My husband and I booked a couples massage at this clinic. I was 23 weeks pregnant at the time, so I had to tailor mine to the 'pregnancy pause' treatment and he got a remedial massage. My treatment was about 10% on my calves, arms and décolletage, and 90% putting products on my face and just rubbing them in and wiping them off. My skin felt awful after the treatment and I had to wash my face as soon as I got home. She finished with a head massage, while my hair was still in a ponytail with bobbypins in?! It was terrible! I was very disappointed, especially for $175!! My husband was equally disappointed with his remedial massage. He had asked the man to work on certain spots and for a certain pressure, and he said he just 'rubbed' his back. We asked the clinic for our money back, which they refused. They instead offered us a discount for a re-do. Absolutely no chance we'll be returning there!

As much as I like Endota products and treatments, I really dislike the sales push at the end. I go for a relaxing treat which is ruined by the discomfort of having to listen to someone trying to sell me a “prescription “ of expensive products... I spent $100 on the treatment that day but was “prescribed “ over $400 worth of treatments and products... I’m sorry Endota - I know this is normal policy for your chain but I’m going to look elsewhere for my relaxation.

Horrible customer experience, I would avoid this venue. Rude and patronising staff member behind the counter working on Friday 31st August, 2018 who enjoyed telling me the special offer they were advertising that day wasn't available. Simple solution don't advertise the offer if its not available and don't shrug your shoulders and roll your eyes when the customer mentions that is all a bit confusing. Such a shame because I was a big fan of Endota Spa until now.

Very underwhelming experience. The therapist didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and the actual massage seemed very mechanical/robotic. And of course they tried to sell me products at the end. Only reason I came here was because I had a voucher. I normally go elsewhere and they have set my standards pretty high.

Absolutely lovely staff, very welcoming everytime, your made to feel special from the moment you walk in the door. Massages are extremely relaxing, perfect atmosphere to take away all your stresses, aches & pains. Highly recommended and will return a third time & more..

Love it everytime I go, as I always request 2 therapists for my appointment. If neither one is available I wait. If you have a great experience with a therapist, get their name and always book with them.

Had the most wonderful custom massage done by Thao today, she listened to everything I needed and went above and beyond to make this experience everything and more.
