Update- you've directed me to Careline, but they can't help. Careline says it's a dealer operated site. I work in oil&gas myself so I do understand the complications, but someone should really take the responsibility! The site manager was not really helpful either. Fyi, at the end of the day, the poor review will tarnish BP's image, not the dealer's (Motor Fuel Group). Just a warning for fellow BP Sutton customers. This site now operates a camera monitored car parking system enforced by Euro Car Parks. If you wish to stay for longer than 20 mins, e.g use car wash, you will now need to register your car 1 start from me because I got caught out using the car wash when there was a long queue and I have been fined. Despite showing proof of using multiple services at the location, I have still been fined and will have to pay it. My mistake was not to tell the BP staff that I'll stay longer and register my car. No help from this BP store at all. I have made the same mistake before during grocery shopping at other shops, but upon presenting my proof of purchase from the store, the parking charge was dropped. This is not the case here and I'm sure I'm not the only one with the issue here given this parking monitoring is new. I would have been absolutely okay with the fine if I had overstayed for no reason, however I genuinely was waiting in the queue to wash my car, then buy fuel. Not using your pump ever again for fuel or car wash.

Used to be OK, absolute shambles now. Picked up a £3.99 meal deal, used a snack from the "meal deal snacks shelf" and they tried to charge me £6. Obviously I didn't accept and asked the cashier to list what else from the "meal deal snack shelf" is actually included in the meal deal. Probable cashing out on people not checking their bills, not professional. Also after spending £70 on a full tank and buying lunch, they decided that the toilet was "broken" aka they don't want to bother with maintaining it. Try being honest and putting a sign saying "it's broken" before people fill up, again not professional, lazy and verging on not according to trading standards. Should have gone 700 yards down the road to the other BP, where the toilets were always functional and clean all the way through the pandemic. As a 2 full tank weekly customer, don't expect to see me anytime soon. P.S. the snack I picked was a "fridge raider" which is included in the meal deal everywhere else, including all other BP garages.

Now this is one BP that could do with having an M&S installed - there is plenty of room for one of them, and the folks that shop in M&S Sutton live in this part of Sutton. There is considerable demand for an M&S here and BP's decision not to put one in this branch is disappointing. What is also very disappointing is their failure to dedicate the shop to convenience foods - in this shop, you can buy eight-packs of Carlsberg (albeit the fact that they've had the price marking purpose changed specifically for them from £7 to £7.25 so that they can make a bigger profit and not violate the Trade Descriptions Act. Bullshit), maps, bogroll and shampoo. Yet they sell only one type of white chocolate; J Leon down the road sell three. They don't sell Yazoo Banana, which all other food shops on the road sell. Overall very disappointing.

Went to get my car washed today, few problems which need to be cleared up. Firstly all over the petrol station it says 30 min max stay until you get to the pay station for the car wash which states if you need more time go to the cashier and give them you details would be better if that was visible before you get to the car wash instead of having to leave multiple time like I did until I saw the sign.I paid for the bronze clean for my car which states that it will wash and dry my car. Well that’s a lie it only cleaned my car my partner went and got the cashier and instead of him being helpful he had ago at me instead and was very rude. I am now having to dry the car my self I will not be coming back here again.

I'm carer work and I got to your station at 3.30 am and asked if u had petrol. I was told not till 7am when u get a delivery. So I had to wait. Come 5.30 am people were queing and then all of a sudden u had petrol. With no delivery. U even had a rapid response vehicle for the NHS Try to get fuel and u turned them away. Shame on u. I deal with vonrebal people the same as that 999 guy u turned away. I hope to god u never have to use our services for u or family at this time. If we can't get to u or your family cause people like u won't be honest and help the care sector. We'll what more can I say. I won't be using BP again. Iv had no problem with any other petrol company apart from yours.

I like others have also received a ticket for filling my car with fuel and queuing and using the car wash. IF ANYONE READS THESE REVIEWS PRIOR TO VISITING THE PETROL STATION, I strongly advise to go elsewhere. I have appealed the ticket and the appeal has been rejected. It is highly unjust and unfair. BP- CHANGE THE SYSTEM QUICKLY AS IT IS MAKING YOU LOOK LIKE YOU’RE SCAMMING YOUR CUSTOMERS FOLLOW UP***** The reply by BP is lip service- nothing has been done, they have directed me to the franchisee that operates the Petrol station, who refuse to get involved. END RESULT- DO NOT USE THIS STATION UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY TO PAY A £100 FINE

Most of the staff are rude (very few aren't). A member of staff approached me saying very bluntly that I would get fined if I didn't give my registration at the balcony (without any further explanation). I've asked him why if the signs state that I can be there for 30 mins (as I was vacuum cleaning my car) and I was only be there for 10 mins max. He started to shout at me and kept threatening me with a fine if I didn't. Sorry, but I spend a lot money with you guys (and even if I didn't) so I don't want anyone ever shouting at me. Good bye and will start going elsewhere.

Used car wash 14/6/2022. Have received a parking fine because I queuing for hand car wash !! I’m absolute outraged !! This is the situation - I had to queue for hand car wash . I finally got to hand wash which was useless !! I then had to queue again for the machine car wash. It is not clear that you only have 30 mins duration in the car park. Even if it was clear you are not allowing for any problems. You need to change the policy or give people the opportunity to tell you that they have gone over whilst using your services !!

Imagine going to get your car washed and filling petrol and then getting fined £60 for having to queue to have your car washed. Please note once in the queue you can't just decide to leave the queue so you are stuck regardless on whether you want to queue for nearly an hour! I even appealed the fine and they rejected it!!! I advise you not to get you car washed here unless you want you to spend a ridiculous amount getting your car washed for a terrible experience. Is this even legal to fine you for queuing?

Been going to this petrol station for 20+ years, I hired an electric car for the weekend, went in at 12.30am to charge it up for 50mins, not seeing any notices about 30min limit, you have to go in the shop to register the reg number, not many people would be driving in and looking at signs if they know where they need to go. My appeal was declined and still have to pay £60. so wont be going back there even though it's at the end of my road. shame I have to give one star,

Be careful when you want to have the car wash offer! Basically a scam on the car wash offer of buy 3 get 4th free as you must need to pay at kiosks rather than using the machine outside car wash to pay! There is no sign and warning at the car wash station to remind you only after you paid at machine and without any receipt, then you went to the kiosk to ask and they said they cannot offer me any receipt as proof or couldn’t refund and repay at kiosk again!

I gave 5 stars before it went into MFG's hands. These guys are making money from pcn. There is no clear sign stating the restrictions. They have to put sign everywhere to alert people. But they won't do it because they want our hard earned money. You have ONLY 30 MIN ONLY, and if you are going past that time pls go inside and put your REG Number on the tablet. AVOID GIVING MONEY TO THEM. GO INSIDE AND PUT IT ON THE TABLET. PLEASE.

Never, never, never, ever use this place! Charged my car here, I was over charged and the car stopped charging. Ended up paying £30 for a 10% charge. Then to top it off, I received a pcr notice for £62.50, this is an electric car that was on 10% battery, the charge time was 45 mins. I cannot describe how annoyed I am. Do not use this place! No clear sign for anything to do with pcn! I’m literally furious!

As a cab driver I am using this station a lot( basically every day) so because we drive long hours so I always go to this petrol station to use toilet facilities as well but unfortunately most of the time they are hanging the not in use sign from the handle which I need you to pay more attention. Also once one of the guys with light blue work jacket used himself and locked it and told me it’s blocked!!!

We brought the sliver car wash, which cleans and drys the car. We went through the car wash and once we got out, we saw that the car had not been dried. When talking to one of the staff members he was very rude about the situation. We asked him for the money back and he started saying that it was our fault for the car wash not working, this is not acceptable and poor customer service.

They're new vacuums totally don't worth using them. Suction power is low, i mean very low Update: the 30 min policy is not enough if you want to wash your car, hoover it and top up your tank with fuel . I had to go out after 30 min policy and put fuel from another garage otherwise i would have get a Penalty Charge. This is just soo ridiculous

It’s a petrol garage, and that side of things works fine. However if you want to clean your car, go elsewhere. The jet wash is leaking really badly so you get absolutely soaked, plus the ‘rinse’ function just doesn’t work. It’s still let’s foam and wax mix into the water so you will never ever leave with no soapy bubbles all over your car

A £100 from eurocarparks for queuing to use the car wash. I see this has happened before and it keeps happening. Why hasn’t this been sorted out? You should have only cameras for the parking bays inside and not for people queing up to use the car wash. As many people I have appealed but probably will be forced to pay it

New x5 170kW MFG EV chargers are operational after a long wait for the site to be completed. Unfortunately charging space 1 and 5 are shared with vacuum, water and air machine so expect some charging slots to be blocked some of the time. Have used 3 times and worked faultlessly with debit card. No need for app or RFID.

Don't go to this place , you will receive PCN if you stay longer than 30min. I went to use their washing facility and I received a pcn. No clear sign. Total scam !!! They should display multiple signs telling customers to put the reg number. MFG completey ruined this place . Do not go there !!

Warning! DO NOT use this car wash unless you want to receive a fine of £60! I have appealed twice as there was queue and no way to exit it and both appeals were rejected! The service station pretend to support you but they don't! Shocking how companies can behave and cheat you!

Despite being assured that BP dont intend to charge their customers to use the car wash if fined coz ut took longer than 30 mins to queue, i contacted the person advised, who has done NOTHING, and I've had my appeal rejected. Disgraceful and shameful

This Bp is just down from Sutton station has everything you need two different types of car wash which is helpful, open 24hr so also sells alcohole 24hr. Decent promotions shop wise cost is what you would expect from a garage.

I have been charged for overstaying 30 minutes, after filling my car up and using the car cleaning facilities on site. Tried challenging and failed. Avoid this place at all costs!!! They don’t care about customers only money

Very rude costumer service. I tried to pick up a parcel from eBay and the guy didn’t give it to me even I had my ID and my name on the parcel. Terrible Don’t use this BP for drop off or pick up. Better not use it all.

Used jetwash just to get 100£ fine for staying over 20 min. After contacting MFG this has been resolved,. Be careful. BP definitely needs to do something about it as many people will get caught by the ANPR

Rude staff, refused to speak to me and when I tried to speak to him (Sankar) just pointed to the card machine for me to pay. Didn't even have the decency to say its ready. Very Very rude people.

Visited 27/01 with 2 other drivers. They went in to buy coffees while I made business calls. The Manager came out and started photographing our vehicles and then swore whilst demanding we leave.

The long queue for car wash and gas fuel was £100 for parking penalty. So you should be very careful of long waiting car wash. If this penalty is not resolved, I won't go there again.

I got a parking ticket because i stayed 1h for using their washing facilities maximum parking stay 30 minutes. Not worthy to wash you car for 70£

Second time using the car wash and getting £100 fine because of the queues. If you want your car washed go elsewhere won’t be going back!

Has a car wash, air and water and a decent shop. Parking so you can nip to the Tesco metro a couple of doors down.
