ALERT ⚠️ If I could rate them a zero stars I would THE WORKERS URINATING ON MY PROPERTY AND MY NEIGHBORS PROPERTY IS NOT OKAY!!!! I have camera footage of them URINATING on the stucco and concrete wall and my evergreen trees. So disgusting I got a alert on my phone after reviewing the alert it was of the employees Urinating I was so shocked. I reviewed my alerts and dvr and turns out I have several recorded footage of not one but all the employees urinating. No porta potties are provided for them. I never saw one while they worked on either house so Disgusting I went into the office to take the final payment and showed them one of the videos and the owner walked in I showed him my phone he saw the video I told him I have several recording and he stated the employees have 15 minute breaks to go to the gas station he also apologized and he stated we can go out and clean for you then he stated he was going to lay them off for a while or get rid of the crew then wait for it he said and I quote we have other people that have a shed and tell us if you need to pee go behind the shed. At that point I said I had to go work since clearly I was even more disgusted with the owner. Urinating on someone's property ,indecent exposure, damage to someone property is not okay!!!!!! Aaliyah was there when he said that so I'm not making anything up. I wish I never went with this company also I have 2 dogs that are in the backyard all the nails and debris that fell on to the patio cover was blown by the employee onto the trampoline and where my dogs were at. I didnt notice it until i went outside and saw all the nails and all the roofing material on my boys trampoline and my dogs laying on the nails.I picked up all the nails and debris. I gave one of the employees a box of all the debris and nails and asked him to go over it with the metal detector. I was so shocked they clearly knew i have 2 dogs since this was my biggest concern. I had told them if they needed to work in the back to let me know so we could put my dogs inside. I wish I never ever went with this company I only went with them because the inspection was going to be done and I also had issues with that so many misunderstanding according to Antonia and Aaliyah I had logged into the LMS and checked after they completed the work and no inspection was requested. I called the city and they confirmed nothing. I called Antonia and let her know my concern, and then I called Aaliyah and she stated it was submitted and that the inspection was 40 dollars and she could send me a receipt. I hung up with her and checked LMS and oh behold there it was with the time and date which was just requested a few minutes ago I called the city and they did confirm it was JUST requested she confirmed what I saw on the LMS. I emailed Aaliyah and let her know I didn't appreciate her lying to me. Please people stay away I would hate to have your family see grown men peeing on your property and having your children and wife see that. Save yourself the dishonesty from this company. I also have a rubber burning smell coming in from the refrigerated air unit since they installed the metal roof called Aaliyah and they sent one of the roofers out and he could smell it too. He stated that he knows nothing about the unit and he went up to the roof and took a video of all the silicone around the pipe which one is hot and the other is really cold. He stated it had tape before and they filled it with all kinds of silicone. I asked him if the metal or silicone have a rubber smell or any of the material which he said no I'm think my house is going to burn down since it smells like burning rubber. I CALLED a plumber and they checked the unit and did confirm it's not the unit. SINCE THE ROOF WAS INSTALLED EVERONE CAN SMELL IT. The plumber told me to have the roofing company check the roof again. I still have that burning rubber smell in my house. I regret going with this company I thought I had done my homework clearly I didn't When you don't feel right about a company always go with your gut. LESSON LEARNED

What can I say? Finally a business that does exactly what they say and goes that extra step over and above and exceeded my expectations. John was my salesman and stayed in touch with me every step of the way and addressed all of my concerns. Zia ripped off my old tile and replaced with black metal to perfection. Not only did zia tpo my whole roof we decided to wrap every single Pera pit to basically make the house indestructible. No more Pera pit problems here! If you have little things that need done also this is the only roofing company to call. The original deal included extras like fixing drywall from the leak in the garage.and since I went with a black metal off course I had to paint the garage ceiling red to match my cars and my garage doors black and front door which zia handled exceptionally. Definatly a shout out to the crews. junior red blackey you guys did amazing. Junior took the extra step to paint my skylights black and vents to match the metal just because that's the kind of work he does. No extra or hidden charges here. In the end upon completion I didn't like that my ac units were leaking water on my new TPO roof. John went the extra mile and put pvc pipes from my ac units to my canals. Will did my gutters and let me tell you. They are double the size of all my neibors gutters and accents the house amazing. Will did an amazing job on my gutters. All my neibors say the house looks brand new and I couldn't agree more. One last thing. I spent 2 months getting countless quotes. I will save you the time. Best bang for your buck without a doubt is ZIA roofing. 10 out of 10. Save you time and only make one call. And that's Zia roofing. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Zia!!!! John your the man!

The Young Lady who preformed the inspection was great, knowledgeable and personable. Though her eyes I could see the project envisioned as a complete. She quickly brought to my attention the damage that incurred during a hail storm, and what could be done by her firm to correct the issues. Especially, the possibility of further damage if left I chose to leave it unattended. The Workers arrived early, and attacked the “problem roof.” Which was completely removed in about 3 hours. As the new shingle material had arrived, it was quickly unloaded with a crane from truck to the roof. And oh. What a great color. A warm chocolate brown, that gave off a 3 dimensional effect. All vents, air ducts, were replaced also. And Side metal strips were replaced and shingles installed, all in record time. Any little imperfections were also addressed by a swift correction. All trash was disposed of, and the area surrounding the house was swept up. Including any metal nails with a magnet. The trash dumpster that contained the old roofing materials was simply towed away. Time job completed was starting at 8:00am to 4:00 pm. The Work Crew consisted of a 6 person crew what were wearing Covid-19 protective measures. Who maintained a professional attitude during the entire project. One thing to remember, treat the work crew well, and they will exceed expectations in the end.

This company is the best. My roof was done in one, yes, I said "ONE" day. AMAZING!! The owner, Sergio, is a pefectionist; and he makes sure his crew does an exceptional job. These guys are the most honest, trustworthy, sincere, extremely fair and professional people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I am ecstatic about the job they did on my house. They even cleaned up around the house, removed all the trash, used a magnet to pick up any loose nails that may have fallen from the roof so no one could get hurt by them. All the items they had to move in order to get their work done were placed back where they originally belonged. The people at Zia Roofing were wonderful. They should be called A #1 ROOFERS!!

A large part of my day-job involves organizing and project managing contractors. In my experience, it's not always easy to find reliable, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable people. Zia Roofing recently replaced my roof and I couldn't be more happy! They went above and beyond for service and cost, even upgrading some of my attic vents to turbines at no additional cost! Willie, my project manager, was always quick to respond and he helped coordinate all necessary paperwork with the insurance company. Job was completed in one day and site was super clean upon departure. The crew was polite and were even able to align my satellite dish back to it's original position after installation. All vents and other roof protrusions were repainted to match roof giving it a real nice look. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for any type of roof work!

Hey Siri roofing I remember maybe about 10 years ago watching commercials little younger and like you know cool I live on the Rez we could never afford you but from what I see and review you guys got a really good quality service and people and I’m just driving home on I 40 westbound I just wanna say you guys have the coolest truck it’s a dodge ram dodge almonds pulling like some kind of bed. It’s black with gray and has your guises some advertisement on it. It looks just really amazing I thought it was like one of them fast racing trucks

Called to ask if the estimator can return to add additional gutter and was told the person will contact me and he never did. i contacted them the next day and was told he had a busy day yesterday and that he will contact asap. He set up an appointment for an for the next day at 12:30 and told me he would call me before heading over to my house and i never received that call. He never showed up. I guess they are to busy and don't need the work. I will never know. If things start this way how do they end?

Sergio and Jesus both arrived to speak with the insurance adjuster about my roof. Once the project began both Sergio and Jesus showed up during the project to check on my overall satisfaction with the property and to check on the progress. Sergio and Jesus were very professional and went above and beyond what I could have asked for when it came to everything from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of a roof repair or replacement.

These people did what others couldn’t. They worked hard to get our insurance to pay for our roof. The company we went with before tried this and they failed. Antonia worked hard to get our roof paid for by insurance. It worked and we got a nice new roof. They did good work. Even painted all the stuff up there. And installed some turbines. I highly recommend this company. Very friendly. And they know their stuff. They finished in one day and a morning.

We needed a new roof due to hail damage and Zia Roofing did a great job. Any questions I had were answered expeditiously (I had a lot), and the project manager couldn’t have been more helpful. They were extremely helpful walking me through the insurance process, which I greatly appreciated. The roofers began working just before 8:00a.m. and were finished by approx 6:00pm. We couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend them.

Zia did the roof & gutters on our 18,000 sq. ft. building. They were very professional and transparent in all of their work. We were able to get the project done with little to no disruption in our buisness. We are so happy with the results. They did such a wonderful job putting gutters all along my house, they asked specific color preferences, gave an accurate quote prior to installation, and were flexible on days! When the day came to install, Isaac and his team had the gutters on in less than a day and they look magnificent! Highly recommend!

I had an appointment set up for noon this past Saturday for an estimate and by 1230 no one had called, text or emailed that they would be late. It was very unprofessional. They have some of the better reviews so I was looking forward to doing business with them but I won't consider this company now.
