If I could give these people LESS than one star ... I WOULD! I popped in here with my daughter to get advice on the correct products for her complexion. She has an oily T-zone. I told the sales rep that I wanted to find out what products would be the most beneficial. The girl fluffed about and talked about products that were not suitable. After forcing us to sample several irrelevant products ... I became frustrated and wanted to leave. As soon as the girl realized I wasn't going to buy anything, her demenour became immediately rude. I asked her one last time for the correct products suitable for oily skin ... and in a passive-aggressive manner, she swiped a bottle off the shelf and literally dropped it into my hand. Underneath her disappointment in not making a sale, I could almost see a girl from New Jersey, bouffant hair do and all, angrily chewing gum, open-mouthed ... and rolling her eyes at me! TERRIBLE customer service ... I will, MOST DEFINITELY ... NOT be shopping at this store again! At the risk of being accused of being politicallyincorrect ... this particular girl was of asiandecent. I'm not racist AT ALL ... I'm simply describing the shop assistant. I would just like to warn others ... if they are approached by this person, I suggest coming back another time!

Highly recommend Tania! Recently started my skincare program/series at Endota Spa Burnside with Tania and it is the most amazing, relaxing, rejuvenating experience! She's recommended products that have help my skin congestion and also treatment plans that will help achieve my goals. The environment is perfect for unwinding if you live a busy life, the massage provided is always amazing, and they cater for different things that would make the treatments more effective for you. They also are understanding if you need to rebook...I double booked one of my appointments and they were not nasty about rebooking my treatment for the second time that day, in fact the admin and I had a giggle.

I have been going to Endota Burnside for 7 years now. The experience is always 100% head to toe relaxation. I have tried many treatments from massage to organic and anti aging facials. I love the smell, the music and the whole ambience of the place. The way the staff send me into a state of deep almost meditative state during all of my treatments. I only use Endota products and have used both their anti aging and organically ranges and love both ranges equally. The service is always friendly and staff are very keen to help. My favourite Day spa.

Booked a treatment for me and my mother in law for mothers day. Very disappointed with the treatment and customer service. Half of the (75 minute) surrender treatment we booked was spent filling out paperwork and getting ready. This was obviously not what we expected and booked and paid for. If half the time is going to be spent doing other things outside of the treatment they need to explain this to customers clearly. When we called to speak to the manager she was not interested in hearing our feedback for future customers.

Endota Burnside is amazing. The staff are lovely. The place is always clean, calm, and relaxing. I see Bianca for my massages, and she is the best! She knows exactly what I need, and executes it with precision, and the utmost professionalism every time. I look forward to my appointments, and thanks to their recommended skin care regime, my skin has never looked better! I feel so welcome when I am there, like I am part of their Endota family - thank you! Xxx

First the soothing voice on the phone when I made my booking. Then an hour of removal of knots and tension by a lovely young Eva whose massage left me floating out the door! The peppermint tea offered before and after the massage was soothing. I was made to feel very welcome and all the staff spoke softly and treated me with respect. I would rate this well over 5 stars. Naturally I will be going back. Thank you Eva.

Went in here for a Prenatal Pause treatment and WOW, it was above expectations. The facial especially was amazing. Truly relaxing and you feel so cared for. Products smell amazing. Lauren was great and explained everything she had done afterward just so I could be aware of what she saw in my skin and which products she used. Worth it!

Rooms are very very small and paper thin walls made the 75 min session a little interrupted when other people were coming in. The room I was in was right next to waiting area. (Perhaps better planning would have had me further down the hall) Have been to nicer Endota premises. Therapist was very good though

The girls at endota spa Burnside were amazing with helping me with a new skincare routine. I suffer from quite sensitive skin and the girls were so helpful and understanding and I am loving my new products so far!! I will certainly be back very soon to treat myself for a facial!

There is no empathy what so ever! Had to cancel my appt because I was sick, they charged me 50% still for the cancellation. The lady Taren was extremely rude. Never going back to the burnside endota spa again. I don’t think they genuinely understand their customers well.

Nice to have a pamper session. Bit pricey but products are good, need to make sure you have the right products for your skin and consultation is important so they can accommodate your needs. Not all therapists as the same, so don't be afraid to ask questions.

Such a wonderfully warm and welcoming environment. All the staff are so gently spoken but caring in my concerns and needs. The massage itself was AMAZING and the product range is incredible. Highly recommend seeing these lovely ladies!

Had the best intense new age light therapy facial at endota spa Burnside. Such a lovely spa and my therapist was so attentive. Will be back for more treatments when I have time for sure :)
