make every patient’s visit as smooth as possible. The receptionists Samar, Houda and Gabriel are the best. They’re friendly, accomodating and hard working. Not to mention they’re all extremely funny! Highly recommend.

It is a very good Medical Centre and has exellent customer service. I always call to get appointment time and when i come at the time, i just wait for a little bit and then i see the doctor. The doctors are very lovely and very helpful, Doctor Intisar and Doctor Lina. All my family deals with this Medical since it opened, never had any problem.

Receptionists are very sweet, despite the busy nature of the work load. Dr Lina is the best doctor, has diagnosed me for many conditions. Wahaj and Samar always go over and beyond for any patients concern. Can you please change the receptionists? I was waiting for my appointment and I’ve seen them put people on hold and start chatting to each other, thats exactly what they do when i try to call and book appointment. It takes them 40 min answer the call. worst customer service.

They are the worst medical centres. Their receptionist always say you are next and it takes 3 hour to take for 10 min check up. This is the first and last time I am here. If you want to waste your whole day only then go there .

Worst experience at a clinic. Waiting over 2 hours+ for a doctor that doesn’t even assess my injury properly. And to wait another 2+ hours just to receive my blood test results. Receptionist show no sympathy whatsoever.

Very bad receptionist, always i stay on the phone for 30 minutes on hold and i do not get the chance to talk to them. They never answer their phone calls and when you go there you find them chatting and laughing

The medical centre is very busy and yes there is a long wait time which happens in most busy medical centres but overall doctors are great and Houda and Samar are always going over and beyond to help everyone.

I have been to 2doctors in this centre and for sure like dr Intisat she is lovely, giving her time and called me when I was not able to attend the centre even receptionist are so lovely

Took my daughter today for an iron infusion. Fantastic service. The receptionist’s were lovely and the practice nurse was wonderful. I highly recommend this medical centre
