We have never used a caravan or camper trailer before so this was a new experience for our family of 4. We hired an Expanda caravan recently from Yarra Valley Vans for a period of 5 nights and were thoroughly satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone considering renting a van. The van itself was modern, immaculately presented and functioned perfectly throughout our trip. Prior to booking Sarah was extremely helpful in explaining the van and answering our questions. Pickup and drop-off times were very flexible and Sarah was available throughout the rental period including weekend to answer any questions we may have had. Upon collection Sarah also provided a thorough rundown on the setup and operation of the van and the documented instructions provided were simple to follow making setup and packup an easy process for us newbies. We had a very satisfying experience renting from Yarra Valley Vans which we took to Wilson's Prom. We weren't sure what we needed so we met with Sarah and she took us through all the options. Then, once we made the decision, the communication prior to the big departure was fantastic. Sarah went through everything in great detail before we left but of course, questions popped up when we arrived. We called Sarah and they were really helpful. Once we got going, I found that everything I needed had been supplied. When we returned everything was smooth and hassle free. The vans themselves were clean, well prepared and well equipped. After a small mishap with our car, Sarah came to the rescue and helped be able to take out month long trip up the East Coast of Australia. We hired the Jayco expander for our first family caravan adventure. We spent 4 weeks travelling across the Nullabor and back with it. We used caravan parks and free bush camps and for our family of 5, it was more than equipped for what we wanted. Very clean, well stocked and so easy to tow and setup. For our next journey we will definitely use them again.

I was really happy with the Swift, it was easy to tow, very clean and comfortable to stay in and came with everything we needed for our trip. Customer service doesn’t come better than this! An absolutely delightful experience. Clean van, contained everything we needed. The solar powered feature kept the perishables chill in the fridge, and the aircon came in handy during the day. A hassle-free rental. Would highly recommend.
