I want to give a massive 10/10 to Tracey from the Indooroopilly store for her absolutely fantastic customer service!! A dress caught my eye walking past Zimmerman store & walked in to have a look. Tracey (who I learned was the assistant Manager) was very quick to welcome me, let me know if there was anything she could do to help me, she was my person. Nothing was a bother, one item I was interested in didn't have my size & she ran down to David Jones to get the size I needed while I was thinking about another garment. Her assistance & advice on different ways I could wear the dress was honestly the difference in my decision to purchase the dress or leave it on the hanger. This kind of service is almost non existent in many stores now days. Thank you Tracey, i'll be back to see you again!
