If anyone has used this garage to return their Schun Parcel on 21st December 2022 and it has gone missing this is the receipt that you should have. Been trying to track down my parcel but no luck. This receipt that was handed to my husband when he dropped the parcel off and it showed that my parcel was sent to Schun returns depot. When I contacted Schun I was told that if it was my parcel it would be handed back to the collect plus driver. They could not confirm this because the details related to this receipt does not match my security details hence I now know that that it is the incorrect receipt. When I went back to the BP Garage to track my parcel and they said they only hold cctv for 2 weeks so could not track my parcel. They deny that it could be the wrong receipt... so the only thing that could be is that the receipt was attached to my parcel. Which means that someone will have my label and the shoes must be delivered elsewhere. When I asked my recipient who was expecting the parcel she said she had not received anything at all. So I have posted this in case someone has a pair of missing shoes. Needless to say I will not be using this store... when you look at their set up it is not a suprise things go missing. Use the local shop at Stainbeck Lane instead. Given up on the parcel now...got help from the @bpmoortown @bpmoortown1 @spar @YodelOnline @Collectplus @valliforecourt and @Vinted Hopefully whoever has their parcel missing will have some luck finding their parcel. On top of that I got a bad review. Good Luck

Did not feel safe during covid-19. I’m not sure if it’s the area but when I visited most people in queue did not wear masks or keep distance. There statistically can not be this many people with ‘medical exemption’ especially when they are all queuing to buy cigarettes. It’s hard to control, but this was exacerbated by staff not wearing any masks and handling cash from one customer and the next ones goods with no use of hand gel in between. Staff should be leading by example, but here they aren’t wearing masks or using hand gel, judging by other reviews this was not a one-off.

Purchased petrol, diesel and ad blue, cashier obviously did not pay attention and only charged for fuel, although clearly informed her about it before paying. Today received a letter that I left without paying, which I agree, thought she charged everything, why would I check my receipt? Also I am sure every fuel theft washing their cars after?:) Get your staff trained or deduct from her wage instead of trying to scam customers with your debt collectors. After being regular here for years, will be using a better managed station.

Question:- are your male staff members immune from contracting or spreading Covid19? I'm asking because they don't wear masks?!?!?Noticed most of your female staff members do, but the males, no. Even the one's serving the food (Subway) nothing. I look forward to a response back from management.......... p.s if your staff members don't wear masks then your putting all your customers at risk - yes there's going to be a some selfish customers who don't wear them, but the majority do.

I've been going to this petrol station since before I could drive and now was refused entry to the store when there is a subway in the station too the tryed to say it had been a few months of this but I KNOW THIS TO BE A false and untrue story giving to me they have lost me as a late night customer there is no need to close the account to the store as they have a toilet inside too bad bad BP

Went in for a foot long vegan Pattie with toppings and vegan Mayo and this is what I got..! When asked them to sort it they acted like they couldn’t speak or understand English. Ended walking out as couldn’t do with the messing about. The sandwich has gone in the bin, what a waste of money..! Disgusting service and can’t believe I was charged for this.

Don't eat halal so subway completely off limits. Even their pork isn't pork. It's turkey. Main Shop is half decent. Well stocked and friendly staff. Always clean too. Air and water pumps always in good working order and fairly accurate. Can be tight getting into the station when it's busy. They have a cashpoint too.

Staff can't even speak English. I asked for a calor gas bottle and she didn't have a clue what I was talking about. She had to call another member of staff. Who wasn't sure so called another only to be told they had none in stock. Even though the outside cage was full. They were all empty!!

I like the convenience of the shop being open 24/7 the workers at the tills are persistent at selling their water. The prices at spar are abit expensive. But the subway seating is really nice and it’s nice that theirs somewhere to sit down in the shop.

Convenient, reasonably priced but not exceptional, petrol station with a good store. Easy to park if you just want to shop. Mixed staff response - some treat over 50s as if they wear Harry Potter's cloak of invisibility!

I called in to pump my van tyres up. I noticed that the air machine is situated in a silly position near to the car wash. If another vehicle is getting there car washed. You can’t access the machine so you have to wait.

Had a fuel today. Went in to pay only but came back with plenty of chocolates and toiletries. It’s bargain , so many 1 pounds offers they doing. Great.... Halal Subway and Costa sitting area is perfect.....

Very expensive fuel and the till assistant was more pushy about selling over priced offers than saying good morning. Politeness cost nothing but I guess there is no profit in Politeness.

Called in for some bacon for breakfast but was told they don't sell it for religious reason's, never thought spar stores would favour one religion to another, is this right???

Been coming here for Years because you could go inside the shop at all hours. Now suddenly started using window counter through the night and not allowing you inside the shop.

Reasonably priced petrol compared with back home in Scotland. Well situated on road near to the park and ride for Leeds to head back north to our cottage in North Yorkshire.

Spent £70 on fuel and other stuff.asked for using toilet and being told its only for staff what a shame where we supposed to go for toilet when we need it??☹️☹️☹️

Come into the store to pick up an Uber order asked the staff if I could use the toilet purely refused but last time I come I was allowed to use the toilet

Well stocked with fuels and general groceries Subway and jet wash on site too, if you want a gallon of fuel or a pint of milk look no further.

Received a delivery and the slush puppy tasted like mould, definitely need to clean the machine out. Reported to environmental health

The good thing about this BP is that they work with many courier service which is good as collection point or returning the parcels

This is a petrol station and convenience store. BP supply the fuel and are competitive in price with all but the supermarkets.

Good petrol station with car wash which is handy Needs £1 coins and doesn't take cards - as does the tyre inflator.

Need more staff to work at the tills as the queues can sometimes get long. Halal subway is definitely convenient.

Faulty Jet Wash!!! Never risk using jet wash at this station! Eats your coins only!!! Happened to me few times!!!

Used this place as a drop in parcel centre. Open until late 23:00 hours, ideal when the post offices are closed.

This includes a Spa, Costas & Subway. Has ATM & usual carwashes, air etc. Also got my Nectar points here.
