I went in this DDs and purchased several items. I believe i sat one of my bags down when I went to pick up a painting I purchased. I had put my receipts in that particular bag. I took a chance and went back and explain what happened. These people, Dynisha Alexander who was managing, were so pleasant and understanding, Everyone in that staff that day. Its an ongoing situation. But even if I don't get my items back, I'm greatly rewarded with the outstanding customer service! Fantastic customer service from the whole crew!!❤
