Booked a pregnancy massage a month in advance, organised a day off work and a babysitter, but the spa cancelled it with basically no notice because I was working when they contacted me late the afternoon before. The day before the appointment I received a missed call while working at 11:47am (no voicemail message left so I didn't know it was them until later), then a text message at 3:24pm saying I needed to call by 4pm or my appointment would be cancelled to accomodate another client. I was working on a hospital ward and wasn't able to respond within that half hour, so they just cancelled the appointment. I called as soon as I could when my shift ended and I saw the message but they were already closed, since they'd contacted me so late in the afternoon. The Spa manager called me back the next morning and said she could accommodate me (so I guess needing to accomodate someone else wasn't actually true?), but by then my babysitting was cancelled so I didn't get charged for that. She also claimed their protocols would have been followed which meant a voicemail message and another text 2 days prior, but I've offered her screenshots proving this wasn't the case. Sounds like their staff didn't follow the correct procedure and now trying to put the blame on me because I couldn't be at their beck and call within 30 mins! Total waste of my monthly day off, and messed around my regular babysitter. Had planned to go for monthly pregnancy and pre-natal massages, but will be going to a different location now for sure, not reliable!

I had a pregnancy massage today as I haven’t been feeling great and wanted some relaxation. I arrived before my scheduled time but wasn't taken into the room until after so my one hour treatment was 45 minutes. Besides that the treatment was great, I finished feeling relaxed and it was just what I needed. Unfortunately that was short lived when the therapist came back in the room to “upsell” me. When I said I wasn’t interested in products she then pointed out the fact she noticed I have acne and redness on my skin. She said this with a disgusted look which left me feeling really self conscious. Normally I’m not one to care too much about these things but I’ve been struggling with my skin all pregnancy and felt it was finally getting better and I was comfortable to leave the house without makeup today. She also mentioned that if I am going to breastfeed my skin would probably get worse which I am aware can happen but didn’t need the reminder. Straight after I left endota I ran to Mecca and purchased a foundation that I could put on because I was so self conscious. I don’t understand why my skin was brought up when I came for a massage and never indicated I was interesting in finding out about skin treatments or products or advice. I’m in the beauty industry myself which I explained to the therapist at the beginning of the treatment and this massage was a gift from my Mother In Law which was supposed to make me feel better but left me crying and having to fork out $68 to buy a bottle of foundation…

Weirdly discriminatory. I have been a regular customer of Endota spa both in Queensland and in NSW the last 5 years and had been meaning to try out the Castle Hill clinic since it was the closest to me. I went in today to enquire about empty time slots and waited patiently whilst the people in front of me were served. When it was my turn and before I could ask a single question, the lady at receptionist asked me to just wait a moment, before turning to another gentlemen who had arrived after me to ask if he needed any help. Very kindly, the gentlemen pointed out to the receptionist that I had in fact been waiting first. I'm not sure why she would dismiss a customer at the front of the line only to serve the second person waiting, but can only guess that perhaps one of my qualities as a young, asian, casually dressed female was less enticing than serving a middle aged, suited up male. I was treated as a lesser individual and am extremely disappointed with this encounter. I have booked multiple appointments for my family here previously who all had wonderful experiences so I'm not sure what's happened today with this particular staff member.

Beautiful clean spa can’t fault it with appearance staff are friendly. My issue was that I didn’t get what I really wanted from my treatment I had a massage, my main concern is my neck and shoulders as I get headaches from them all the time and I really wanted that to be the main focus. but unfortunately there was way too much repetitive effleurage movements that didn’t eventuate to anything there was no real focus on my specified problem area, it was very airy fairy with only a very short time actually spent on my neck and shoulders there was no pressure or firmness on specified areas which I didn’t like. considering your paying a decent amount for your treatment you expect your concerns to be addressed more. so in the end it didn’t feel like anything was achieved, also there was no communication from the therapist in regard to the pressure with all my other massage treatments there was always communication from the therapist in regard to pressure and so on. I was so looking forward to this massage but it was short lived unfortunately.

3* original review: Just had a massage here and it was okay. Left not feeling much more relaxed. Pressure was a bit all over the place (I prefer a lighter pressure and I had to ask a few times to reduce pressure). I was also annoyed that the 1 hour massage starts from when they pick you up at the waiting room, go through your questionnaire and then leave you for a few minutes to remove your clothes and lie down. There was also some confusion on their part about me going in for a facial and when they got me to stick my face in a machine and started to talk about my pores when I questioned why they realised they had the wrong treatment listed - but that still cut into my 1 hr massage time. For the amount you pay ($135) i think it's more like a 45-50 minute massage and definitely not one of my best massages! Was happy about the cleanliness and have no complaints about the products used. 4* edit: Endota spa invited me to come for an express massage to see if I might have a different experience and it was much better. Very relaxing.

I did the peelling last week and I am satisfied with my operator's ethics, but unfortunately the Endota brand spa process has a big drawback. After a few days, my facial skin became very itchy and dry, and even my mucous membrance of my mouth and eyes became itchy and dry too. The allergies to the endota spa 's products and restlessness were so sever that I slept only two hours until morning.I had to visit my GP and I got face corticostroid oinment ,eyes drop and nasal spray with corticostroid too. The last few days I had to rest at home and avoid the sun. If Endota Spa had instructions to test its products on a small part of the customer 's skin before the procedure, I would not have had so much stress and worry.It was a very bad exprience because I mentioned I have sensitive skin at first.It looks there is not any professional medical supervisor or effective supervision.

Had a facial at this spa a few weeks back. The actual facial was delightful and the therapist was very nice so recommend them on that front. However I do have some criticisms of the sales pitch nature. Too much talking at the start about my skin and then no joke 20 mins into the facial when I was in a deep state of relaxation the lights came on and the therapist started telling me about products I needed to buy and another type of facial I should book into. Then the facial resumed. I already use endota products btw. She told me it’s part of their protocol for first time facials. I appreciated the intense focus on making my skin nicer however if you are just giving a facial as a gift then I’d consider doing one like the Langham or shangri la where they don’t try and sell you anything.

Update below- I’ve been a long-term customer of Endota - I mean, years. Even attending Hornsby store for years before the Castle Hill store opened. I am deeply disappointed in the service at this Castle Hill. Every time I book an appointment, the day before it is changed. I book months ahead to fit tight schedules and special occasions and never once do they respect your booking, or even care about inconveniencing the customer. It’s really disappointing. UPDATE: I had phone calls from both Endota head office and the manager of the Castle Towers store apologizing. I really appreciated the acknowledgement and offer of a solution. Hoping to have a better relationship with this store moving forward. Thank you.

I was told to arrive 15mins early but after arriving, my treatment didn't actually start until 15mins after my booking time. Treatment started with an led machine for a facial skin analysis however the therapist forgot to give me my facial map and failed to discuss my skin issues during the facial. It felt like I was given a trainee therapist or someone who just finished their beauty course. I liked that I was able to choose the scent to be used for the massage but the therapist read out my chosen scent and its benefits like a student reading from a script. There was complete silence during the facial so I have no idea what products were used. A pretty dismal experience that I can't recommend to anyone.

When you walk inside, it doesn't feel like you are in a bustling shopping centre. The experience - no matter what treatment you decide to choose - end-to-end is relaxing and the staff are well trained and want to ensure you have a relaxing experience. You are offered a tea or water on arrival, and your room is prepared and ready to go. They always provide a short initial consultation to make sure everything is going right for your skin. The place very clean. For my first visit, i Initially booked online, they are very busy and I had to wait quite a few weeks, so, I doubt they take walk ins. Now I book a new treatment when I finish my session to ensure I get in!

My first experience at Endota was amazing so much so I booked in for another after consultation with my therapist to assist with my fluid retention. I was directed to the next available appointment which was more than 3 weeks away. You can understand my surprise when I received a call this morning to say that the therapist called in sick, I understand that people get sick, however, to have no other option than to reschedule for another day very disappointing especially when I had planned my day around this experience and was looking so forward to me time! Sorry Endota but after my first awesome experience you have now lost me. You really should have a Plan B.

There is a reason why Endota is in the top 5 spas in Sydney, sure enough when you visit you will agree. I have been here more than just a few times. Greeted by the very friendly, always smiling staff, their extensive knowledge on treatments and products is comforting. Endota is exceptionally clean and the ambience leaves you on a natural high. I recommend a hot stone, remedial massage to test the waters and go from there. Sunny is superb, havent had a hot stone massage like this anywhere in Aus. Definitely a regular, testing facials next. Keep up the great work all

Great staff, phenomenal service & relaxing ambiance. Friends took me for my birthday and we each had The Surrender Spa Package which we absolutely loved! The wonderful & knowledgeable Ali looked after my treatment. She was able to assess and help with making a skin care plan. It was such enjoyable experience for my friends and, that we’ve already booked in for another treatment! The products used and ambiance are second to none. You feel relaxed as soon as you enter the waiting longe. We have already booked in our next treatments!

Just contacted the spa to reschedule my appointment with a therapist of my preference. I was told that the therapist has now left the spa. A woman on the phone said, "everyone has been contacted." I never had any phone call about the change. She then said, "we moved you to another time with another person." I was not made aware of that! No word of apology for the communication breakdown. This is the second time I was let down by this particualr spa. The first time was when my therapist refused to wear a mask during COVID pandemic.

Tanya was absolutely amazing! She swiftly dived into action as soon as 50 people walked through the door for my sons baptism, and she drove straight in to get things done. After a brief introduction, she exceeded all expectations and didn't pause for a moment. Every time I looked around, she was already one step ahead of me. Our guests couldn't help but comment on her friendly and proactive nature. She was truly great! I highly recommend her services, and without a doubt, we'll be booking her again!

I loved my experience at Endota. I did feel a little neglected when I first arrived and was showed to the waiting room but once I was assigned to my therapist, Marilyn. I was very well looked after. I'm very happy with how she was so gentle and soft spoken, described the products she used on me and how she explained things to me. The ambience was nice and the in-house scents were not over powering. Thoroughly enjoyed my spa session and will be back for a customised facial experience. :)

A beautiful calm space in the middle of the shopping centre. You MUST ask for Karen. She is an absolute star, who gives exceptional treatments. She looks after you from start to finish, listening to your concerns and giving great advice to help improve your skin, then the most amazing facial. She treats you like family, and has the most genuine, caring nature. Do yourself a favour and book now - only problem is getting time with her!

Had the most relaxing and fabulous treatment by Jacky. Perfect pressure, perfect bedside manners, I could tell Jacky was an expert in her area. I enjoyed the Surrender treatment which included a divine hot stone back massage followed by a facial and head massage. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and with the soothing music in the background I felt i was transported to an island resort! Highly recommend and I will be back!

My appointment started with a short consultation to understand my skin goals and issues, the specialist then recommended the products that'll work well for my skin type and a facial that would best suit my condition. The products used on my skin were high quality, and I really felt the difference. I've already booked my next appointment , highly recommend this Spa!

Walked in and bought an expensive voucher for someone. The least the lady (older one out of the three) could have done was smile and greet me. She looked miserable and as if she didn't want to be there. If i had more time i would have went elsewhere that was also recommended! I said have a nice day, shouldn't she be saying that? So disappointed, i hope the person i bought the voucher for get better treatment then that!

My therapist Soraiah provided an exceptional experience! The facial and massage were truly rejuvenating. I left feeling refreshed, as if I had a blissful 8-hour sleep. The ambience was beautiful, the staff were professional and informative guiding me from initial facial analysis to firmness of massage, and all the soothing aromas left me feeling so calm. Highly recommended for that mid week escape!

I’ve been coming to Endota castle hill for quite some time now. I’ve been seeing Bianca and she is lovely! Super accommodating always, makes the sessions relaxing and I always leave feeling refreshed but also super happy. Bianca always takes the time to recommend products right for me and my skin but never pressures me to actually purchase which I appreciate. She is an amazing!

Endota spa offers range of facials, massages and lots of other services. I had the organic facial which was perfect and the boost my skin needed. I also had the grounding feet treatment which included pedicure and beautiful feet massage. My therapist was really nice and explained everything to me about products and the process. I would definitely be going back there soon.

This business has no respect to customer time at all. I booked the treatment weeks ago and arrived on time, they made me wait for 20 mins! Absolutely disrespectful. They mass up their own schedule, don’t know how to manage their time. Won’t be back ever! Best to avoid, becomes a stress rather than a relaxation session.

Massage was traumatic. In the evening I noticed bruises where fingers had pushed so hard. The therapist was inappropriate in what she said and where her hands brushed past.
