I have purchased several pieces of jewelry. With every 6 month check, I have had to turn in my wedding ring for missing diamonds as well as replace my necklace twice. We finally upgraded my wedding ring to hopefully have a ring that I do not have to turn in every 6 months. When I came in, they kept asking me if that was my correct number asking maybe it was under my husband’s. I stated yes that is my number. Then she stated you purchased another ring, I stated yes we upgraded my wedding ring and she replied I don’t see it. Let me go talk to manager to which they started whispering and looking at me. I started panicking that they had no record of me turning in my wedding ring nor that a new one had been selected. My stomach knotted up and I was ready to cry. Manager looks again, asking the same questions. I was so upset. Finally they called over the sales person who handled the upgrade. She told me it is showing that it was picked up, she found it in the drawer. It had come in on the 9th but I never received a phone call. It showed someone called me. I told her no. I came in on 16th to check since I had not received a call. The manager had just walked away, no apologies for how I was treated and how the ball was dropped with lack of communication. I regret getting my wedding ring here and will not be purchasing any additional items here.

Cindy and Rihanna at this location are both extremely helpful, friendly and overall amazing! I had a ring that I fell on love with but could not find it in store anywhere. Cindy went above and beyond by locating my ring from another state and had it shipped to the store! I want to add that my fiancee called numerous other Zales locations and no one offered this option to us. Thanks to Cindy I have a ring that I'm totally in love with! When my ring came in and I went in to pick it up I was greeted right away by every employee that was in store and by name! Rihanna was also a rock star employee! She made me feel amazing and assured me that I made an excellent choice in my beautiful ring. I definitely recommend this location! Such an amazing experience!

Guys let me tell you how amazing our experience was at Zales with Nichole! As soon as we stepped into the store she made us feel like family, not in the fake salesman way but actual genuine care for us. She helped us size our fingers and then helped my wonderful soon to be fiancé find her perfect ring. We can’t be happy enough with the style of the ring and how it fit perfectly on her finger. She helped us through all the payment processes and now we get to share a wonderful memory. Nichole helped spark this memory and we can’t thank her enough for all of her help and service.
