When I discovered this store I was really excited it had lots of beautiful items to the point where I went in and spent approx $1200.00 in one hit. I purchased 2 beautiful hand made tops. $250.00 and $200.00 a piece plus some other home wares. I have since worn the $250.00 blouse twice and it is starting to come apart at the fringe. I decided to mend this myself, hence the hassle of getting up to Castle Towers as I can sew and it was only coming apart by approx. 1 inch. That was my decision. I then noticed after wearing it the second time it started to come apart again in a different spot on the fringe again, bear in mind I hadn't washed it yet. On this proviso I decided to take the item back into the store, not for a refund, but for an exchange or I would have even been happy if they'd facilitated the repairs. I might add the blouse does state it is a delicate fabric and will require delicate care (I believe I had been delicate). Before attending the store I decided to telephone to discuss the issue. The young lady (Olivia) who answered the phone immediately dismissed my complaint (she'd obviously been prepped for such phone calls) and advised it was a delicate fabric and there was nothing they could do to facilitate a repair, exchange or otherwise. I went on to explain I'd worn it twice only - so basically I'd paid $125.00 each time to wear it and now it was coming apart. Dissatisfied with Olivia's response I asked to speak to the manager (Tina) whom I was advised wasn't in today. I asked if she could be contacted then and my number passed onto her so I could discuss the matter further. I was then telephoned later that afternoon again by Olivia to inform me she had spoken to Tina and the response Olivia had delivered to me in the first instance was correct. She informed me Camilla has the same policy. Funny I've never had this issue with any Camilla's after years of wear. Very, very, very disappointing customer service. Little does Tina know I'm the lady that inquired on a really unusual coffee table worth $2000.00 in the store. I will certainly not be setting foot in this store ever again. My advice to fellow shoppers - BUYER BEWARE!!!! The matter is now before the Dept of Fair Trading :)

Please DO NOT shop at this store! The reviews highlighting rude staff and poor customer service is legitimate. Online order, money taken, confirmation of order and no delivery. Two weeks later I followed up to be informed that they did not have all items. I was told they tried to contact me. (Nil contact made) then lied about why they were unable to get product. Rude on the phone. No apology! Received the product in express post, no care, no attention to detail. And all three items were not sealed (floor stock). If looking for any aromatherapy therapy products please do not shop at this store. I should have read the reviews

Extremely rude customer service, refused to allow anyone to even try out the items. My son went to find some lost property and accidentally touched some items but was yelled at. The phone number is never on and the items are overpriced. Strongly recommend not visiting this place.

Terrible service. Staff told me that an item was in stock. I paid in full. I had to chase them for 3 weeks for a delivery date. Finally, I was told that the item was being custom made and no known ETA! I can’t see how this business will survive with such poor customer service.

My favourite store in Castle Towers and in the Hills District! If the smell doesn’t already lure you in and make you feel Zen, the staff and the products will! Good quality, beautiful pieces that I can’t find anywhere else! Definitely would recommend!

Very rude and arrogant staff. My son touched a thing and the staff screamed be careful. He didn’t break anything, and if does I will buy. Not a problem. The chairs in store no one can sit and try. The attitude of the staff is very unacceptable.

Gorgeous store. Always so much to offer. The manager and staff are always so willing to help, they go above and beyond and provide wonderful service. Best homeware storw in the hills district.
