If there were negative rating for this.company I would give them that rating. Very unprofessional. First they confirmed my ride and then I get a call asking me if they can park the car at my place. When I denied that they said there is no one available and I could rebook it from the next day for which I asked them to cancel the booking. After around 30 mins I get a call informing me that a car is available for the next day as they find someone nearby for which I agreed. The driver shows up the next day 40 mins late. He had no clue about the routes, the car was filthy filled with flies. End of the day I was told to pay for the full 4 days which I denied and said I would pay end of each day. The next morning when I called the driver to check where he is he said that he cancelled the ride and informed the company and they would arrange someone else. I called ezhire and they said that I dont have a booking in the first place and I dealt directly with the vendor. I asked them a simple question as to how my number went to the vendor when i had booked from ex hire. Even the staff are so unprofessional. I was told that the number was sent to the vendor for him to arrange the car. So this means numbers are passed around to different people. Absolutely pathetic service and company. I wouldn't even recommend anyone to download the app and waste time registering it.

Hired this company for drive from Lahore to Isl. They are not professional. Driver had no clue of any of the routes, his phone was not functional. He was not trained properly. The company management especially Ms. Mehnaz somebody was extremely rude and unprofessional in her dealing. It does not seem to be the same company that is advertised as based in Dubai. Avoid this at all costs. There are many other options. I had to go to ministries and meet politicians and secretaries. But it was extremely hard to do it with this company

I live in canada i gave them all my information with my nicop still they want my canadian work professional information plus where i am staying rental agreements and owner id copies and they charged my credit card and on last call guy told me sorry we can't give you the car, these guys are insane kindly avoid, if you want to be tortured contact them have a great day !

One of the best experience with eZhire for intercity traveling, they are offering door to door pick n drop in reasonable rates. Captain reached on scheduled time at 10 am sharp plus they took only one hour to confirm the booking for Mirpurkhas. Recommended for short term intercity traveling. Keep up the Good Work !!!

I would never suggest anyone to choose ezhire. I booked a ride 4 months back and they charged me extra and said they will return the money back with in 30 days, after several calls they didn't refunded. Very unprofessional behavior and staff. Highly not recommended.

The application is very wonderful, I used it more than three times and it became approved for me because of its ease and the professionalism of the staff in dealing, and I especially mention Mr. Talha that he is an exemplary and professional employee in his work

Not recommended. You are left at the mercy of brokers and drivers who overcharge while customer service never responds to calls. If you try via chat, they respond but never resolve your issue and keep playing tennis with you from one representative to other.
