He had a clear marketing strategy, which he outlined to me beforehand, and which was targeted to the type of buyer likely to be interested in my house. He organized twice weekly inspections, provided feedback to me after each one, and followed up closely with interested parties. I always felt confident that he was working in my best interest, not just trying to get a quick sale. He talked me through all aspects of the sale. His service was outstanding. He was previously the agent who handled the rental of this property, and he was excellent in this role also. I was always confident that he was across everything that was happening in my property. I cannot speak too highly of his competence, knowledge, personal attention and integrity in both the rental and sales side of real estate.
