Our washing machine broke down on Day 1 of lockdown so we desperately went on the hunt for a laundromat close by in Waterloo. Zoom laundromat is great! As someone who has only been to 1 laundromat before (overseas), this laundromat is new & fresh and the person working there (not sure if the owner?) was very welcoming and helped us through the steps of operating the machine making it super quick. There are clear instructions as well but was nice to have some assistance making it even easier. I also liked that there was someone on-site making it feel safer & less lonely! Clothes were fresh & super clean and we got most of our clothes dry in 30 mins, choosing to take some home a bit damp to hang at home so we didn’t have to wait longer. The drum sizes for the washers & dryers are gigantic so next time thinking of bringing a lot more while we wait for our new washer to arrive at home. Would be great to come back & do all your bedding here because the machines are so big. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience . I brought them 3 pants and one t shirt that is worth 600 dollars . Not only they didn’t remove ANY stain, not even one , and then they have put a tag inside my shirt and when the lady took it out two holes came out of my shirt . And she said to me “ you should not buy expensive t shirt, you should be more careful “ what ??? It’s your job . I’m not saying it’s her fault , not at all ,at least she was nice at gave me refund , but the guy who is pretending he can do stain removals he should definitely change job . Not only he didn’t remove anything but he also gave my shirt back with two holes in it . I would definitely not suggest this place if you want to get stains remove .

Went there recently for the first time and the staff were patient to tell us how the machines work :) The machines also come with detergent so no need to bring your own! (there's extra detergent on the side if you want more for a bit of scent. Stain remover is also offered) Washing took a total 25 mins and dryer took 35 mins on high. The place is clean and tidy which was really nice. The staff were also kind enough to mind our baskets as we went for a quick lunch at Hungry Jack's just around the corner. Will be coming here from now on :)

Really like this place. I was glad to find a new, modern and clean laundromat instead of the usual dirty ones with old machines. Very easy for me to take my clothes and self serve by tapping my card on the machines and then use my laptop with their free wifi while I wait. For my more important clothes, I leave to them to them as they have a bag wash service. Very grateful to find this place and thanks for your help guys.

Went here for the first time to get my bag of clothes washed, dried and folded (in a new bag). It was great, the owner Nick told me all the options and prices ($25 for my load) including same day service (pick up by 7pm). The place is new and clean which is very important esp. during Covid times. There should be someone there onsite to help near the enclosed reception area (knock if you don't see anyone).

Awesome place to take your washing! We were worried about having change but all the machines are brand new and offer card payment!! The guy working was really nice and was happy to greet us and explain how the machines worked. He even took out a rough stain on my partners top with no complaint or second thought within the 2 minutes of us loading the dryer. All around happy we came here.

Nice laundromat. The place is always tidy and clean and smells great. Lots of washing/drying machines available so I am never waiting, and the machines are easy to use, and detergent is included which is awesome. They have an ironing service which is a bonus and have used a few times to get me out of trouble. Thanks for your help, Samantha, Always helpful & friendly. Highly Recommend.

I highly recommend Zoom Laundromat… state of the art machines… new and user friendly. The premises was super clean and tidy and always maintained. A pleasant environment and the staff were amazing. Samantha always went above and beyond and nothing was ever a problem. I’ve been coming here for over a year now and would definitely recommend Zoom for all your laundry needs.

Though a little more expensive than other options in the area, 24/7 hours is great and I managed to fit a large load in the medium washing machine (for $8 for medium size inclusive of powder). The machines were fairly quick and clean + clear enough instructions. Just make sure you put whatever you need inside, before starting the machine.

Was given a window to pick up my dry cleaning at 3:30 - 4pm. Took time off work only to find no one manning the front desk. I waited half an hour, and the owner arrived 4:10. She then had the nerve to charge "GST" on top the quoted price after making a customer wait 30 minutes. Zero customer service skills and respect for peoples time.

Nice clean laundry under new management went there today, had problems with a bank transfer to pay to use machines new owner could see my distress and paid for my washing to be done unyil I could sort out my bank. It pricey but if service is there like this than it is worth it for sure. Amazing it actually made my day.

Nice, new laundromat with very friendly staff. The washing machines take card and also include detergent and softener. A small wash was about $8 with everything included and took about 20ish minutes.

Clean and reasonably priced, however I had to press emergency stop in the washer and when I wanted to start it again, it asked me to put money again . So I paid twice for one wash . …
