I took my car to your car because of the reviews. I paid just under a $1000 for brake repairs and apparently other mechanical services only now to find out I was taken advantage of. Its 2 weeks later and my car has broken down on the side of the Monash freeway. When towed to a well known mechanic from the referral of a friend, a mechanic who deals with professional drag car drivers cars to see what the problem was, he was outraged just as I was, to find out not only had I been over charged, but some of the crucial works listed on my invoice apart from the brakes were not carried out. This is not coming from a mechanic who is trying to bad mouth another mechanic to gain extra clients because he doesn't need my service or the money, he purely took me on as a favour to my friend. He was so appalled with the dishonesty of what Your Car said they had done, as well as what I was charged. I know this is just 1 review out of many positive ones, but this was no way a case of bad luck or the problem wasn't there at the time of service. Based on what the breakdown problems were, even the RACV road care mechanic agreed that I was ripped off, taken advantage of, the work I paid for was not done, and definately not $948 worth.

ok... I'm going to preface this by saying I dont trust mechanics... not as far as I could throw them.. I took my car to Your Car after my wife suggested them... We had originally taken across the road to another place (Literally across the road) who not only ROYALLY screwed us on a minor door handle repair...gave us excuses as to why my job took 3 days and then admitted to me that most of the work he did was not needed but "Better to be Safe than Sorry".... and believe me when I say we were sorry... On the other hand... the staff at Your Card... Josie... so genuinely bright and happy to help... following up with her was a pleasure.. Paul took the time to run me through my repairs and explain exactly how and why they did what they did.. no bullsh!t just good customer service. The price was fair and they even made some minor adjustments that they noticed needed doing... I think this company realises something that so many others miss... that we are going to need to eventually come back...Cars need repairs and we need reliable honest mechanics to go back to.. Repeat business and positive word of mouth is vital and Your Car has earned ours.. Cheers J-F

We live in werribee and we had to pick up a car from endeavour hills on the 24th of February 2020. When we went to pick up the car my husband was checking it out and felt that their was water in the radiator water and wasn't comfortable about buying the car anymore. I google mechanics in endeavour hills and yourcar came was close to where we were. I gave them a call and Paul answer the phone. I explained our situation and he was happy to take a look at the car. We took the car to Paul and he was absolutely so friendly and more then happy to look over the car and even took it for a test drive. He let us know that the car was absolutely fine and that the radiator water was old coolant and not oil. He was completely professional, friendly and a top block who helped this family out in there time of need. I would highly recommend this mechanic to all people living in endeavour hills. Had the car booked in for a service on the 17/10/16 had the oil filter and oil supposedly changed, less than two months later a family friend who is a mechanic checked the oil and said it was burnt and looked almost black, their is no way in less than two months the oil went that bad so they charged $45 for changing oil and they didn't even change it, also had another problem with the car and they couldn't identify what it was and said they would just be guessing and throwing parts at it, very unprofessional considering as soon as I described the problem to my family friend (a mechanic) he knew immediately what it was, your car know as much about cars as I do, f**k all

I'm 100% happy with the service and care provided. I was well looked after by the team at Your Car Endeavour hills. The quality of work was outstanding and had great communication throughout the process. I can't thank the team enough for the great amount of care taken and for looking after me in such short notice while I was stressed about going through a full service with the car after my previous mechanic retired. My boyfriend recommended this team after his last service with his Toyota 86. They fixed my Mazda locking system perfectly along with other issues and provided a very professional service. Highly recommend!

This is an aMaZiNg friendly helpful team the staff carry themselves in a professional manner today they went above and beyond to care for my suzuki vitara I was not booked in for a service despite being so busy the team made time to test drive complete a motor inspection and diagnostic scan aswell as top up the oil at no charge! A god send to this area honestly i own a truck and it broke down i needed a couple of odd fuses and or lights (apparently its a light bulb). I couldnt find it anywhere at endeavour hills s/c so i went to this mechanic and he helped out with it ordered me the fuese got it delivered to me within the hour. All can say is they're honest bunch of people

They have done such An amazing job to all our cars when in need of services and do such a thorough job in comparison to previous mechanics I’ve been to in the south east. Got his hands dirty & sent me on my way in a matter of minutes. A unusual unforeseen problem, but fixed on the spot. Got me out of a jam. Much appreciated .

Had my car towed to Your Car, Endeavour Hills on Friday evening before a long weekend after close of business hours. Paul checked my car, fixed it on the spot and had me on the road again. I could not ask for nicer, better service.

Been a regular customer since 2005, I moved few months ago to Wonthaggi. But because of my last experience with my Honda Odyssey repair there, I decided to come back to Yourcar in Endeavour Hills for the care of my car.

I suggest no one should go there because they are not able to salve the problem especially new car I got Holden Cruz charge me $100 waste 2 days of my time he told me fix my car after one hour drive got the same problem
