No doubt the good reviews are all from property owners and tenants seeking to move in. Freeda is the most unprofessional agent I have ever came across when dealing with end of lease with tenants. Most polite when you rent but when it comes to moving out, her responses and instructions are unclear and apathetic. Arrears were shown to us without clear and proper explanation. We have yet to receive our rental bond 3 weeks after we have moved out, although she claimed that rental bond has been released to Fair Trading. She has asked us to call Fair Trading to check on the rental bond without giving us rental bond number. Rental bond number was given to us only after a few requests. To date we have not received proof of rental bond release to Fair Trading. Be extremely careful when you deal with this unprofessional real estate agency if you are renting through them.

When I first moved over here from Canada, the task of finding a place was super daunting and unfamiliar to what I'm used to back home. I had an idea of the area I wanted to be in, and had friends who had used Your Estate in the past - so I figured I'd give them a try. Freeda took all the pain and headache out of finding a place for me and made sure that I got something well within my set budget that ticked all the boxes I was looking for. Her attention to detail, and ability to answer my questions even outside of regular work hours put my mind at ease and made the process of an international move that much easier! I would absolutely recommend You Estate Agency to anyone that's looking to be treated with the utmost care and understanding vs. being just another number or a pay-cheque at the end of the day. 5 stars all the way you amazing legend!

I am very grateful that Freeda and her team looked after my partner and I for our first rental together. She did an amazing job from the very beginning to the end. She was always very helpful. She always called to give us enough notice if there was a fire inspection or any other strata obligations. We are moving out because I've been offered a job in Queensland. If by any chance we come back to Sydney, I will happily contact Freeda and rent through her again. What can I say? Well Freeda would be the most awesome real estate person I have ever met. From Day 1 two years ago I found Freeda highly professional and responsive.
