They honestly do not deserve any star. Took my laundry in on a Saturday and was told I would get them back on a Wednesday and they would send an sms. Wednesday the clothes were not ready. When I inquired on Friday I was told to come the following day. Saturday morning I went to collect my laundry and half of my clothes are missing. 1. An entire bedding set is missing from sheet to pillow cases and duvet cover and cushions. 2. A brand new track suit is missing , both the top and the pants of the tracksuit. 3. Pyjama set is missing both top and pants. 4. Polo necks and sweaters are missing When I called and informed the lady at the entrance/reception that there are clothes missing she becomes defensive and says she did.not see none of those items. What response is that when I’m telling you that there are missing clothes?? And I happen to find other peoples clothes in my laundry bag that do not belong to me. I returned kids clothes that were in my batch of laundry so clearly that says a lot about negligence and how incompetent they are with peoples laundry. I am currently still arguing and requesting for my clothes back and I am not getting any answers from the lady who recorded my details and she is so rude she drops the phone on me

All of my clothes cames back dirty and still smelling sweat after days! These evil people just put them in the dryer and shove them back in the plastic thinking that I won't see. They can't even finish a simple basket of laundry. They need a whole week. I paid for nothing and wasted my petrol driving to them. Never again …

One of my items was returned damaged and they told me I brought it damaged which was not the case. I have lost 2 items in different months, they never got back to me after telling me they will look for them.

The staff is very friendly and professional but ai! They mix the colours, White clothes turned black sana my clothes had a bad smell I don't know how... I'm so done with them …

Absolutely brilliant work. I brought clothes on black bags. When I came to pick it up it was all neatly folded and packed perfectly in plastic with my name on it.

Poor service its been 7days today I'm still waiting for my washing they can't even communicate when I got there they hand over quarter of my washing
