Avoid this petrol station, they are operated by scammers! I used their vacuum facilities to clean my car, surprisingly once I finished, my car wasn’t starting - never happened that to me before with this car. I tried to check under the bonnet if I could see the fault, but without tools I couldn’t do anything, so I went to ask the guy behind the till if I could leave it there while I was going to my home to get some tools- which is only 10 min walking from there -, he was fine with that and he even borrowed me some paper and a pen to write down a note to leave it on the windshield. 10 minutes later I arrived with my toolbox, fixed the fault and I left. A week later I got a fine from them for leaving my car unsupervised, even if I asked their member of staff for permission and this was agreed!! Specially important the fact that they attached with the penalty charge photos of me at the street (not in the petrol station) leaving it,coming back with my tools, getting in the car…all quiet creepy and defo any of the pics including the note I left or of me trying to fix my car. Btw, I tried to dispute it by explaining my situation and their response was, you should have contact the operator (which I thought I did by letting the member of staff know) or contact a recovery company ( ironic I didn’t do that as I know how to fix my car and preferred to save some money and time…). Anyway, a shame for them as I was filling up twice a month my 2 cars there, so they’ve lost some long term money as I won’t ever go back again. In case of doubt, don’t stop more than 5 min in this petrol station, you never know if you will get fined!

Tried to put air in my tires but the machine wasn't working. It was taking air out of my tires instead of putting it in. I asked the little guy with the angry face behind the counter to help me. He said I had to push really hard on it so it can pump up.. Obviously that's not how it's supposed to work but he didn't want to admit that it had a fault. Anyway, after a few minutes of trying and asking people to help. I asked the little the man behind the counter again for some help and he was so rude to me, you would have thought that I broke the machine the way he was speaking to me. I spent £3 trying to pump up 1 tire but only got £1 pound back from the little angry man. He told me to take my car that had one flat tire and find somewhere else to go. I haven't had such rude service at a petrol station let alone by a really little man behind a counter. A bit of advice if he reads this, learn to meditate and get all the anger out before going to work, Especially at half 7 in the morning. Miserable people get nowhere in life. Trash service.

“Extremely Rude Staff ” I am terribly disappointed to the staff [ Name on the Badge "Thomas" ] served me. we go to this petrol Station nearly 7 years and spent more then £250 - £ 350 P/M for the petrol. Never had a problem with other friendly and wellcoming staff. I was waited nearly 6 min just behind the car shown in the picture ,then I went to the counter and asked the staff ( Mr Thomas) does he knows anything about this car , cos I need fill up some gas. In replied , he said go other way and reverse to the petrol station come to other machine , as per my knowledge practecing this is totally Illegal. Then I asked him can you find the driver to move the car please! He started to shout at me, why I am not listening what just he said , Its his car he can park anywhere if he wanted cos he is the manager. But it misleading constantly the other drivers too , looks like someone is using this machine. I never had this experience before to fill the fuel like this , shown in picture. This guy make the driver reverse to petrol station.

I’ve parked up and filled up fuel and was ticketed of a £60 fine. Which I will not be paying because it is not the law to pay for these private tickets. There is a man parked up in the car park with his old car that will come and take pictures of you while you’re sitting in the vehicle. Do not pay for any of these fines they cannot do anything at all. Both the petrol station owner and the people aware of the situation. The guy issuing the tickets has no uniform has no vehicle marking any of the indication is that he is a ticketing and it just looks like a common guy. Next time he approaches me and tries taking pictures and im gonna take his camera and break it. Cause this is illegal PS the petrol prices are way too high compare to any other place around the area

Very disappointed with the attitude of the Manager at the hand car wash, I just asked them to do a proper job as this place is so busy they just do quick jobs to get as many cars washed as possible, they have increased their prices and decreased the time spent on each car. He wanted £15 for in and out for the proper job that I requested - why do I need to pay extra for a proper job? I am paying for my car being washed properly and asking that they do it properly!!! They do a machine car wash quality job for an overpriced Hand Wash business. Lucky there are many hand car washes less than 5 minutes away and they spend at least 15 - 20 minutes on your car in and out on Amhurst Road for £10!

Avoid Avoid Avoid I brought something in the shop a Costa coffee and parked my car away from the pump so I didn't restrict customers and sales filling up and got a £60 parking fine this is so wrong after using contributing to there business! PLEASE Read ( BP will leave a comment below contact customer care don't waste your time it's a franchise and they offer no help! Motofuellimited is the company which are not taking no phone calls at the moment how ironic boycott this garage and hopefully it will eventually shut down and become a competitor!

very rude customer service and i tell my council workers to bring their van here to top up and they are even rude to us and we are bringing them business!! appalling and don't park at the back of the petrol service because they have private parking but they dont inform customers and there is a man that takes pictures of you and we know he works for the petrol station. disguising behaviours from a business that is used by many. this is not how you treat people

Problems every time I come here - broken cash machine, broken air pump, pools of spilt fuel... but by far the worst was when the auto stop valve didn't work for the diesel pump causing diesel to overflow on to my vehicle, hands and shoes. I told the cashier that it should be fixed because it's dangerous, he shrugged it off smiled and said 'yes I know'. if you know, do something about it!!!

Just came to drop off a package as this is an Amazon/Hermes collection point. I was shouted at by the clerk to go out and was asked if I was blind upon asking for help. Will never buy gas from this place. People like this shouldn't be working in the service industry. The above happened at 09:55 am on 04.08.20 if the manager would like to check who was at the till.

Used the car wash service. (Separate to BP petrol station) Very very poor service. Car was dirty and had lots of dirt and cobwebs from being idle for the last couple of months. Did not clean the car left the cobwebs and dirt still on the car. I pointed out des times that they need to clean this but some of the guys got irate with me. Will never go back

I’ve been using this station for a few years and never had any issue with the facilities or staff. I’ve always been able to fill my car, used the car wash without issue, and the staff have always been perfectly cordial. It’s just your basic petrol station, and I have no reason not to give it a decent review when they’ve helped me out in times of need.

Is the worst petrol station in all london stopped there to get coffe and water and recived ticket I usually visit this petrol station as I live round the corner And both my vehicles I was filling there but never again and really rude and unhelpful stuff If you want your coffee to cost £60 go there, me never again

AVOID THE CAR WASH I took my new Mini here for a quick clean. The staff managed to scratch the driver side through negligence. The clean was really poor too. The pressure washers they use are inappropriate and they use the fine spray way too close to paintwork. The inside clean was a joke. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Parked for 5mins as i told them i will they said its fine to pop into the local shops, next thing i know i i got a ticket from them!! I asked them about the ticket they don't have a clue, but has been taken from their phones it appears not cctv!! Bunch of scroungers!!

Terrible service. Broken air pump released air from my tyre instead of filling it up. The till attendant had the cheek to say I did not know how to use the machine when their air pump is broken! Can't believe BP hands out its forecourts to any old clown.

Hit me with a big parking fine in the middle of the Covid crisis despite the fact I used their shop and was parked for a matter of five minutes. Squeezing small business owners for everything they're worth in the middle of a national crisis. Avoid.

Try to avoid having deliveries sent there, they don't process them properly and staff are extremely rude. He literally rolled his eyes at me when I asked a question, and insisted I find my own parcel amongst the huge pile of others.

Staff didn’t want to exchange our gas bottle so they said they had no full ones. We told them could see the full ones in the cage, then they conveniently “couldn’t find the right key for the cage”. What a waste of time.

Beware of this station!!! They issue penalty charge notice for parking there even for 10 min. Doesn’t matter if you fill there or buy in shop. It’s crazy!

Popped into this BP petrol station last Tuesday evening to top up on unleaded. All unleaded pumps were out of use, only diesel was available.

Very bad management. Issued me fine for no reason. There was now teams and conditions displayed where I have park my car for 3 minutes.

Costa Coffee machine needs to be cleansed more often, I wasn't sure if my coffee was cold to begin with or if it cooled down that fast.
