Staff are very friendly and polite despite being busy. They consult you on what you need/want to have done with your eyebrows — Other eyebrow places usually just get in and clean your eyebrows without even asking how you want it done. I will definitely come back again! Also, just a heads up that you will have to write your name down so they will call you once they are available. I advice getting to the place early if you are impatient.

Such big rip offs and poor customer service. Very long waiting times every time. The lady incharge has no sense of customer service. Rude behaviour and not doing any exceptional job on top of that. Literally charging double price for everything. And making arguments which make no sense. Never going back there again and will tell all my friends to stop going there as well

I have been using this service for a long time and I have always been happy with the service. Staff are very friendly and polite.Very good hygiene in the salon being applied all the times. And you will be offering a nice smile every time. I see Gini who is the best in my opinion.She is very professional and friendly and does exactly what you want. Highly recommended

Came in before close and they were still willing to serve me which was very nice of them! The lady who did my brows was very nice. She did a great job of doing my eyebrows and it seems like all staff there have great knowledge about what they’re doing. As well as this, the prices are super cheap and reasonable. I will now be coming here from now on.

Been going for over a year and never disappointed. Professional ladies who are warm and welcoming. They listen to your specific needs and explain how they'll achieve them. They don't just thread in a rush, they trim, pluck and even sooth the area with gel if desired. Hard working ladies who put in their best effort and it shows. Thank you

Disappointing that I had to come home and remove hair off my eyebrows because they weren’t done properly. The tint applied was anywhere but my eyebrows. After asking for aloe Vera gel, I was told that it would smudge my tint (never been told that before) and now developed a rash. Never coming here again.

I find this place very hard to get a service from, they say put your name down and we will call you when we are available but this takes over an hour sometimes even more. Most of the girls who come only want the manager to do there eyebrows… which causes even more delays in getting your eyebrows done.

Great service and the lashed they sell are great however the magnetic lash eyeliner is very hard to take off. Maybe because the staff applied two lots. It's been two days and the eye-liner still doesn't come off with the makeup remover. Let me know if you have some suggestions to remove the eye-liner

Always a lovely experience when I go here. The staff are always accomodating. I’ve had my eyebrows done at numerous places. Nowhere compares to this place. The price point is amazing. They always do a great job. I would definitely recommend going here for brows.
