Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. They tried to help me recover my data from a faulty Samsung phone. Whilst my issue could not be resolved due to issues beyond their control, I received the most impeccable customer service. A very rare thing these days! I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Very happy with the service I had this morning as my charging cable would not charge inside the socket so I was informed to have a service done would cost $45 to clean the area out the speakers out the microphone out. I feel this is a little bit on the high side as for value for money no.. I feel the cost should of been more like $25 considering it took her five minutes.

I approached ecoR for a repair needed on my laptop as there was physical damage on it and was blown away by not only their service and communication throughout the whole process, but also the quality of work completed. My once broken laptop is now usable and feels new again. I highly recommend ecoR for all tech repair needs, the team are honest and great to deal with.

Had to get screen replaced on one iPad and diagnosis for dropped iPad Pro that wouldn’t charge or turn on.
